Christopher is one big ball of fun. I absolutely hate fashion art and he made it more than bearable. He is always making the class laugh. There is never a dull moment with him! He knows a lot about the industry and is really helpful in teaching students the design process. I LOVE HIM!

Professor UVENIO is a great teacher! My drawings improved tremendously over the course of the semester. He is very willing to help and has really good tips for drawing and design! He also has a great sense of humor--hope I get him again! You'll learn a lot!!

From my experience, Christopher is the only teacher who is truly helpful and unbiased. When I had her I learned a lot. I LOVE CHRISTOPHER! Who ever complains about him is sick, he does a great job demos, teaching and know the fashion gossips that make class fun! He can be a **** on wheel, but he is a real Fashion Professor that knows BEST!

Uvenio is one of the best teachers to hit FIT! He was my favorite teacher in 3rd semester and 5th semester and he was a blast as one of the judges for the MISS FIT Pagaent. He is truly a role model to many young student . I love how he dresses to the hilt with blazer and brooches and comes to the classroom with his eccentric style of teaching!

SUCH an awesome guy-does his best to make class interesting, tells lots of stories from when he was in the industry that cracked me up, hes HYSTERICAL! Not bad looking if i do say so myself. A lot of people complained about the workload (homework due basically every week, and 2 group presentations), but it didnt bother me at all. Loved him!

Uvenio is an amazing person, but he is stuck in the 90s design wise. He is also very talkative and takes forever to talk to students. People randomly walk into the classroom and talk to him. He is the most foreward thinking Fashion Art teacher at FIT. He also has impaired hearing, which results in impaired speech (which can be hard to understand)

Loved this class and professor. He worked hard with me outside of class and my grades show it. It is not an easy class but he will take the time to work with you. Uvenio is an amazing professor, but you have to really engage with him to get the full goodness level. Professor Uvenio, is perhaps the best teacher I have ever had at FIT. He is a mentor, and an inspiration to all. When he draws, his page comes to life. Work hard, and be opened. He will change you for the better. He accepts who you are as a designer. There is no one like Uvenio. Hes the best when it comes to presentations and TRULY IS AMAZING! :)!

UVENIO is a tough teacher, but he knows his stuff. He is is very knowledgeable about standards in the fashion industry and production techniques. If you try hard in his class Uvenio will help you when you need it. He teaches at a fast pace, so you must take good notes and pay attention always! Definitely not a teacher for the lazy. The Best!

I love UVENIO so much! He is tough and has scared the wits out of me because he is a bit intimidating but I would kill to take him again! He literally guided me and helped me bring my skills for me to fabu. Go to his office hours and work with him! You will not regret it! Literally most of the CFDA finalist are from his class. Uvenio is amazing!
