This guy is terrific - he give something to look forward to when I come for an early or late class. He actually challenges us to think like teacher. His feedback is detailed so you know he's invested in actually reading out assignments and taking them seriously. I wish I could take him for more classes here at Towson.
Dr. Reilly is hands down the best teacher or professor I have ever had. Not only is he smart - 6 degrees, for crying out loud - he makes complicated political stuff accessible and even fun(ny). He really listens and , even if he didn't agree with a position he would never shut it down dismissively. He challenges us to look critically at everything.
Cole assigned a lot of work but clearly had great experience and shared great methods and techniques on how to teach social studies and how to make it interesting for our students. He related the topics to us, was always available for consultation, and frequently offered help extending beyond his classroom. He made coming to class enjoyable.
Hands down the best and smartest prof I have ever had (and I've attended 3 colleges/universities by now). I like how he pushes us to not just be okay teachers, but to become the types of educators who make a real difference. I never liked social studies before I took his methods class - now I think it's my favorite topic. I have so may ideas now.
I was intimidated on the first day of class because his blackboard has a lot of content, and it is difficult to navigate and find items. However, I was able to gain more confidence after a few weeks. He is passionate about teaching and social studies, and he expects a lot from his students. You have to work for your grade, but it is college!
Awesome guy and so good at making what previously seemed impossible ot understand, perfectly accessible... and even meaningful. I can't believe it's my senior year and, though I've always wanted to teach, this is the first truly inspiring prof I've had yet (among many, mostly-good ones). He challenged all of us to raise our games - Thanks!
This is hands down the best class or course I've ever taken. I've changed my major to become a teacher now because I find it (and him) so inspiring. I never thought I could participate in such thoughtful discussions of controversial topics in a meaningful, engaging, and fun way with people who may disagree. Dr. Reilly rocks - take Cole's section!
Enthusiastic and caring, but the main project was a lot of busy work and felt irrelevant and inapplicable to real life teaching for elementary school. When receiving feedback, it often came out harshly and didn't feel constructive. Unorganized with Blackboard and links for submitting assignments. Overall, a very overwhelming professor and course.
I wasn't sure if I should put a 4 or 5 for level of difficulty. He probably pushed me more than any professor I ever had, but he also supported me and was so available for guidance and feedback, I couldn't complain. Dr. Reilly has so much passion for teaching - he really inspired me and so many of those in our cohort. I'll miss him and his class.
Great guy - funny and smart. Probably the best teacher I have ever experienced yet, at ANY level. If you ever have a chance to take a class with Cole, do it. There's never a dull minute and you are sure to learn a LOT>
Dr. Reilly is a nice guy, but I did not enjoy his class. He has a set viewpoint and if you have a political view other than his, don't share it because he won't like you and he will make it obvious. He is smart and tries to make his class fun. He also brings snacks. Final project is very annoying but all EDUC202 has to do it.
The tag option said "amazing lectures" but I'd revise that (if the site would let me) to "amazing lessons" as he's NOT prone to just lecturing. His lessons are dynamic, engaging, and we often get out of our seat, which really helps me imagine teaching kids in a similarly dynamic way that's NOT just about textbooks and worksheets. Best prof yet!!!
Amazing guy and a terrific class. I didn't even think I was especially interested in education - just takign this urban ed class as a gen-ed. However, his readings, discussions, and activities have me really inspired. It helps that he has a lot of teaching experience in all kinds of settings. Now I changed my major to become a future teacher. WOW
Prof. Reilly is incredibly enthusiastic and cares deeply about what he is teaching. The class has a lot of work but he breaks it down so it is not all at once. He is very on top of everything and sometimes brought fruit to class for his students. Overall a great guy, highly recommend but you have to put in some effort to get an A.
A lot of work/projects that are irrelevant to real life teaching for elementary school. When receiving feedback, it often came out harshly and didn't feel constructive. Unorganized with Blackboard and links for submitting assignments. Overall, a very overwhelming professor and course. Makes level 3 harder then it needs to be. Don't take him!
I recommend taking any of his courses, I can say that a lot of teachers don't really care about your personal well-being, but he is one of the most genuine professors I've ever had. A big plus about him is that he really helps you look at the world from different perspectives, and teaches you a bigger lesson than most classes ever could!
Best teacher or professor I ever had - couldn't believe how REAL he was, though all the OCVID-19 pandemic and what not, he was always modeling what it means to be a professional educator who know and cares for his students, and cares equally for our future students, so he want to help us become top notch teachers like him. Lazy students won't like.
Hands down, this was the best course I've taken in my entire life (that includes all of my k-12 experience, undergrad, and the rets of my grad programs so far). Cole is such an amazing teacher and he really "gets" how to help us grapple with some truly challenging material. He folds in SO MANY perspectives and made impressive use of technology.
I cannot say enough about the amazing person he is - both as a teacher but also as someone still learning with and beside us. He's humble and thoughtful - pulling in perspectives that could just as easily go without being considered if it was a position no one in the room held. He knows his stuff and how to pull the best work out of others.
Although there are a lot of assignments due, that is the expectation of every Level 3 class. Professor Reilly made that really manageable for our class, especially during this pandemic. He was always helpful outside of class, he laid out what he wanted for every assignment so you can pass... even if its tedious, it's an easy A. An amazing teacher!
LOVED HIM!
Dr. Reilly's amazing! I've never had a prof care more about us and our future students. Sure, it's a challenging course & he's high expectations, but I appreciate pushing me to become the best teacher I can be. The criticism I saw the last person write was obviously a classmate of mine who complains constantly if profs don't bend to her diva will.
Professor Reilly tries to be caring and seems to want to prove that he is open-minded, but it mostly just comes off as self-righteous and ignorant. His classes were full of his opinions with some random facts thrown in here and there that matched only his narrative. Students who had different perspectives than his were disregarded
He waited until the night before the semester ended for professors to upload our grades to blackboard. Hes very unprofessional and he tries to seem caring, but comes off as rude most of the time. Cole also assigned irrelevant work, was a tough grader, and did not give very constructive feedback.
Dr. Reilly is hands down the prof I learned the most from in the entire program. He's got a ton of useful experience, ideas, and insights. He had a health scare this semester, so I hope he's okay , but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I know I'll keep in touch with him for advice and to brainstorm.
Dr. Reilly is the best. I've never felt like any other professor has been so invested in me and my success. I'm proud of the grade I earned because I know how hard I worked for it & I know that I'll be a better teacher for all I learned form him in this course. He goes the extra mile and models ways to adapt when life throws a wrench in the works.
I took this course a few years ago as a core/gen-ed class and Cole's example as a teacher changed my life trajectory, I ended up switching majors to become a teacher because of this class and I recently got to take him again as I'm approaching student teaching. He really makes us think and care - super mindful of social justice and equity issues!
He is very up to date with present time. He knows what students are age wants to talk about.
This was our first semester back on campus (albeit masked) and it wasn't easy, but having an inspiring prof like Dr. Reilly helped keep me engaged. He cares about us and our students - so he pushed our thinking and our expectations higher than I'm accustomed to. It was invigorating and I'm proud of what I accomplished (for that class). Take Cole!
People often complain that he asks too much of us, but I have to say if i had ANY questions, he was just a text or call away and he's give me specific and useful, supportive guidance. It's a difficult class but not impossible - like teaching. If we want to become great teachers, we need to learn from the best profs like Dr. Reilly.
He is a professor who is very dedicated to his job. However, there is such things as being too dedicated. He goes over time on class, gives out tedious assignments and doesnt have a clear criteria on what he wants. This man also waits until the last minute to finish all his grading so you wont know how youre doing in the class until end of final
Cole fails to recognize that we are invested in our internships as future teachers, and expects more time to be devoted to his class than our students. He grades very hard, feedback is very delayed, harsh and rude rather than helpful, and his text messages are often rude as well. He informed us that this course wouldnt help with Praxis either.
Cole expects respect but doesnt give it to most of his students. His feedback was always rude and far from helpful, he made demeaning comments about how our stress is nothing compared to past Level 3 interns and how he never has free time either, yet he constantly assigns pointless work worth 1 point. Honestly think he wrote some of these reviews.
Really offensive and disrespectful, if you dont have the same viewpoint on politics-dont even try to discuss it with him. Talks down on his students, his emails or texts are so unnecessarily rude and harsh. He grades on grammar but has the WORST grammar and spelling errors ive ever seen. Just overall didnt come off as a caring professor..
When selecting a professor to take the ELED 365 course, select anyone BUT Cole. I have never been more disrespected by a professor than him. His expectations are that you pay all of your time and attention to his class rather than your internship & other classes. Be careful to share your views and opinions because only his matter.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I am sad to see so many others had the same negative experience with this professor as I did. His 2AM emails are not the only unprofessional thing about him, including his horrible responses and disregard for personal well being. Blamed his late grading on his health but hardly gave more than a 5 hour extension.
This reviews are embarrassing but an accurate representation of Dr. Reilly as a professor. It almost seemed as if he wanted to make us unhappy and upset us: for example talking down on us when he didnt like our assignments, awarding .375 of a point on assignments, and disregarding students feelings in general. Do not take Cole, youll regret it.
Cole is the worst prof I have ever had. He is so shady and rude to his students. He gives the worst grades possible (instead of an 8/10 he would give you an 7.982/10) as if it pains him to give you all the credit you deserve. He does not give positive feedback. He assigns way too many pointless assignments. He often keeps students past class time.
Cole is a super knowledgeable professor who cares a great deal about his students, his students' students, and the field. He certainly challenges us but he's also always available for support and provides tons of examples. It's a shame some students want to make him into some monster he's not. I saw this coming with the clickiness in our cohort.
I herd so many complaints by whiny classmates who didn't work very hard but they can be like that - so negative. I got a LOT out of the class and was proud of all the work I put in. I feel much more ready to teach now because he challenged my thinking and helped me consider so many perspectives.
Great guy - I came into this class undeclared and he was so enthusiastic about teaching and passionate about social justice that I was inspired to change majors. He made me want to become a teacher and I'm definitely curious to possibly work in the inner city if I could make a meaningful difference there. Not looking to be a savior but a help
Cole is a kind person and brings snacks to class. However, his grading criteria and attitude towards students in my class who expressed stress during level 3 was unprofessional. His feedback to assignments was very negative and hurtful. He gives many assignments, his grading criteria is very difficult, and no grades until the end of the semester.
He's a caring, thoughtful professor with a ton of insight, perspective, and experience. He has high expectations but also provides a lot of support and works so hard to help us all grow. I think he's the best teacher in the program.
Best professor I've had yet at TU. Its a demanding semester where this class occurs, but that's not any one professor's fault. He's very accessible and can be a great help whenever you reach out for clarification or support in the classroom. Dr. Reilly has high expectations, but the profession SHOULD have those - we want great teachers for kids.
Great guy - great class - great teacher - and a great shame that some of my peers on here want to pit him as as their fall guy because he has high expectations for us. I expect I'll turn to Dr. Reilly for advice and to help brainstorm for years to come; he clearly invests in us and helping us become the best teachers (for our own kid students)
I had Dr. Reilly for EDUC 202 years ago and then ELED 365 again. He's my favorite prof in the program.
I wish I could have taken more classes with Dr. Reilly. He's the real deal - I've never had a professor who felt more invested in me, my career, and my students (now and in the future). He's a great advisor too.
Inspiring guy and a great class. Dr. Reilly is really effective at helping people grasp social justice matters that are complicated. He really encourages discussion and pulling in as many voices abs perspectives as possible. I changed majors because he made realize he wanted to be a teacher like him.
Hands down, Dr. Reilly was the most powerful and inspiring professor I've ever had. I'll be a much better teacher or having been his student. He's got a ton of experience, but he's also so invested in us (and our students) and is determined to help ensure we learn, grow, and develop as students and future teachers.
Feedback was rude and not given in a helpful manner. Don’t recommend
Dr. Reilly is outstanding. Not only does he have a ton of insight and experience to share from his years in k-12, but he also manages to consider so many perspectives to help round out our engaged discussions. He's not afraid of disagreement and not trying indoctrinate anyone - but he makes it hard to ignore matters of inequity or social injustice.
Great teacher - just when I was starting to question whether I could make a difference as a teachers, I had him. He's far and away the best teacher I've had at any level - he really cares and has so many creative ideas to meet kids where they are and to challenge them. I know I'll keep in touch with him for ideas and support. He really cares.
Dr. Reilly is an amazing teacher. I'm going to miss his/their class and all the great discussions we had about complex matters like racism, classism, sexism, ablism, politics, transphobia, or heteronormativity, etc. He/they really encouraged us to grapple with sophisticated matters respectfully. I cannot say enough good things about him/them.
he's very kind as a person, i was struggling and juggling multiple things while taking his class so that made things extra difficult for me but he literally wouldn't let me take an L no matter what , but as a professor i was just like :/ half the time because i feel like half of his assignments were redundant, just give this class some thought
Dr Reilly is a rock star. He has a ton of experience and insight when it comes to knowing about schools, teaching, and the related DEI(J) matters. Great course - fun guy - we had some great discussions as a class abs it was suoridibgbhiwvwell folks got along talking about controversial topics. I credit Dr. Reilly.
Dr. Reilly can help you with most anything you want to teach elementary-age children (and not just in social studies) if you just take him up on the offer to reach out most any time. I know I'll keep in touch with him long after I graduate as I don't think I've ever felt a professor was so invested in my(and so many of us) as future teachers.
Cole really put me at ease - he was both a peer (seeing all of us grad students as colleagues - we're all practicing k-12 teachers too) and a mentor in how he was both relatable and yet he knew so much more than any of us... on so many equity matters. I wish more profs were as skilled and passionate as he is - especially with regards to equity.
Dr. Reilly is the most skilled, caring, and thoughtful professor or teacher I have ever had. I'm glad he's ~3x as many 5/5s as anything else. Those who give him 1/5s are whining that he's not a pushover who'd bow to their egos. I have a few vocal, childish classmates like that. Take note of the people who get an appreciate him. He's a treasure.
I took this course for a core credit but really enjoyed it. He's super laid back, class can go slow, but not hard. There are 6 one page, not double spaced journals that can be tedious but easy. His assignments involve watching movies and taking notes which is enjoyable. He brought snacks to class and made sure we had what we needed to succeed.
Class was kind of meh, but we had some interesting discussions which i sometimes enjoyed. He provides snacks which is neat. Projects can get annoying, and the 6 weekly essays could also get annoying but the class is pretty straight forward. Attendance is important, and is easy to reach outside of class via text or email.
I'm surprised he's rated so highly on here, everyone in my class hated him. He's group work heavy and not accommodating when you have issues. He can be very passive aggressive in emails and in person especially about missing class. He has the professor complex of "my life is so much harder and more busy than a student's" which is horrible.
Dr. Reilly is not only a great guy - easily accessible outside of class and if you tell him what you're going through (proactively) he can be very understanding and accommodating - you'll still need to do the work, but he can work with you. I can't imagine complaining about a professor who knows what he's talking about so well and cares so much.
Dr. Reilly is a really amazing professor who cares really greatly about the teaching profession and his students. He brought snacks for my class. The readings for the class were all online so no textbook was needed. Additionally, the class was not all that hard if you do the work and participate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reilly.
Dr. Cole Reilly is awesome. I wish more profs had half his passion for teaching and commitment to social justice. He loves his students, cares about his craft, and it shows in all he does. We had some really important conversations that could have gone off the rails, but he somehow made it a brave space for all. (No textbook required)
Hes super nice but talks WAY TOO MUCH. He'll always run out of time and never let us out early because he won't shut up. but he's a good teacher, Lowkey a lot of work for a core class
Dr. Reilly is the best teacher I've EVERE had. I cannot say enough about how thoughtfully he poses question and pulls in modern day topics from the news that he can help us better understand. He knows his stuff and cares so much about kids and all - his family even does foster-to-adopt to help kids - what an amazing role model and good guy.
Unconventional way of teaching- unorganized, often all over the place and leaves you with many questions. No tests or quizzes but a LOT of homework. Tough grader for the smallest things. Won't answer emails, makes you text him. Little regard for students well-being. Would not reccomend.
Dr. Reilly is full of countless creative and insightful ideas for us to try in the classroom. I'd have thought I'd have learned more from my internship itself, but when you're placed with a mentor who is kind of in a creativity rut or close-minded toward new pedagogical approaches, thank God for Dr. Reilly's methods course (and not just for SS).
I love this professor and his class. I'm going to look to see if I can take more classes with him. He's smart, funny, and very considerate. He is understanding when you have struggles and even brings snacks for us because he cares.
Professor Reilly is a great professor and very enthusiastic about his students and the topics covered in class. I would like to say that this class is a heavy seminar class with many discussions, presentations, and projects. Dr. Reilly is also a tough grader and takes off points for little marks. A lot of work for a core class but he's very nice.
This course was a joke of a course, you will be writing 5 papers about how schools are underfunded and how it's different to teach in a city. Dr. Reilly is a nice person, but his passive aggressiveness is a plague to the course. I would not recommend this course or this professor to anyone who I respect and whose sanity I would prefer to preserve.
Dr. Reilly is an awesome prof and although there's no textbook to buy, there's a lot to read and/or watch for class - all available online for free. Most inspiring teacher I've had yet n any level.
Cole is the best professor yet and you can tell he was awesome in the k-12 classroom too. He has so many idea for ho ot make teaching more engaging and meaningful. The class is a lot of work because he has high standards, but I learn SO MUCH and i know I'll be able ot keep in touch with him in the future when I have my own classroom and kids!
Fair, Friendly, Funny, Flexible, and inFormed - this guy knows his stuff and he WILL make you a better teacher if you put in the eFFort!
I learned a ton from Dr. Reilly & I know I can turn to him with questions or to run ideas by for years to come. He is passionate and informed in all things DEI and he totally cares about his students (as well as our classroom students). I wish there were more profs out there like him - engaging and inspiring, while also very real and approachable.
Great man - thoughtful, flexible, and smart + very funny. I hope to take more classes with him. The question here about the textbook is weird - all the assigned texts are a variety of scanned PDFs form parts of a variety of sources and links to video. So there's no assigned textbook to purchase with EDUC 202, but a good deal of reading, etc.
I'm new to the masters program and he's our first prof but I can say already he's a better teacher than anyone I had in undergrad. He has so many classroom and real-world examples to pull in and he facilitates great discussions well without making anyone feel judged. He understands wifi issues and models consideration. Great guy - very thoughtful.
Dr. Reilly is Amazing! He has a huge wealth of classroom experiences and want to inspire us to approach b what could be boring or stake curricula from interesting points of view and with dynamic pedagogical approaches. I wish my teachers growing up brought the kind of insight, wit, cleverness, fun, and a critical feminist eye to social studies.
I changed majors because I felt inspired by Dr. Reilly. Now that I'm going to be an educator, I hope I get to take more classes with him. Cole is outstanding - compassionate with so many rich insights to share.
Dr. Reilly is a rock star of a professor. I love how much teaching experience he has - folding in so many stories & offering perspectives we might have never imagined. Unlike most grad students, I don't like how all courses are moving online - because it often feels like we're missing out - but Cole somehow made this course still feel real & alive!
When I say we didn't use a textbook it's because all the readings are scanned excerpts form a range of texts so there's a diversity of voices built/baked in to course readings and texts. Dr. Reilly is, without question, the best professor or teacher, I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and that includes all my k-12 experience). Great guy!
Dr. R. is both an amazing teacher/professor & a wonderful human being. He WANTS you to contact him & let him know if you need help . If you do proactively, he can be incredibly forgiving & encouraging. When I hear stories from his old classrooms or even of him as a foster and adoptive dad, it's clear he loves kids. Scanned readings. - no book to $!
I love Dr. Reilly + have never felt more seen or heard by any other teacher or prof. He truly cared for all of our cohort + came to know us. We couldn't' help but get to know him too with so much experience + anecdotes to share from k-12. I will definitely keep in touch as I know he'll be available to me (+ my kiddos) whenever I/we have questions.
Where it asks how difficult the prof was, I am not complaining when i say the class was hard - ELED 365 is a demanding ocurse and Dr. Reilly has high expectations but it's not undoable or anything. He's always available/accessible and gives a welath of support for the internship and coursework. I felt proud of myself when I looked back on things.
I have never met a professor so dedicated to social justice and committed to helping us appreciate matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion. More so than I'd yet considered, Dr. Reilly challenged us to consider a myriad of perspectives - even ones that ran counter to our instincts - so we might strive to find and grapple with complex insights.
CR is a rock star who walks the walk of a great teacher/professor. He cares about his students - both his k-12 AND his current undergrads/grads. So genuine, thoughtful, earnest, + inspiring. I'm proud of the class discussions we managed to pull off - tricky stuff & yet he refrain from the kind of judgement that shuts down discussion or debate.
Great professor - adapted for some asynchronous weeks as needed, but every class was challenging and insightful. I (and several other) wish his course lasted 2 semester rather than one - so much to gain from Dr. Reilly.
Dr. Reilly is amazing - he offers so many perspectives (stories from the classroom himself, DEIJ considerations, devil's advocate camp, etc) & yet finds a way to get people discussing complex, politically charged ideas in a fair and mindful manner. He was going through a lot this semester and yet bent over backwards to accommodate others. Rock Star
Dr.Reilly was a good professor, he can get snappy and snarky at times but overall he is very helpful and will do his best to accommodate you. We had some challenges this semester and had to move to zoom but he did his best to keep things normal. There are lots of reading and writing assignments and he can be a tough grader at times.Follow direction
Dr. Reilly is the best teacher I've ever had at any level. He's incredibly generous with his time, energy, and focud - plus he brings snacks to class and cares about us (and clearly about children in general). He's really up ot speed on DEI matters and is able ot articulate systemic and systematic injustice that warrant championing still. Great Man
Dr. Reilly is a terrific person & teacher. He has so much experience both as a teacher & foster-to-adopt parent and it gives such a sense of perspective to know the real deal - he who genuinely dedicates his life to helping kids and now adult students too. Anything I've seen negative here about him is likely from people who miss deadlines or class.
Dr. Reilly is hand-down, the best professor I've worked with yet (and this is my senior year). He knows the content and he knows kids - most importantly, he helped me understand how I can bridge the gape form one to the other by following his awesome example. The class isn't easy + he's no pushover, but that's what we need to bring out our best.
Heading into finals week and can't believe it: I'm actually ENJOYing answering the questions. They're creative and allow us to show our understanding whiteout it being about memorization or only seeing things one way. This is par for the course with Dr. Reilly - I feel like I'll leave this class with countless ideas and I can turn to him for more.
Dr. Reilly is incredibly accommodating. He's almost always willing to offer a short extension, so long as you ask for it prior to the due-date. He even is willing to zoom1-5 students into class when the rest are meeting in person if someone has a health or transportation emergency. I have never seen another prof offer this level of flexibility.
Dr, Reilly not only has a fantastic command of most anything DEIJ-related, but he has a way to make it not feel scary to make mistakes or share vulnerably re: some tricky material. I would take any course he teaches - best professor yet.
Encourages participation from the first day & cares about students' input! Hosts a zoom while the class is in person if you have an excused absence. Heard he was passive-aggressive in emails/texts. Very picky grading? ex. Gives a 12.85/13. For a core, gives way more work than a required class. Not a difficult class, just a lot of busy work.
Finally, a methods course prof who want. to focus more on methods than just content. Don't get me wrong - Cole knows his social studies content, but I appreciate how well he gets how kids think and can help us understand how to make difficult SS concept accessible to kids. My only regret is not taking him until my senior year. More Reilly please!
Dr. Reilly is the best teacher/professor I've ever worked with. Here I was THINKING I was a junior in one major but he inspired me so much to become a teacher (to what I WAS majoring in) and now i'm changing majors. I can see he found his calling and I wonder now if teaching might be mine too. No matter what, I know I can turn to Cole for advice.
Terrific Teacher - Great Guy - We at TU are so lucky to have him. As a senior in ELED, I've never had a more engaging, intellectually challenging, or informed prof who was able to help facilitate rich discussions about tricky topics. I really appreciate that he is committed to meaningfully incorporating DEIJ considerations. He really wants to help.
Dr. Reilly is a great teacher, and is clearly passionate about what he teaches, but this class is involved. There is lots of reading, writing, and watching movies. There are lots of assignments, and he is a tough grader, but if you listen to his feedback you will pass. Taking this class as a core is a lot, due to the workload, but it is enriching.
Dr. Reilly is a force of nature. He's full of energy, ideas, and classroom experience. I appreciate that he asks a lot of us so that once the semester is done I know I'll be able to look back upon a lot of growth we accomplished in that class. He's dedicated and outgoing - incredibly accessible outside of class and sincerely wants to help us all.
Dr. Reilly really challenges your thinking and has a vast understanding of both the field of education and the the complications of urban life, which is impressive since he grew up on a farm and all. His passion is impressive and inspiring.
