Class was extremely easy. She often missed class, but for those that commute, she never tells when class will be canceled.

As long as you get the notes, you will get an A in her class. She gives you everything to know for your midterm and final and if you can't find something, you can email her and she'll let you know what it is. Very funny and likes to joke around but keeps on topic. One debate, but it's not hard and it's fun! Take her even if it's an elective! :)

This class was great. I learned so much about human sexuality. I had two pregnant women in the class, and professor Bonillas held a baby shower for them! She is very approachable and willing to help in whatever way she can- you just have to show the effort!

I took Human Sexuality with her.She is a great professor.You will never be bored in her class.Two tests-good study guides before each test.Four easy Quizzes-good study guides before them as well.You will have to study, but it is very easy and the material is all common sence.Highly recommended!

i had bonillas for contemp. health. she is an amazing teacher, you do NOT have to buy the book, but do show up to her class. attendence is lineant, if you tell her you have to be absent she won't make a big deal about it, "just don't make it a habbit" is her response.. tests and exams are OKAY. her study guides dont cover everything on the exams.

Great Prof. attendance is a must but that won't matter b/c there is never a time you will not want to go. You do have to read her study guide to pass the tests but its nothing you've never heard of, just in better detail. Her class is a blast

She's a great and easy prof. I wish that she would teach other classes. Class is very interesting. I got an easy A- There's no excuse if you have lower than a B+ in her class it just shows u did not bother putting any effort. Again she's extremely nice and easy and i would love to have her again.

Attend class and pay attention and you'll do fine! She tells you exactly what will be on each quiz and test so make sure you know that stuff well and you should have no problems what so ever! She keeps it interesting and teaches you alot. Overall a great class!

let me set it straight for everybody. shes not hot, over hyped class and teacher. she gives quizes every other class. all her quizes and tests answers are givin to you so just study. attendance is a must because of notes and info given. bottom line is shes fun and probably your best bet for an A taking her. no chicks in class = boring.

There is a quiz almost every week, however she provides a study guide (also provided for mid-term & final) which has everything you need to know. She deducts points for lateness, cell phone, and missed classes. Her classes are fun, lively, and interesting. Her syllabus is very detailed which list all of her expectations. Best class by far!

Excellent Professor! She's very enthusiastic!! I thought the class was so easy but thats only because i'm really into health. You have to study for her quizzes and exams but she gives you a review sheet which has everything you need to know. Shes cool she just gives way too many quizzes. Aside from that the topic is interesting but if the class is 3hrs long, shell make sure to talk all 3 hours :( So dont expect to leave early ever.

This class is about human sexuality its both fun and serious at the same time. You take a chapter quiz every week (information comes from the text+ you get a study guide which is the quiz), a midterm (take home), and a final (take home). Great class, just actually show up to it, take the quizzes/ complete the readings, and participate.

i appreciate dr. bonillas so much. she's very patient and kind. i decided to become a women's and gender studies minor because of how much i enjoyed her class. she's truly a gem and the textbook is genuinely so interesting. i cant recommend her or this class enough!

Expect to take notes because all the exams will be based on her in-class teachings. However, the tests are all take-home, and she allowed for small group discussion for these tests. She is lecture-heavy, but everything we learned was meaningful (and most importantly, tested). She responds to emails pretty fast, and she is in general very caring.

I loved this professor, Dr. Bonillas is so nice and caring. She gives plenty of time to prepare for the quizzes and majority were take home. She is quick to respond to her emails and always willing to help her students succeed. Every lecture was so interesting and she made it really engaging for everyone.
