Provides reading material for you and her constructive criticism is very accurate and useful. If I missed any points, she explained why in the notes of my submission and she gave advice that has made me a much better reader and writer than I was before. I've taken 3 of her classes and I plan to take another in the future.

Have about 3 papers (2-3 pages) including final exam, few discussion posts, and quiz or two. You have maybe an assignment or two a week and had the whole week to complete it (due Sunday nights). She is pretty good with her online lectures, but majority of this class is just reading short stories/poems (not very hard reads).
