Great teacher, never use the book in class watch a lot of case files and she will stop and explain what you just watched. Only really use the txt books for module HW

By far the best teacher at Dalton State. Very helpful and understanding. I had no interest in Psyc before this class, but I absolutely loved it! Very, very interesting class, no text book which is even better. She supplies everything you need to succeed, all you have to do is study!

Extremely helpful. Willing to assist you in any way to succeed in her class. Uses great teaching methods. Does not write notes on board, but instead provides interactive handouts, uses video clips, and powerpoints. Also provides chapter outlines. Fabulous teacher. Dr Price is absolutely the most awesome instructor I have ever had in taking Psychology classes. She is very precise about test questions. She is also very understanding about issues that everyone faces in their lives. I recommend her in any class that she teaches!!!!

Dr. Price prints out the notes for the class. All one has to do on the notes is fill in blanks and answer short questions. Majority of class consists of watching video clips on various subjects. Attending class is important because video clips are only shown once. Exam questions are over video clips and key terms. No textbook required.

The best teacher at DSC. I wish she taught every class! If you have the chance to take her, do it! She is helpful and fun. I never missed a class.

Anybody taking Psyc should take Christy Price. I have had her for 3 classes but you must attend because you won't pass anything if you just study the book. The only thing I don't like about her is that I can't take her with me when I have to transfer to Kennesaw in the Fall!!

Summer class. The classes were scheduled to be very long, but Ms Price kept things interesting all day. Excellent teacher! Definitely take her classes.

Christy Price is an excellent psychology teacher. She has a great personality and explains the material in a very understandable way. Her class is far from being boring. You must take her class. She is the BEST teacher at DSC! She works with you. She wants you to make an A, Just do your chapter outline( which is so easy) and you will pass the class. She makes it fun. I would love to take her class again just for fun!

Amazing teacher!!!!! I recommend her to anyone! Super funny, easy to understand, helpful, and material is simple to understand. But you must go to class or you'll miss out on the video clips which are so helpful. 100% recommend for any psyc class!!!

Ms. Price is one of the best teachers at DSC. Brilliant, enlightened, modern, vivid, nice, and concerned. Illustrates all concept with real examples, fond of using video clips in class. Tests are simple and spread out. She is always striving to improve her teaching style and is a fascinating person in her own right. There is a reason she won awards

She was super! Could have taken the summer off because of a back operation in the middle of the term, but she didn't want to hurt her students. omg, she's a saint :) And, she uses new clickers, which is interactive and cool!

Dr Price is BY FAR the BEST PROFESSOR EVER! I learned so much in her class, and if everyone taught like her, the world would be a better place. She kept everything interesting. She was always there if you had questions/problems. Her use of the clickers is amazing!! She is just awesome. I can't wait to take another class with her!!!

You will LOVE this class. The topics covered are interesting & relevant, we watch a lot of videos, & have small quizzes. She is fun, open-minded, & really cares about her students - she wants everyone to make an A & you really have to try not to do well in her classes. There's almost no homework and no textbook.

Dr. Price is THE GREATEST professor in the world!! I wish i could take more classes with her; she presents the material in an interesting way...and it's easy if you go to class and watch the videos! there are clicker quizzes, and worksheets and that's it!

Gives you chapter outlines every week and then a quiz and as long as you know the packet, you should make an A. She is always willing to help you out and give extra credit. SUPER SWEET LADY. If you ever have a personal problem she will not count off points in attendance. Class is not manditory but you take quizes and those are your grade so i would suggest attending class. Makes class very fun and intersting. I truly enjoyed Dr. Price and this class, and I have recommended it to several students already. Dr. Price is different from many other professors in that she is not so focused on our memorizing information just for tests. This is one class I will never forget, and I will use what I have learned for the rest of my life.

I'm finishing up her Cross-Cultural class now and I don't want it to end! I learn so many valuable things in her class everytime we meet. She is so awesome! Everything we learn is very applicable and makes me think critically, her tests can be difficult but if you study and go to class you should be fine

I had Dr. Price for the PSYC 1101 Hybrid, and it was a very good experience. Meeting once a week, your homework is basically to complete a chapter guide and take an online quiz over the material. In class, her lectures cover case studies and reinforce what you've learned in the chapter guide. Dr. Price is extremely helpful. Awesome professor.

I have take courses with all the psychology professors & Dr. Price is by far the best! She is most concerned about us applying what we learn to our lives and to real world issues. I never wanted to miss her classes bc it was always so interesting. She doesn't just lecture - lots of application & discussion, less memorization. You learn more.

I had Christy for my first college class ever, and what a great experience! She was a very organized professor and made use of our textbook and had handouts for us. I would have taken more classes with her for sure.

Simply show up, and you will be just fine. The book for this class is actually really interesting. She gives packets that outline each chapter for you to fill out. A typical day in class includes going over the latest packet and lots of discussion. You watch lots of videos. She is very caring and the stuff you learn is actually helpful in life!

She is so sweet and understanding. She generally wants to develop a good relationship with her students. The health relations class that I took focused on developing good relationships with those around you, and she definitely did a great job practicing what she preached. She is so nice, almost to a fault. Don't take advantage of her kindness.

In reflecting on being selected as teacher of the year at my school, my hubs and I were talking about teachers that were our favorites, impactful, life changing. You were on both of our lists. We talked about how your classes never were like classes. Rather, they were experiences where you gleaned from all the participating parties. We love you.

Ms. Price is an amazing professor. Her lectures are exciting and she teaches with enthusiasm. She is very clear with what she expects and does not attempt to fool anyone by asking tough questions. Her tests are difficult but fair. I would definitely recommend taking her class. The class I took was not listed but is was Sexuality 3500.

She is the most amazing teacher I have ever had! It's probably because of the classes she teaches. Her class is centered about improving the way we communicate with each other. Her goals in the class are not the grades at all. In fact, she cared very little about it. Her main goal is for us to apply what we have learned from the class.

She's really caring about you in general, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome at a new school. Her relationships class taught me more about myself than any self-help book or therapy has, and it's a fun atmosphere.

She has a rule that you are not allowed to stress in her classes. As long as you do the very easy work, you'll pass.

She really cares about her students. I made a horrible grade on a quiz (bc I read the wrong chapter and took the incorrect quiz, my bad) and she told me I could retake it. However, she never opened up the quiz back up and I still managed to get a B in her class! This sexuality class is extremely interesting.

I adore the material covered in Professor Price's class! She seems to be inspirational and wants her students to succeed. She gives you her number for the students to reach out to, but she does not always respond. However, she showed enough time for everyone to finish assignments and did not have a "solid" schedule". (Turn in work= Easy A)

Dr. Price is amaaaazinggggg!!! I just loved her class and the assignments with it. This class was taken for credit but I enjoyed it so much, it did not feel mandatory!

Everything is online, she recommends for you to work on things when assigned. You can also work ahead, although everything is due at the end of the semester DON'T LEAVE EVERYTHING FOR LAST MIN. She grades most assignments at the end of the semester. Everything is online, except of the book (walmart has it for $10).

Professor Price's class is a breeze! She's caring and the course content is genuinely interesting. Just show up, complete the assignments, and you're guaranteed an easy A. Unstuck AI was a game-changer for my study prep.
