Dr. Kelley is by far the most fun professor I ever had. She is funny and makes class fun, but she also challenges you. She knows the material and loves teaching it. I would recommend her to anyone. Her class was my favorite in my college career.

Dr. Kelley is by far my favorite professor so far in my college experience. She makes class fun, I looked forward to going. She lets you change your due date for almost any assignment, all the way up until the last class day. As long as you put some effort into it, the work is very easy. She also gets very hyper sometimes, which is entertaining =)

She's really passionate about her work, which is a great thing to see in a teacher, as some don't give a crap. Her class rubric, assignments, etc, are all very well-organized, and she's a very modern teacher regarding her teaching methods. She's also a sweetheart, and is incredibly intelligent. I'd recommend her to anyone.

THE BEST TEACHER. She is goofy and very creative. Her work is very understandable, she teaches so much in so little time. Its a very down to earth class. The class teaches you SO MUCH. Her grading is understandable and she uses blackboard faithfully.

I took Life Span class and even out of class she was there to talk to for advice about personal problems. Her assignments are fun! She gives a couple pop tests but you get to fix them outside of class! Take her class!

Currently in one of her online courses, and so far she is a great teacher. Her notes are clear, she explains very well, and the audio lectures and videos are great. I truly enjoy her as my professor and i'd recommend her as well. Class is not hard if you pay attention and do your work.

Dr. Kelley will go further than any professor I've know to help you out. No textbook was required and she provided all the materials. If you do what she asks you will get and "A". Theres no hidden requirements and no effort made to fool you. She truly wanst the student to learn and is both knowledgeable and passionate about the material.

Professor Kelly is a very tough grader.You have to follow everything completely to her standards. She does allow you to revise certain papers,gives extra credit, answers emails fast and is very helpful.

She was a great teacher. She gave tons of extra credit. Really boosted my grade up. We had to write 3 essay they were all pretty easy. She was very specific about the essays though. She was always there when needed help. The quizzes were pretty easy. You had to really study and know your stuff to pass the class. Everything was clear!!!

I highly recommend this class. She is a totally fair and honest teacher and really just wants her students to do well. Everything you need is on blackboard (including the book). As long as you participate and keep up on the lectures and readings you will do fine. Don't take anyone else's class!! This teacher knows this information so well!

She is my favorite teacher by far. Tough grader but pushes you to just be greater than you are. No textbook. Made talking about sex fun and open convos. Get ready for annotations. I got a B though i felt her class was hard but informative. She has helped me personally outside of class. Abig sweetheart. I recommend her!!

Dr Kelley knows her stuff! She's passionate about teaching and about her students learning. She's more than fair, gives extra credit, only 2 tests that you can correct for full credit, and quizzes are online. She responds to every email and her office door is always open. Attend class, participate, do your homework, and you'll learn and do well.

Dr. Kelley is a very talented professor and is very patient. She's available if you're struggling in her class, but you have to speak up so she can help. The advice she gives is helpful universally and she's a caring person so you'll feel comfortable opening up. If you show up, read, do work on time, and do the extra credit you should do great!

She is an awesome instructor. She doesn't use a textbook but instead has all the information printable from the website. She gives ample time to complete the online quizzes/tests and has some extra credit available. She is great at replying to emails. If you do the work and follow the grading guidelines you should get an easy A.

Wow. Dr. Kelley isnt like most online teachers I have had. You can tell she puts in a lot of work into her class. She provides the material (audio lectures, articles, videos), and has clear grading standards. I didn't want to rate her an "easy A" because you do need to go over the material and know it well, but quizzes are not crazy hard. Amazing.

I had her for my online Psy class and while I normally hate online classes, she recorded her lectures which made it easy to do the work. I loved her class and I would take her again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed Prof. Kelley. Her lectures were majorly video based which was nice and they were very informative with some textbook reading that was provided online. Her discussion boards were interesting and fun and she gives good feedback on your post, albeit if it is a little late. The class was pretty easy and I enjoyed it!

She put everthing you need on blackboard. So nice and easy to understand, the audio lectures sometimes are boring but pay attention because thats where all the extra credit is. The discussion boards are kinda fun and the test are open book, she tells you exactly how to study for the tests, and helps you with anything. I loved this class!

Professor Courtney Kelley, PhD is the best professor I have ever had in over 90 college credit hours. Her course is very clearly built by her with very relevant, factual, and thought provoking content. She builds the entire course so that it is impossible for you to fail. What wonderful human being. Cares deeply about her students and their success

The textbook isn't used which is really nice. She gives all the information though reading and lectures. Having the lecture transcripts are really nice for people who don't learn well through audio. It really feels like the most accurate information is being received. She generally cares about students and understands that things happen. 10/10

Out of 60+ credit hours, by far my favorite professor. Awesome lectures, makes material fun to learn. GREAT communication. Very helpful, offers extra credit and posts all assignments day one, which allows you to work ahead. First time I am sad a class has ended. You need to work a little if you want an A, but class is easy to pass.

The online course was a lot of work but every assignment was worth it. I learned so much! I saved most of her material to reference back as needed. Also, my favorite online class so far! Dr. Kelley developed blackboard clearly and creatively. She included videos, PP & audios with transcripts, articles, and engaging discussion boards.

Prof. Kelly is great, she cares about her students & makes herself available outside of class. She wants you to understand the material on a DEEPER level. Which is why her class is so much work. That being said do the annotations correctly and start them ASAP. Dont take this class if you are taking other time consuming classes in the same semester.

I really enjoyed this class. I liked how there were transcripts for the videos so I could use them for studying. I also liked that everything was laid out as far as clear expectations and all the lesson were available so if you wanted/needs to work at your own pace you could.  I also appreciate how accessible Dr. Kelley was.

I like the whole course in general. Each lesson gave me more edu action and understanding of human psychology.; it helps in my everyday life to communicate with family. When I misunderstood something and asked Dr. Kelley to clarify them, she replied very quickly and answers were concise.

I really enjoyed this course and the aspect of applying what we knew. Sometimes the concepts were a little confusing if you did you read it close enough. It was a nice refreshing challange of not being handed the answers but having to figure them out yourself.

Even through reading the transcripts, I could tell that Dr. Kelley has a deep love and understanding for psychology. She made challenging and uncomfortable topics seem completely normal and understandable. The small details that she includes brought the online class to life.

The pace and organization of this course is appreciated. The professor has taken into consideration that most people taking this course need it as a prerequisite for a health care related degree. Many of us do not have experience in advanced psychology and the class was organized in a way that made it interesting and easy to understand.

I enjoyed taking this class. The information I learned is invaluable, and the way Dr. Kelley supplied several realistic examples made the content a lot more interesting. Initially, I thought that it'd be extremely boring to learn about adult stuff; I thought it'd be high school health class all over again. But, she proved me wrong!

Her concern for all of us truly makes me feel like she actually cares about the human beings we are. The way she teaches this class, audio lectures coupled with her personality toward me, made all the difference in completing this course.

she's a very nice lady who is always willing to help. i took the class online, so the fact that she responds quickly to emails was essential. the class wasn't difficult per se, but there's a ton of material to absorb. luckily she allowed the exams to be open note since it was an online class.

It can be hard to find a teacher to cling to especially since youre only with them for 4 months. Not with her. After 1.5 years at Tri-C she has made an astounding impact on me. You can watch her teach and know she cares about every single student. Ive never had a professor be as detail oriented and include every type of learning there is.

Shes very responsive to emails and gives extra credit. She provides all of the notes needed on class instead of a textbook which is great!

I've been taking college coursework since 2004, both online and in person at numerous Ohio universities, and have yet to get detailed feedback like I did on my assignments. Very refreshing.

Her tests are what killed my A grade. They are hard because there isn't always one right answer, you have to use her teachings to figure out the best answer. I got 's on every assignment but D's and C's on every test. Other than that, I really liked her. She's extremely organized and she always responds to emails and questions. Very personable!

Dr. Kelley's process is a master class in how to conduct an online learning environment. She's organized, her lectures are excellent, and she provides outstanding feedback that really encourages you to go the extra mile. Honestly, what more can you ask for from a professor? I'd take her class again in a heartbeat if I could.

The instructor was always responds in a timely manner, and very prompt with grading. I liked that there was an option to watch the video lectures and/or read the transcript. The built in steps she gives for creating better study habits is a clever idea and I am impressed the instructor is willing to do the extra work to help her students succeed.

This was probably the most organized online class I have taken. It was very easy to navigate, and it was always clear what needed done and when due dates were. Professor Kelley is very easy to reach out too with any questions or confusion. She also gave plenty of time on the tests, so you did not feel to stressed with running out of time.

Even though this class was online, I could still tell that Dr. Kelley cares about all the students. She made this class such an enjoyable safe space. I was never afraid to reach out for any questions or complications. She always seemed to have our best interest in mind. Definitely one of my favorite professors I've had so far!

Dr. Kelley is an awesome professor. I took the course online. I did not have to use any books. As a matter of fact, one isn't even recommended for the course. She allows for extra credit and using notes are allowed on tests. Very responsive to emails (usually within the day during the week). Just got to put in the time to do the work.

It quickly becomes apparent how much work Dr. Kelley put into the creation and execution of this class. Customized content, self-narrated videos, and creative, thought-provoking discussion board questions are just a few ways Dr. Kelley shows that she cares about this class and the experience of those taking it.

Dr. Kelley is one of the few professors I enjoy learning from. Her syllabus is clear, and Brightspace is well-organized. Expect to watch lectures, read every week, and take notes. I learned to take good notes from her. The course load is moderate, but it's interesting, and you'll need to stay on top of everything for good quiz/test scores.
