Professor Mardiroussian is a great professor he is a ball of sunshine! He is like a box of chocolates you never know what you'll get ( in a good way). He cares for his students and makes class interesting. Highly recommend taking his class!

Professor M. Is a great professor for being young he is able to teach on the criteria that is given. He does some extra credit (I heard if you do a review on him he will give you some extra credit for that). I highly recommend taking his class!

Funniest professor I've had, makes you wish his lectures lasted longer. He's down to earth and very helpful. The majority of your grade is comprised of 2 essays and the final project. He lets you choose the topics with most of these projects which makes you more enthusiastic about them. Would take again.

Has a very distinct teaching method. Three essays throughout the semester only. Work is not content-heavy at all. Feedback is good. The essays are open-ended. Hands out extra credit like he's a millionaire philanthropist. I cannot stress how fun his class has been. He also writes poems, so if you wanna poke some fun at him, buy his book.

Overall the class was super easy only had three essays, one presentation, group activities, and discussions online. For the group activities he puts you in a group with the people you sit around. Just do your work, Chris is willing to answer any emails you have and responds quickly.

Professor Chris gave one of the easiest courses to take. Most lectures comprise of 80% jokes and like 20% more jokes. Assignments for the semester are three papers in varying length, but if you don't struggle with papers the course should be more entertaining than it is a burden on your workload. If you're looking for an easy class, take this one.

Chris was one of my favorite professors in my first semester of college. I would recommend any freshman take him because in the class you can learn a lot of good information and he is a very entertaining professor. We had a great time in the group activities. If you want to learn and also have fun this is the best class to take.

If you are the kind of person who does not understand sarcasm or cannot take jokes that are made at your expense DO NOT TAKE THE CLASS. Although he goes into uncomfortable detail about his personal life frequently, it was worth suffering through the cringe for the chill classroom environment and low workload.

I used to hate English overall but professor M was the one teacher that made it fun and not so boring. Trust me, this guy will make you laugh. Sometimes, when I'm not having my best day, just showing up to his class made it way better. Also, I could easily say he's my favorite professor.

One of the most entertaining professors I've ever had. But be prepared to write! There are only a few big projects in the year, the problem is that they overlap and it gets really stressful by the end. But he is really approachable and you can negotiate deadlines with him.

We had weekly assignments and MyLab homework, but it wasn't that bad. The two business reports and the TED Talk assignment were a bit much, but he kept it engaging.

Overall easy class with a couple in class assignments, 3 grammar test, two research papers, multiple speeches. The in class assignments are so easy, only take about half the class time. The speeches are easy and also in class - all about random topics. The grammar test are moderately hard but he does curve the second two. He is great.

If he speaks, I will listen. For the hungry, he is the chef. For the blind, he is the vision. When you are in the dark and looking for the light, he is the guide. He will guide you during your darkest times and help you pass this class. He helps the weak to overcome their weakness. Overall, just listen to him and do the work.

I am currently taking Professor Mardiroussian, but his class was a breath of fresh air. He is a nice teacher who is very understanding of kids' needs. Stated he will not read your essay if his name isn't spelled correctly; not sure how true that is. Kind of doesn't really teach anything, just assigns work and grades it. Possibly would take again.

IS-301 is a mandatory class for all business students and the work is extremely tedious across the board. If you actually show up to Chris's class and make an effort you definitely won't get a bad grade. He constantly cracks jokes throughout the class which makes it 10X better. I would definitely suggest taking this professor!

Half the in-class assignments felt like busy work, but the rest were helpful for business writing. He's VERY flexible if you talk to him—if something needs changing or is unclear, let him know! Two grammar tests (not bad if you study), 1-2 reports (convince him to make the second extra credit). Does not teach grammar. Slow grader.

I enjoyed this class, he is funny and easy to talk to! There are usually two homework assignments per week and two questions from the reading in my class. Essays' rubrics are clear and not that hard if you put in truthful effort. As long as you manage your time and put in genuine effort, I would highly recommend this class. Easy to pass! Just try:)

He was a pretty good professor. I looked at the bad ratings and I think he may have grown from what the bad ratings said because he was actually pretty nice. He makes some assignments extra credit. He's also very funny and I would take his class again. This class was for 100B, it didn't have the option for it so I put ENG100.

As long as you do all the assignments, you'll be fine. He's nice. Although his grading criteria is clear, nobody get 100% on the main essays. Whatever, I would love to take him again. Be careful with the quote include in the evidence, make sure to analyze it deeply.

At first he seemed like one of the professors I'd give 1/5, but towards the end of the semester he started giving out more EC and gave us more time to complete the assignment. You do have to purchase a textbook (not included in the D1TA program), which is a bummer, but otherwise he was chill as long as you understand the assignment.
