Very interesting and knows his stuff. Very fun and never boring in lecture. I hope that he stays. So far so good and no complaints. I would recommend taking him to any student.

He is really nice, his classes were long but he makes them a little shorter, he's funny and has a very clear grading criteria, you can always contact him and he is not a tough grader.

Easy and fun class! Graded on 4 speeches and 4 quizzes. No tests or cumulative exams. Nice Professor, definitely cares! Only complaint is hes very lax. Classmates came late every class or were on their phones and he never stopped them. As long as you dont say too many umms in your speeches, you will get a good grade! Overall, enjoyed the class!

Professor Fama is awesome! I was initially nervous about speech but he made it much easier. We practiced answering and asking questions in front of the class to our classmates which was fun. We only had 4 speeches and it was pretty fun you are required to bring an outline which he provides and isn't hard. He isn't a tough a grader just do ur best.

I was nervous taking Speech but from the first class he made us all feel comfortable and at ease. Excellent professor. Cares a lot about us and our progress in the course. Very quick to grade items and post them on Canvas. Wished he taught in other areas as he is the best Valencia has!

Have him now face to face but but all classes got moved to online. He is good about getting back to you if you have questions. Make sure you are ready with all your coursework as he does grade quick. Very good professor that has taught me a lot.

I have him now and he is very easy to get a hold of and fast to reply. The syllabus is laid out clearly and there is use of the textbook. I would recommend him to anyone.

In reading the below comment about Professor Fama, I do not agree with what was said. He only requires four one page papers and puts up a lot of things for us to view. I think whoever wrote that had the wrong person as Professor Fama is a great instructor and very fair. I would take him again.

Professor Fama was amazing. I had such a great time in the class. The homework was easy and consistent and when I wasn't able to turn in an assignment on time he still took it the next day with full credit. While the quizzes are easy, if you happen to not do so well on one it will drop your grade a bit but there are not many quizzes. Take him!

My cousin had him years ago (2009) and he taught business back then and now he moved to Speech. Very good instructor, knows his stuff and when I called he would answer his phone and reply to questions I had. He gave great feedback on my speech and paper. All I can say is, Take him for Communications, He does not teach business anymore.

Admittedly I didn't find his lectures super interesting, but you'll pass as long as you do the work. If you let him know ahead of time, he's also pretty understanding and will work with you if you're having personal issues. Also super quick to get back to you when you reach out. Can be a bit judgmental and a little passive aggressive on occasion

Professor Fama is an amazing professor. He makes the course very easy, there are four speeches and he doesn't grade them too harshly. There are also open-book quizzes that are based on the lectures. He's probably one of the best professors that teaches at Valencia College.

He was a chill professor, and he had few assignments. He had two discussion assignments and four quizzes, which were pretty easy (10 questions, 90 mins), and also four speeches throughout the year. An introduction speech, a demonstration speech, an informative speech, and a persuasive speech. He was easy to access and responded within minutes

He is certainly not boring like other classes I have taken here. He does get back to you quickly and he is very fun in class. So glad I signed up. He is very clear in his communication.

I did not think I would like speech but once I got in Professor Fama's class it was awesome Made each class fun and you can see he has passion for teaching. Clear communication and quick to grade.
