Easy class if u know the law. Pop quizzes after u have learned material. Midterm & Final are all applying what u learned. Lets u out early so he can drink at the bar. Boring as hell, but easy. U will only know your grade at the end, so do Xtra Credit!!!

Great instructor, and nice person. Clear concise explanation. Very cute! this makes class more enjoyable. I really learned the material here. Nice to have someone young and energetic for once. Keeps things interesting and moving. I liked it a lot.

Cool teacher, really enjoyed his lectures. Makes boring material fun. Keeps class awake with his energy. Very personable person. Really wants you to do well in his class,makes himself available. was in Marines, deals with distruptive students on the spot.

I just finished this class with him for spring 05. I liked the class and the lecture, especially the real estate part. Class was really fun since we get to work in groups sometimes. The teacher is really cool and doesn't trip on little bs like other teachers do. I learned a lot. I'd go out with mr. reyes any day. my first cute teacher :)

i'm in the class now and i know myself and my friends are getting a lot out of it and we really like the class. it's difficult but we cover a lot of good stuff that is actually usuable. the person who wrote reyes sucks is probably some loser who couldnt handle the class and got angry. What a coward to make stuff up anonymously. WHIMP!!!

Don't actually have him for a class (already took 12A) but he is willing to help (legally) and is easy on the eyes too!

I bearly like a class, and this class is one of the few classes that i was really interested in. He basically applies all the materials to the real life and this way helps you better understand the subject. You will actually learn alot from this class and also you will get an easy.... very easy A in the class. No surprises!

You can't make everyone happy. These people should've probably gone to class. He's detailed and clear on the subjects. He's down to earth and willing to help. I sent 6 emails asking questions and he always got back to me. Someone that won't put you to sleep and actually teach you something you can use. If you want to learn, you must take him!!!

He is a pretty nice and funny teacher, and rather knowledgeable in the subject area which is very important. You can ask him questions and he can answer (unlike other teachers) or take the time to clarify. The class atmosphere is pretty relaxed and you also learn alot. (PS. You don't need to buy the book. If you ask him nicely, he'll lend you his!)

I remembered him teaching this class over a year ago. So your going to try to bash him now? (twice?) I guess you have something personal for him. That's what sucks, people with personal problems who couldn't hang, blame it on others. I've had three classes with him and wish he would teach more. There's always a couple in the crowd. So sad!

I took his legal 136 class for fall 07. Learned so much about real estate transactions and BK. Lectures very clear & easy to follow!! Whole class was really involved. Explain with examples, very helpful. Really a cool guy,I recommend him highly. Taking Bus 12a with him in the spring. Great teacher, ignore other peoples personal negative BS here!!

I took prof Reyes for family law and I learned soo much,we used the book in the beginning,but not towards the end,his test can be tricky because there can be more than one answer so u have to ask exactly what hes looking for,but he is very willing to work with u on your grades and takes time to go over tests with u if there are discrepencies

I'm so glad he was picked to teach the winter session bus 12a. really cool guy and awsome teacher. i learned so much real stuff in his class and he is so clear on his lectures and to the point. i'm going to try to take his 136 class in the spring. you have to show up to class every night for the lectures if you want to do well.

GREAT CLASS ON REAL ESTATE. EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE AND HE BROUGHT IN A COUPLE OF PEOPLE TO SPEAK. VERY HELPFUL. ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH AND LEARNED A LOT AS WELL. HIS LECTURES ARE VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND WILL CLARIFY IF YOU ASK. I RECOMMEND HIM.

I had Dr. Reyes for two classes. bus 12a and legal 136.very good teacher who lectures very well and is very helpful. i'm taking him for legal 140 in the fall and can't wait. he is friendly with the class which puts everyone at ease. he's really into his teaching and enjoys it,you can tell. take him if you have a chance, you'll learn a lot.

im registered for his 140 class and just finished his 12a class. very good teacher who actually cares if you understand the material or not. always available to help or to answer questions. to me that is most important to me. very nice friendly guy who really takes the time answer questions. 12a was a good class and we covered a lot of stuff.

I had 12a with Reyes in spring.His exams are fair, never scantrons,he always writes fresh exams.He goes over the tests afterwards,so don't leave.Could be a little abrasive with people goofing off in class,thats good!He's a sweet &very nice guy though,keeps a good handle on things.I like his direct style.He's one of my two favorite teachers at PCC!!

I'm taking Dr. Reyes for family law on thursday nights and really enjoy the class very much. He is very detailed when he lectures to us and is so full of energy. He makes a very comfortable class environment that is enjoyable to be in. I wish more teachers could be like him. If you could take him I think you would be very happy with your choice.

Excellent class. Covered so much material, but you have to go to class. Just reading the book or using friends notes won't do it, trust me, I had to retake the class. Very passionate about his teaching. Lectures in detail on many points. Knows material well. A very nice guy. Also very cute. You can really learn a lot with him, if you go to class.

Just finished the final. Good class and very informative. Reyes teaches by example so he's easy to follow. Can't be lazy. Need to read that book and go to class or you'll fail like this guy who's crying and blaming everybody. Final was only 20 questions and he tells you what's going to be on the final. Not hard. He's more than fair with his review.

this was a fun class and the teacher was really nice. he answers questions by email and stays after class if you ask him for help. i was satisfied with his class and how he taught us the information.

Reyes gives a lot of information in this class and moves a bit fast sometimes, but he's always there to help if you need it. Cool class and real sincere person, but he really wants people to participate and learn the material. This is not a class to just show up and expect an A. You'll have to work, but you will learn a lot. He's a good choice.

Just finished 12A, and like the other 4 classes I've taken with him, I have learned a grip. He's fair with the class. Won't trip over little stuff, he's serious about you knowing your stuff, if not he'll let you know. I always enjoyed his classes. Ignore the haters BS here. You get what you earn. Don't blame him if you didn't study. We're adults.

12a was a fun class with plenty to do. he's friendly with everyone so it makes for a more comfortable class to learn and ask questions and easy to approach if you have questions afterwards also he's real cool about that.

Very helpful teacher, and I'm a guy.lol He'll help whoever asks him, I asked several times and he spent time with me when I didn't know stuff. He just wants students to be responsible and do their stuff.He gave me a little hard time,but I'm glad he did cause it made me prepare for class.If he didn't care, he'd say nothing.I appreciated the help!

I liked the class and I studied hard. If you study your stuff, it make no difference how he tests you. It's all on the same stuff anyways. People need to grow up and stop crying. Oh, and I'm a guy also.

Family Law is a great class and so interesting. This teacher is really good at keeping the class moving and not wasting time dealing with students asking irrelevant questions or students who don't prepare for class asking redundant questions. No time is wasted and I love that about this guy. We cover a lot of material because of that.

I have this teacher for both family law and real estate and enjoy them both. cool teacher who keeps the class moving and really knows how to explain the material well. he does get annoyed with students who aren't prepared for class which is cool i think because that's why your in school, to learn and do the work. He's a cool dude!

Just completed real estate and family law with reyes yesterday and both were good classes. It helps so much that he prepares a detailed study guides for his classes to study before the final exam so people can do well. Reyes is a real helpful kind of teacher who's involved and that wants all his students to get good grades in his class. Very nice

Professor Reyes is extremely helpful and clear. Uses every day examples and makes it easy to understand property law. Gives us shortcuts to remembering the material. Learned a lot. Look forward to taking another of hsi classes in the futire.

Very intense and informative class. I've learned so much about real estate and how bankruptcy works in relation to property. Dr. Reyes is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and bankruptcy law. I highly recommend this class.

But if you miss class, then your going to miss out on a lot of important information. He doesn't lecture out of the book which is good. He explains the material instead. This is one of the coolest teachers I've had here at PCC. This guy is straight forward and to the point and you can tell he enjoys teaching class. I have taken Instructor Reyes for Family Law, Real Estate and this class Legal 134. He is a great teacher and really takes the time to explain things. He gave the class the questions to the mid-term exam as a study guide. He will do what it takes to help the class learn the material and know how to use it. If you can take him, do it.

I took Reyes for legal 136 real estate. He's a great teacher and I learned a lot but you have to do the work and show up to class and not sneak out at break. If you skip class and get a bad grade, don't blame the teacher. His classes are easy. Just show up, take notes and study. I'm not that smart but I got an A. He is happy to help if you ask.

I'm currently taking both Legal 134 and Business Law 12A with Professor Reyes. I like his teaching style with a little humor to keep us awake during lectures. So far so good, seems to be a very fair person.

I loved this class. Kept my interest all semester. Material can be boring sometimes but the teachers delivery of the information to the class is great with his crazy examples. To go to class both Saturday and Sunday it better be worth it. This is a great class and the teacher is easy to follow. He teaches law from a real life perspective. Excellent prof. He does make fun of paralegals and does seen eager to leave. That doesn't matter he is good. He is funny, goes over the material, and wants us to pass. He gave a lot of extra credit.

Really great guy!! I enjoy his lectures very much and he keeps even boring material entertaining. He has silly ways to keep the class awake during his lectures by adding some humor to his lectures. He is honest and straight forward and really tries to do everything he can to ensure the students get an A on the final exam.

Prof. Reyes is a great teacher, and has experience in the law-field. He gives you great examples that help you understand the textbook. However, you will have to read the text in order to do well in the exams. The text may seem like a different language at first, but once you plug in his examples everything else makes sense.
