Great professor. I'm actually learning something unlike in Acct 101 with a different prof. He's funny, easygoing, and definitely knows his stuff!

One of the best professors at BCC! Accounting is not my favorite subject but I managed an A! Do well on the tests and pay attention! He is always willing to help!! Def take him.. hes the best!!

He is well-prepared for the topic of the day and provides interesting current examples of how the business world is impacted by changes in the Federal Tax Laws.

Heuser, as a CPA, applies concepts in class to the real world and makes the class that much more meaningful. The tests are verbatim from the CD-ROM and bold topics in the textbook making an A grade easily obtainable. As a teacher I believe he easily explains the topics covered in class and always is open to questions and concerns.

THE BEST TEACHER YOU'LL EVER HAD IN BROOKDALE. HE IS VERY FUNNY. VERY LAID GUY AND VERY EASY TEACHER. IF YOU RATE HIM LESS THEN 5 THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU NOT HIM. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF BY HEART. YOU'LL NEVER GET BORED IN HIS BORED. I HAD 8:30 MONDAY CLASS WITH HIM AND HE MADE IS THE BEST CLASS OF THE WEEK.

Hard class, awesome guy. He really knows his stuff, but can sometimes be too laid back and forgets to teach. Really really nice and you can go to him for anything. Never boring and always funny.

deff the funniestt teacher at brookdale..he really knows how to make people laugh and has a great sense of humor ! he looks like robert dinero in a way but really..he tells u exactly whats on the test and always asks if anyone is stuck..reallyy great guy..take him , u wont regret it !

He is a hottie. But he was somewhat dull. He was not as funny as HE thought he was. I would recommend him.

"Team of America......" That is how Heuser call us. He is very handsome, neat, funny professor. If you are a girl, you should definetely take his class. He knows the stuff and he is very easygoing. one of the best in Brookdale.

He is very funny and nice. Sometimes, he bought donnuts and coffee. He concerns the feeling of the students and adjusts the progress of the class. I would like to be his daughter.

Team America - that's who we were. Good class but you hv do your part as a student by attending class & taking the online quizzes otherwise, YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPTS COME EXAM TIME& it is worth a test grade. The prof made the class fun but was also very serious about having us understand the principles of acctg.

I went into his class with intentions of majoring in Finance, but after two semesters with Chuck I've changed my major at my 4 year school to Accounting. Legit professor; laid back personality but very sharp mind. The textbook for the class is great, so just study that and the online quizzes/tests are simple. Easy grader, too.

I love this guy! He definitely made me excited to come to accounting after my first semester with a different teacher who SUCKED. Chuck is so funny and energetic during his class so it doesn't even matter that it's 8:30 AM! Would take him again in a heartbeat!!

Great teacher, teaches beyond material that helps to better grasp the concepts. Easy grader, but use of study materials before tests are very much needed.

Very fair professor. Highly recommended. You must do the quizzes online only way to pass this class. Don't waste money on textbook online access code give you an electronic version. Accounting is not easy must study about 5 hours a week

Chuck is a great teacher. Although accounting is a pretty tough subject he makes it clear and helps you out with examples. He has a good sense of humor and is friendly / understanding. I took acct 102 with another BCC prof (who was AWFUL) and dropped it. If you have to take this class, take it with Chuck.

Chuck is the man. This is accounting, so obviously the tests are going to be difficult, but Chuck made everything simple. I have him next semester for 102 and I think I will do a lot better. The first test is the most difficult one

I just took this class last semester. All I gotta say that he's awesome. The easiest grader I've ever met. The thing is though, you know that accounting is hard courses to study. YOU GOTTA READ THE FREAKING TEXTBOOK TO PASS THIS CLASS!. Take the quiz online! and you will pass. My I messed up the last test stil give me a A-. THank u chuck!

CHUCK IS THE MAN! This guy does this stuff for a living, he knows what hes doing. Very smart, no hesitation in lectures, likes to have fun with the class, overall great experience, Id take him for every class, especially accounting and if you know nothing like I did.

Chuck is a great guy and knows accounting well. Unfortunately, his methods of teaching aren't very good. He tends to go off topic from time to time. I've studied my butt off for every test, passed every quiz and did every practice assignment online and still struggle with the material when taking tests.

He is amazing, his sense of humor and interest in this class keeps you going. I was struggling at first but he told me to read the book and practice and I'm starting to understand. Definitely would recommend taking him.

Amazing professor! He is constantly joking and making things fun so it keeps you interested. He really makes what would normally be a boring subject actually fun! Do the online work and there is no doubt you won't pass this class! As with anything, you only get what you put into it.

If you have to ACCT-101 you bette take it with this guy. He is hilarious and keeps the class entertaining. Best advice, before every exam do the online quizzes. They are almost identical.

Took ACCT101 and 102 with Chuck, he is the man!! He's so funny and makes a 3 hour class seem like 5 minutes. He know his stuff when it comes to accounting, and he makes sure you are prepared and know what type of problems will be on the test. Make sure you do the online quizzes right before the test. Take accounting with Chuck, he is the best!

Love, love, LOVE Heuser! I am now a student at Rutgers and am so missing Heuser! He makes things interesting and he's funny. He keeps you engaged. Accounting can be rather boring but when you have someone as down-to-Earth as Mr. Heuser, it makes the material so much easier to absorb and retain.

Great proffessor. Clear, concise, and teaches efficiently. Finds the perfect mix of jokes while still being serious enough to get through the tough to learn stuff. Leave your phone off or on vibrate, he'll doesn't like them. On your own as far as quizzes. Hard to get ahold of outside of class. One of the best prof. I've taken to date.

I actually enjoyed going to his class because he's so funny and keeps it interesting. He does do attendance in the beginning, but I noticed he stopped mid-way in the semester. There is four tests and about ten online quizzes that really pull up your grade! Pretty simple class, I would recommend him! I'm going to definitely take him again.

One of the best, most engaging lecturers at Brookdale. Chuck is obviously an accounting wizard but it's his relaxed "we're just talking" teaching method that makes him great. Relaxed might be a stretch. Chuck COMMANDS the room & your attention. He WILL put you on the spot in class so stay on your toes & read the book. Most importantly, nod & smile.

Great teacher! Accounting is hard as it is but he makes it clear and fun making the class less dreadful. He'll make everyone participate and is dedicated to helping you do your best. Looking forward to having him for Accounting 102!

Professor Heuser is the most engaging, funniest and overall best professor I've had to date. I never thought I'd look forward to going to a 3 hour Accounting class every week. With that said, the material is NOT incredibly easy, be prepared to work for your grade or you WILL fall behind fast.

I took him for ACCT 101 AND 102 and I can say he is a very good teacher! He teaches his lesson by giving examples and is very clear on what you should know for a test. He's funny so even though he'll be up teaching for 2-3 hours the class doesn't drag on. TAKE HIM!

He is the most amazing professor I have ever had! I took acc 102 before but dropped it bc it seemed difficult! but then i took him and he made it so easy! He is hilarious. He does put people on the spot but will help you if you cant figure out the answer. He tells whats going to be on the test. easy peasy. TAKE HIM SERIOUSLY!

Really good professor. Attendance is mandatory to pass this class. If you show up to class listen to the lecture and do the homework you will be fine. Accounting can be difficult but he makes it easy. Take his class if you can

Accounting is not an easy course to begin with. If you're not gonna study please don't take the class and let someone else take your spot... people were struggling to get into his class. 4 tests that you need to study for and do the online homework they count a lot.

I absolutely loved taking his class. However, if you do not like randomly being called on don't take him because he's all about catching people off guard. He is honestly one of the funniest people I've ever met and his tests are not too hard: scan over the textbook, do the homework and you'll be fine. I can't wait to take him for 102 this semester!

Best Professor I ever had. Funny, powerful, keeps class involved. Tests arent bad if you put the work in and he relates things to real life. Take this guy.

Amazing teacher, very funny and overall a great guy. He owns his own accounting firm and is a licenced CPA, so you cant get much better than a person that does it for a living. Does give extra credit for last test. I dropped my first accounting and hated it, now it is the class I look forward to the most. Highly recommend. You work for your grade.

Chucks the man had him for 101 and 102 got an A- in 101 and B+ in 102 the HW is just like the test no reason to stress him nice guy

He's really funny so you would never get bored in his class. He explains the material in a great detail. He's really chill about tests and always gives a testing pass if you don't want to take the test that day. He's a easy grader too. Would definitely recommend him!

Chuck is hilarious and entertaining. I passed ACCT101 by the skin of my teeth, but thanks to Chuck, I did well in 102. Unfortunately he had to take leave for specific reasons, but his time there was fantastic. A true legend and a true artist. Take his class and you'll see what I mean.

Amazing Professor and great lectures! I learned a lot and always looked forward to the class. He explains course material very well, so I recommend to not miss a class, because book can be sometimes overwhelming if you're taking intermediate accounting. He is funny and also understanding. I enjoyed his class and definitely recommend him!

I took him for both Acct 101 and 102. He was by far one of my favorite professors. The class itself is kinda hard 101 I finished with B+ and 102 a C. Show up to class take some notes, day before test doing the all the homework before helps it just takes time.

I took Chuck for Accounting I and II and got an A in both. Hes an awesome guy and a great teacher. Super wise and fun to talk to. Hes a certified public accountant so he has first hand experience with what he teaches. He writes his lectures on the board for a better visual experience. Theres 3 tests and hes an easy grader. Definitely recommend!

Professor Heuser is the man, he makes the class fun and interesting, and tells a lot of stories, and likes to joke a lot, he is an easy grader and will help you anytime as long as you put in the effort, highly recommended, take him you won't be disappointed.

Funny guy, and his lectures a very interesting, and overall friendly guy, his tests aren't difficult as long as you study pay attention in class and do the assignments.

He is very smart and hilarious, which make the lectures pretty interesting (says a lot considering it's accounting lol). Also the class is fairly easy. If you go to class, it should be an easy A/B

One of the best professors I have taken. Hes funny and definitely makes accounting a lot easier. You also get out pretty early. It is accounting though so its not like you dont need to study or anything.

He is so amazing encouraging nice and funny so down to earth he doesnt want phones in class but he is such a funny and fun professor. Very accommodating worked so well with the online transition all it is is him presenting the lecture reading the chapters and doing the online homework. Hes so chill awesome and I love accounting now because of him

After retaking the course with Professor Heuser everything has literally changed. I wont say anything for now but I will only leave it right here.. I got an A ...

... (continued) Professor Chuck cares about each and every individual, he does his best so you can improve yourself, your work, and your grades. He is so humble and funny. He taught us how to be strong in Accounting and in answering questions. Unlike the usual Accounting lectures, I never felt that it was boring and hard.

... (continued) He made sure that you understand literally every single word he said in class before leaving. He tells the information in such an easy and smooth way that you understand. If I kept talking from here until tomorrow I wont be done and it wont ever be enough. I STRONGLY recommend no one but him. He deserves all the credits, trust me.

He is the best! I took him for 101 and 102.. he gives homework and tests but if people dont do it he will push the date back so you can finish.. he has a lot of experience and talks you through everything until you understand it.. I wish I could take him again before I finished!

Had him for Acct 101 and 102. He was very nice and understanding about how hard Accounting is. Exams are pretty difficult. Only downfall is he only teaches the surface material in class and expects you to read a 100 pg chapter to fully understand everything on the exams. Accounting at Bdale made me switch my major. Pretty hard class but I liked it.
