She makes sure everyone understands the material. I just know that I did all of the assigned homework problems and ended up with an A. It's a lot of work. I think the lazy people did not do well and still some worked harder than I did still had problems.

GREAT TEACHER! I didn't understand math until I had her. She explains everything clearly, very helpful. Her tests are not at all hard. A lot of homework, but if ya do it, you will do fine. I got an A.

Mrs.Yeager is awesome!If you do the homework you'll do fine on quizes and tests.Some people have a problem doing the work and therefore don't do well.She is fair and always reviews before each quiz and test sometimes she'll even go over homework problems right before the test is given out.Thx Mrs.Y!

Mrs. Yeager is a good overall teacher if you have to take anytype of math course. She is very helpful and give numerous examples. She also explains her work very thuroughly. I would recomend her for math. Her quizes are short but her test are hard, but you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Ms. Yeager is the best. I wasn't good at math until I learned from her. She doesn't grade h/w and reviews b4 each test. On BOTH finals she answered math problems on the board. VERY HELPFUL to the students who do their work. She was always there to answer all of my questions. THANKS MS. YEAGER! :)

Mrs. Yeager is one of the best teaches I have ever had. She is very oganized, and will help you in any way she can. I took two classes with her, and I did excellent in both of them. If you have friends who have to take math 1113 o math 2460 (or others) tell them to take Mrs. Yeager as teacher... They will do just fine. She is not that hard.

Ended up with the highest average in the class for her Fall 2008 Precalculus class (by one point). Very easy teacher, crystal clear, willing to help when you need it. Went to deep lengths to prove why things are the way they are. Only downside is that she wont let you keep her tests, but if that's it, I'm not complaining at all. Highly recommended.

Great teacher, but to make a passing grade you have to go to class (especially if math isn't your strongest subject). Explains things until you understand. Does grade hard so you must know the required steps for the problems, again reason to attend class. Would def take her again

This teacher is amazing! I am a junior in high school taking dual enrollment because the math teachers at the high school are awful. But even from the first day of class she taught me so much! She is an amazing teacher but you do have to work hard & study but it's school to get over it:). I would definitly recomend her for anyone stuggling in math!

She is a pretty good teacher, but she grades really hard. I am decent in math and came out with a C. I felt bad for the people who struggled in math and couldn't help it. A guy failed the first two test and he asked her what he should do and she told him that she didn't think he was ready for college algebra. The test are a bit difficult.

Professor Yeager helped to clarify many of my hang ups that I have had about math. I am forever grateful that she was my teacher.

She is the best teacher I have ever had, so clear and helpful in her teaching! Anyone that says she grades too harshly doesn't understand that she's HELPING you so you don't keep making the same mistakes! Her grading system is great as well- a little wiggle room if you haven't done great on a couple homework. Final was tough, but she's the best!

You have to do everything her way and show full work if not she will take a lot of points of on homework and tests. She lectures slow but makes sure you understand the material. Just take good notes and study the homework she assigns and you will be fine

I made low 70s in high school math and i made a low 70 in this class. Shes just a stickler for little things. You'll pass if you're not good at math but only if study. Highly recommend web assign. She was also avaiblie before my 8am class to help out with homework or test related questions. Nice cheesy old woman who likes math.

Just finished taking Math 1111 with Ms. Yeager. She is an absolutely phenominal teacher. Her class is by no means a cake walk. You will have to earn everything. She is very clear when teaching and makes sure you understand the concepts. There are set homeworks to turn in and 4 tests. Lowest test grade gets replaced with the final. She is very Just.

Prof. Yeager is very clear with her teaching. We had four tests and then the final. Don't need textbook, only need the Connect Math code to complete online quizzes due before each test. If you don't understand something, ASK QUESTIONS. She wants to help you better understand the material, and she posts the class notes online if you are absent.

If you do your homework on ConnectMath you will do just fine on any test. The only downside I found is that I would get right answers on homework sheets but they are marked wrong because its not in her steps. She recommends short cuts but just right down every step she does and you're more than like to make a B or higher in her class.

Her notes are structured so that they are organized and easily understandable. She moves at a great pace, and really knows what she's talking about. Always has a smile on and is open to any questions you may have. Nice way to start off the day

Professor Yeager is very direct as to what she wants from you. Tests aren't that hard if you study and do the practice test on connect math.. She's a tough grader and the homework kind of sucks, but overall she's a pretty good math teacher. The homework is online and written, if you're not into the online math stuff, this is not for ya.

If you would like a professor that cares whether you pass or fail and one who gives thorough explanations every class, this is the right person for you.

She was very helpful! If you didn't understand a problem you could email her and she would respond very quick. She does count off point if your answer is right but you missed a little detail in showing your work. But overall I'm glad I choose her to be my math professor!

I loved Mrs. Yeager. If you make an effort to talk to her and show her you really care about your grade she will be super nice. She is a awesome teacher, she explains the material very well. If you do not get something she will go out of her way to help you understand! I highly recommend her!! :)

she is an awesome teacher. if you fail the class then you never tried. explains things very well and will stop or slow down if you have a question. available outside of class for help. the schedule is set so you know when a quiz or test is coming. cares for her students and their grade. does grade kinda hard but its math so what do you expect.

If you actually show up and put in the effort to understand everything, you will do fine. She does a great job with starting from the basics and working her way up to more complicated problems. I did all the homework problems the night before the test and got high grades on all of them. She is a sweet lady that cares about her students.

She is amazing. Loved having her for math. She does want things a certain way but every professor does. I learned really well with her way of teaching. Much better than high school where I barely understood anything.

Best math teacher I've ever had! So sweet and funny. She is very relatable and easy to understand. She is very willing to help and do extra examples. Her tests are not very difficult if you understand the material. Some days the homework took me a long time but it did prepare me for the test. Thoroughly enjoyed her class!

Ms. Yeager has been really great so far. I feel comfortable asking her questions and she is very helpful. Lots of material but if you time manage well its really not bad. She has a lot review PowerPoints with example and practice problems, and review videos to help you understand lessons better. You can tell she cares about her students doing well.

LOVE HER! She is definitely the best prof I have ever had! There are a LOT of notes but they are doable if you time manage. If you take all of the notes you will 100% get a high B or A. You have multiple tries on HW answers and it gives you the answers after the first try--easy 100. Tests are just like HW and only up to 20ish questions. So helpful!

If you want a good professor for College algebra take Professor Yeager! She is very good about responding back to students and is very interactive with every one. If I had the chance I would definitely take her again. I would just beware of test though they can be hard and if you don't know the information you won't do good.

Great Professor! I love math and algebra is one of the easiest so this class wasn't much of challenge. Would get a bit boring with her way of teaching. Lectures are heavy but breaks things down a lot to make sure everyone understood. Weekly hw that helped prepare for tests/quizzes. Started doing open note quizzes as well. Helpful outside of class.

I loved Ms. Yeager! She is honestly amazing. She does in depth notes, which if you're good at math can be boring, but it's very helpful. She does a mix of online (hw, study, help) and class (notes, tests, quizzes). She is very nice and available whenever. She has the most soothing southern accent ever. I highly recommend her! She's the best.

Good at explaining things & responds to messages usually within the same day. Can be said for any math class but you HAVE to study. She makes the tests have the easiest versions of problems. You have a whole week to do the hw. She gives study guides for tests and final! Show work on tests and you will prob get some points even if you got it wrong.
