Made me want to learn math for the first time in my life

Teacher was very clear when going over how to solve problems. Although, towards the end of the semester things started to get fast pace, she usually was able to keep students understood of material. Do work and you will pass easily!

The class is hard, but because of her help and the way she teach made me really easy to receive a good grade for math.

Definitely a good teacher. Lets you make test corrections to improve exam grades. Math excel is important for your grade. Easy B.

Professor Rowley is a great teacher. She wont fail you and really cares for her students. Shes lienient and is soo nice. Math xl is just the annoying part but if you email her asking to reopen the assignment or extend the due date; she will. she works with you as long as you do the same. def recommended!

THE BEST MATH PROFESSOR!!! Didn't buy the textbook. Missed 11 days of class. 62% on the first exam. I EARNED AN *A* IN THE CLASS! Theres only 4 exams and the lowest one is dropped. The math xl homework helps prepare for an exams, and theres no excuse not to get at least 90% on the overall homework grade. Professor Rowley is the math prof to take!

I took her MA160 class over the summer. The material itself is hard but she helps a lot and go over some algebra throughout the semester. She is great especially if math is not your thing and if you r struggling in calculus. She is my best math professor!! Extremely recommended.

Great teacher. Funny, entertaining, explains everything. I hated math at school and was very nervous. Now I actually enjoy it! Highly recommend her. Just do all the homework and keep up - she wants you to succeed.

She has really changed my outlook on math. Honestly, my whole attitude changed while taking her class because I understood everything. After taking a 5 year break from math, I can safely say my foundation in math has been repaired. I am taking her again for MA103

Math has never been easy for me, but for the first time ever I got an A in Prof. Rowley's class. She is such a sweet and helpful person, she is patient and really really wants to help you. She is so passionate about math, which makes her even more eager to help, and she can explain things in numerous ways. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Professor Rowley is an extremely helpful professor. VERY friendly, very approachable, very willing to help you. I was a late-entry student in the class (like a day or 2 before class was to start), and she signed me in without a problem, which goes to show how good-natured she is. She explains the material with step-by-step clarity. TAKE HER CLASS!

Before I took this course, Math was very hard for me. The Professor explained each type of problem to us step by step, and had us do problems in class. She was always ready to answer questions, and always explained things clearly. She made math much more understandable than any textbook! Pay attention in class, and you will do well!

Professor Rowley is a fantastic teacher and a great person. She is very good at helping students to understand the material. She is also very kind, fair, and amusing. She always made the class laugh but she was still able to keep everyone on topic. I believe she really does care for her students, which should be a teacher's attitude. Recommend!

I have always been very bad at math and I always thought it was because I sucked, but I got an A in the class and it was because she is veryyyy clear. She explains everything really well and if a student needs help with something she goes over it. Her comments are funny too. Surprisingly enough I like math now and it's because of her.

I failed math 96 couple times. When i changed majors they said i could take 093 instead of 96. And man she's good. I wasn't good at math in high school, my level was poor. I got a B lol. So yeah she's hella great. Test are so simple a person might overthink. I failed the first test and got better from time to time. The final exam is real important.

I have struggled in math for years. Finally took her class and I was successful. She makes the material very clear. Her exams are easy. If you pay attention in class and study there is no reason you should get less than a B. I will be taking her again in the fall for MA 110.

One of the best math teacher I have ever had. She is thoughtful of her students and wants to see them succeed. Lots of students did poor on our first test so she gave an extra credit assignment to the whole class that replaced the first test grade. She teaches statistics and calculus as well. I highly recommend her for any math course.

Professor Rowley is the best! I haven't taken a math class in a while so I was worried about being able to understand the material but she is very clear and gives good notes. As long as you to the homework assignments on MathXL and do the review questions before the exams there is no way you won't get an A. I highly recommend taking her class!!!

Great teacher! I'm horrible in math but managed to get an A. She teaches each section assuming you know nothing. Does not assign a lot of homework. Tests are usually 10 questions but she will take points off for a lot of things! Just make sure you do it the way she teaches. (Don't forget % signs etc). Show up and listen- you'll do well.

She is the best math professor I have ever had. I have struggled in math for a long time and she has taught me in a way that has allowed me to be successful. If I could take her for every subject I would.

Amazing prof! Her lectures are good, she's really down to earth and keeps us engaged and just bonds and connects with her students which help with paying attention. Her final is optional is you're happy with your grade is not mandatory. She's great hurry and sign up her class fills up quick since she gets recommend alot between students.

I absolutely love this professor she was so sweet and helpful! I was 1.1 points away from passing at the end of the semester and she still passed me! But her class is very hard, I took her math 096 class for non-credit.

Made Calc 1 understandable and easy to tackle, cracked jokes, and brought us candy. Don't really use the textbook. Took time to answer homework questions in class and the lessons never felt rushed. Would take her again in a heartbeat.

Math was not my strength, but Professor Rowley made it fairly essay. Professor Rowley is great at explaining, she is so clear and makes sure that the student is always on track. Professor Rowley gives tips and very helpful feedback. She also encourages us to ask questions, in person or by e-mail. In class, she also hands out her schedules, her office schedule, her schedule at the MathScience center, and her own tutoring class in the science center. with her teaching style, I feel almost like a math genius!

Professor Rowley helped me get an A in calculus, when I'm normally a horrible math student. She is very helpful and knows the material. She doesn't try to make the course/material harder than it is. She is prepared and prepares students for the tests and what is on the test is what you actually learn in class. Great teacher!!

Professor Rowley is one of the best math teacher at MC, she explains everything step by step, even if you hate math she will make you love it. All you have to do is show up to class do your h/w , pay attention and you will do great. I am not a math person and I got an A for her. You will not regret it if you take her!

If every professor at MC is as caring, cool , calm and collective like her, college will be alot less stressful. Calculus is not an easy subject, lecture is intense bc it's alot of materials, you will have to study and pay attention and practice to get an A or B, but having her as your teacher really HELPS!!! One of my fav teacher, def recommend!

It is an understatement to say that Professor Rowley is literally the BEST math professor ever! My whole life I have struggled in math, and for the first time, I am finally succeeding because of this woman. She teaches the material as clearly as possible and breaks it down so that everyone understands. I truly could not recommend anyone better!!

Professor Rowley is an excellent math professor, but in higher maths, she will not hold your hand as much. Precalculus was much more difficult than her algebra course and she was less engaging. She is a tough grader but I do appreciate her clear teaching style. She only teaches which sections she finds most important; not every overwhelming detail.

Prof. Rowley really cares about her students performance. She makes a hard calculus class seems easy. She explains the content really well. I am not a math person at all, but I had a good performance in her class. She reviews the material before the exams which is really helpful. There are 5 exams plus homework and quizzes online. So study!

Professor Rowley was an amazing choice to take calculus for business for me. The subject seemed daunting before I took her class, yet she made it easy to digest and just like that, I grasped the concepts. She's also got a sense of humor, and will get to know you, because she cares about her students. Take her, you won't regret it.

Claudina Rowley is an amazing professor. Her lectures are candid and easy to understand. Professor Rowley's tests are also really straightforward. Tests/quizzes in this class are exactly like the homework and worksheets that she goes over in the lectures. Lastly, she does not overwhelm her students with homework and the work tends to be easy.

Professor Rowley is a great teacher. The class is hard, but thats what is expected for Calculus. 4 big tests and then an optional final. Started slow in the class then met with her and did so much better! You WILL learn a lot. Also she allows notes on exams which helps.

Professor Rowley is an amazing teacher if you take her you wont regret it she is patient, caring, and understanding. She also records her lectures and makes a copy of the math notes on blackboard. So if you missed class dont be alarmed everything is on blackboard. She honestly makes me like math. So please get her as your teacher.

She was so nice and helpful throughout the whole semester. All of the exams are in class and were just like the review guide which is provided by her. Just study and do the HW and quizzes and you will pass.

Her lectures are easy to understand and the homework is through mathxl. Unlimited attempts on quizzes. Exams are very similar to study guide. If you do the study guide and understand her lectures, you'll get an A. Highly recommend taking her

I enjoyed Prof. Rowley a lot! She breaks everything down to simplify everything, I needed very little time outside class to study the material. Homework/quizzes have infinite attempts too! Final exam is optional, however it can boost your grade if you're struggling. Pay attention & ask questions, and you're fine. Highly recommend!

Prof. Rowley is great ! MyLabMath is what you use, and they give you infinite homework and quiz attempts. Prof. Rowley also breaks down every lesson so it's easy. Attendance for exams is highly recommended as you'll get a 0 if you don't show up. The final exam is also optional, however it can help a struggling grade. Highly recommend her

I took the online course and it was easy! She structures her lectures well and explains the lesson easily. She gives out exam study sheets which is very similar to the actual exam. The only homework is the MyLabMath which is less then 10 questions, but other then that I highly recommend to take her class.

She's a really good professor, makes math way easier. The lectures in class are pretty much identical to the hw/quizzes. As for the exams, I would recommend to complete the study guide as it is basically identical to the exams. If you excel in class, you can skip the final exam! Overall a really awesome professor!

I loved her! I do not like math but she made the material very easy to understand and will go over things you don't understand in a kind manner, she never had an attitude. If you do your work, it is impossible to fail.
