Great professor, has a sense of humor--very funny!

The reason for the MGT's is that I have had several courses with her that she taught. She surely keeps in charge of the classes. Hope to have the ability to take a few more classes with her.

VERY great teacher. Can take open book tests, just ask. Lectures don't really cover test info. but they're open-book! Very funny and keeps things real. I really enjoyed her. Would take again when I get a chance!

Easiest teacher ever, grades on effort. so show a little effort, you get an A. Open book everything. Exams are a little difficult because of that but if you dont get an A in here, then i dont know what to tell you

class is easy, but you must attend to earn many daily grade and quiz points, very helpful and friendly to students.

There is no way you CAN NOT get an "A" in her class. If you don't, you should drop out and get a job at West telemarketing. The easiest class I have had my whole college career!!!

easy a. she makes the course so easy, i wonder how students complained about anything. teamwork is important to your final grade. attendance is not kept but can earn you extra credit on any day. she's very caring and down to earth. the book (either the old or new edition) is need for the exams.

she is extremely helpful. ask and you shall receive. (open book tests if you ask each specific time) she is really easy. go to class for those extra participation points. she is interesting and rarely does a class last the enitre duration. Awesome if you get to know her!! she will help you in any way she can, but does not accept late work.

Take any class she offers. She is very helpfull; gives easy tests, has a sense of humor (although sometimes corny). Her summer classes are the best.

Great Professor! Not the typical lecture class, very hands on. She doesn't like tests and never has a final. Relaxed class, but don't mistake her niceness for weakness. Grading scale is very basic, just show up, pay attention, do work assigned and you will glide through with ease.

Dr. Ramirez is the best teacher I have had at UTSA. I would take any of her classes in a heartbeat. She is extremely helpful and understanding. There is no way you can make anything less than an A unless your trying. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Ramirez is ideal for this class and the subject matter. Capstone course is centered around two separate presentations. Team composition is critical. Don't get sucked in by slackers. Great class to complete your education -stress level is manageable. Recommend Highly.

Dr. Ramirez is a great professor. On this summer course we had open book tests but they did a bit difficult. She gives extra credit for attendance which really helps the final grade. Her lecturures are cut short so there is a lot of reading involved but she meets you half way and gives you the grade deserved.She makes the class very interesting.

Dr. Ramirez is a great Professor, she cares to help, but if you have heard before she had open book test or group test, that is history. Now here tests (at least for the capstone class) are essay test and two big, big ,big projects. But she is always willing to help you. I think she is great and I learned a lot from her.

She a good professor some of the stuff you do in the class is often questioned by the class but the for the tests just study and go to class and you wont have a problem making an A

I LOVE CONSUELO!! I am actually taking her in the summer and fall as well. I mean online quizzes and tests. SCORE! But even with the first test that wasn't online .. I still made a 94. So excited for my one A this semester! :]

Nice lady. Goes over book powerpoint in class. So attendence isnt required, but she might go over future test and quizzes so show up when they get close. You need the book. Some exams and quizzes were online. Pretty easy. Ended the class with a 97.

This is the 1st class in my years of being in college where I can honestly count the # of times i went to class, (which was like 4) nearly everything was online, she makes life less stressful, everything on a quiz or exam comes straight out of the book, TAKE HER! If I got an "A" anyone can.

This is a totally easy class. If you can not get an A, then you need to go back to community college. She is not going to make you learn, it is the students responsibility to show up, pay attention, and walk out with information presented in class. She gives quizzes and tests; in class and online.

Helpful, chatty. Online, timed (90 min) tests/exams each Friday. So yeah, the course is easy. A few in-class activities, and simple group projects. An easy 3-hr elective choice during otherwise kick-ass packed semesters.

You don't have to go to class because all she does is reads out of the book, which you can do yourself. All quizzes are online and we've had 2 tests (including the final) that have been online. If you remember to take the online quizzes on time, you should get an A. Mostly vocab-based learning

She is such a nice lady, the quizzes were cake, you can use the book since their on line and she gives you an hour to do them. The test were easy if you study not just glance over definitions. I got an A. We did do some test online which was a benefit for those that slack. yes she reads from power point, and you dont need to attend class but do:)

Great teacher. I believe a lot of people don't see the greatness of her classes. I have taken 4 of her classes and I believe you get what you put in. She wants us to learn how to manage through the group work she assigns. Tests are pretty easy if you study. There are also In-Class Exercises and presentations. Overall, her classes are worth taking.

Easiest class ever. 6 exams each worth 10 points and a final worth 15 points. Just read the powerpoint and the notes and you will not get lower than a B

Nice prof, super boring. class isnt mandatory so just study and youll do ok. I never studied or went to class which i regret but it was really hard to stay awake. Had i studied more I would have done fine without ever going.

She does not know how to teach in class. All she did was pointing out what is gonna be on the exam and page number. I did not learn anything from her but the exams and quizzes(open book and open neighbor) were very easy. if you read text book you will do good. nothing hard in particular

This class is about team management, therefore, this class is group work intensive. 75% of the work is group based.

The class was really easy. You really have to only go on test and quiz days but she is really nice and showed us some interesting information during class. You need the book because some of the quizzes and tests are open book/notes!

Nice professor and fun class but she can be unreasonable at times. Case-in-point: you can get an 89.4 in her class and she will not round you to an A.

A very fair and understanding teacher. The tests and quizzes didn't really pose a problem and with your only homework being to read the book, I flew right by this class easily.

Being an intro class it's pretty simplistic. Concept based. Quizzes are open book open neighbor. Tests are the ones that came with her book. Easy if you understand it. Clear and efficient.

Get ready for group work. But her class was the most relevant and pertinent of all during that semester, basically said it all in the course title. Managing effect teams & resolving conflict, the greatest challenge was scheduling conflicts with the group assignment completions.

Professor Ramirez was a very good professor. While in the class she always gave the students more than enough resources to be successful. I will admit the class is hard to get through during lectures because it was over a lot of common knowledge but she does her best to help the students succeed.

This class is so easy. The book lets you print PDF's of the chapters and that really helped because MindTap does have some weird questions. Dr. Ramirez is very nice and helpful but she doesn't tolerate excuses so just do your work on time like everybody else and don't be an entitled child. If you can do that, you will get an A .

This class isn't difficult. There's quizzes and exams, and you're in charge of managing your time and keeping track of when everything is due. Be sure to not let all the assignments pile up until the end because it can get REALLY tedious to do them all at once then. If you need any help just ask Professor Ramirez and she'll reply back.

I've never had so much course work for an online class, but making an A is possible. There were 5 exams and 1 final, multiple assignments due on a three-week basis. Book is needed. She re-opens all of the assignments at the end of the year if you made below a 75 on them. A lot of work, but worth the A, for the GPA!

Very easy online class! I would take again if I could! Very understandable and always available to help but the class overall is very easy.

Very self-directed course. If you can't be left to your own devices, don't take this course. You have to be motivated to succeed.

The class is one of the easiest I have taken so far in college after two years. I recommend taking this class but don't expect to get grades back quickly that require the professor's review. I was disappointed with this aspect as it took weeks, and even a month plus, at times to receive grades. Currently, the class is waiting on a grade from five weeks ago with no updates from the professor after requests from the class.

This class was so organized and straight forward, if you read the chapters every week you will easily make an A. The grades in this class are based off a point system and every week you have assignments due on Sunday. But like I said, if you skim the chapters and do the quizzes and assignments, there is no reason to make a bad grade.

Really just your basic online class. Prof sends occasional emails and reminders. She gave everyone 100% for midterm, so that was awesome. Just do the homework and quizzes and you'll do well. The reading isn't bad, and I learned some good things about management. She schedules the last few weeks to have less HW, so that was nice.

This class was very straight forward. Its a system-based course so assignments/quizzes are due every Sunday on MindTap. There's 3 discussions, which aren't bad at all. She cancelled the midterm and gave everyone a 100, so that was nice. Basically, do your assignments and it should be an easy A.

you get into groups and every assignment is done with them. Half of the presentations are done in class and the other just gets a page paper submitted. a few individual reflection submissions. You need the books for some of the papers. Do what is asked with some effort and youll get an A. Dont have class every week. Made it a stress free class.

I took this class, as a hybrid 5 weeks summer class. Whole class is based on group work but very easy. Do the work and its an easy A. She is an amazing professor, she truly wants everyone to pass. Only thing really required is her book. I recommend taking her for this class. Easy A.

Most of this class is group based, you'll get groups the first day of class. She grades super easy. Love her its the second time I take her and both times I've received an A.

The class was very easy, mostly group projects. Only midterm which was a short essay and final exam. I would take her again.

Great professor! Easy class with lots of group work. She gives plenty of time to meet with the group since we only had class about half of the time. She is an easy grader on the assignments and is very flexible with her students. Major project is volunteering with your group and doing a small presentation on it at the end of the semester.

Took the online class and it was super easy. The assignments each week took about 20 minutes total and required little to no effort. Most of the assignments were common sense and I barely had to put in any effort. Easy A.

Easy class, first 3 weeks you have to do small videos presenting yourself, submit your resume to handshake, etc but after week 3 it's all Learnsmart quizzes so it's super easy! There's a CAP as well but she gives you many options for days. There's no way not to get an A on this class just do the work.

Great teacher, but hard to communicate with. Basically all group projects and it sucks bc not everyone likes to participate. She's super nice but can try to elaborate more.

Class was really easy. Everything was on cengage and didnt take very long if you manage your time. Never had any problems with the teacher

Ramirez is a nice professor. The coursework is very organized and easy to manage. Coursework through McGraw-Hill and on Blackboard, and also a 3 hour CAP conference. No big exams in this class, just a final. Easy A.

Great professor. The material was easy to understand and the load was very manageable. The assignment structure was great and is broken into 3 sections essentially. HIGHLY appreciated Ms. R! Also, if you have an issue with anything, she is more than willing to help you! I hope she is a professor for any of my future classes.
