This is the best English class that I have ever taken. He makes you think about what he presents in class and he doesn't pressure you about the papers. He lets you re-write the papers if you didn't do that well. I would take another class in english if he taught it and he's not that bad looking.

Upon first looking @ the syllabus I was terrified, but by the end of the class I was sad that it ended. You WILL have fun, make friends, improve or loose fear of public speaking (for COM1010 dodgers), and learn interesting literature. There is no pressure because all material is hand fed to you prior to assignments. Not an "Easy A" but very fun!!

I havent receieved a grade yet but I have enjoyed his class. At first I was kind of scared to take his class but his class made it easy for me to understand. There are quizess every week but it is based on the readiinigs and as long as you read you will be fine. There are also discussion board and for the final it is just to do 5 page essay.

professor Trogan is a very nice professor. great discussions about the book, minimal group work during class, and quizzes before class that are straightforward. there may be a lot of reading, but it's very easy to grasp. one final paper, no midterm. participation matters, but he won't force you to speak. very simple as long as you put in effort.

Super nice! One reading and DB (2 or 3 q's) per wk. Short quiz on the reading each wk, done first thing in-class! He does the quiz the first few mins of class so try to get there before class starts. Participate! Love the Final, 5 pg- on themes of one of the reading and connect it to your own life. Unlimited Extra Credit - Go to Writing Center

Professor Trogan is a sweetheart. He truly cares about his students and wants them to do good in the class. Lots of reading for homework, but if you stay on top of it you'll be fine. Quizzes once a week but they're super easy (if you read the hw). He's super funny and I enjoyed his class a lot. Easy A. Take him if you can!
