I took his class during Gr8 week it was very hard but he gives you mostly all the answers before the quiz and tests. Make sure to have a tape recorder. He's funny and he's a very smart professor.

He is very honest. He has passion for what he teaches. The tests are super easy, he lets you use notes and rare times do we have homework. He is awesome.

Professor Becker is one of the best professors that SAC has to offer. His lectures are informative as well as entertaining. He is more than willing to help his students with questions they might have regarding their assignments. I definitely recommend him for poli sci.

Awesome teacher, if you want a handsome teacher that looks like Andy Garcia, he's it. Funny, and makes you interested in the class, didnt have no interest whatsoever in political science only took it because its mandatory, but got an A because of him. he keeps it exciting. great teacher. really caring also.

THis was the best class I have ever taken. He really tried hard to make the class fun and truly cared about how the students did. Pay atttention in class, he reviewed and literally gave out all the answers right before every quiz and exam . I would definately take him again!

This was a fun class. He makes Poli Sci very interesting and finds the humor in it! I wasn't interested in the class b4 taking it and was pleasantly surprised!! I would definitely recommened taking him!!

Easy A or B he gives answers before quizes just pay attention. at first he seemed to jump from topic to topic but as the semester goes on you realize it all comes together. He is very smart and witty. Becker will help you understand if you ask dont be shy. If you are easily offended this class is not for you. Great guy take his class!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This professor was very funny and entertaining he likes to show you the hipocracy in politics!! This class really showed me how our country works!! I highly recommend this class!

This teacher is very cool his class is very fun and he has four quizzes and a EASY midterm that u can use a cheat cheat with, his final is super easy but just take notes and review then for the quizzes and ur good ohh yeah and one 2 page essay that u automatically get full credit just for doing it.

I took professor craig for the Honors part of Poli science. All we had was 4 esays and a PowerPoint presentation the last day of class and that was it. No quizzes, no exams, nothing. He makes the class fun with slides and videos. I got an "A" on his class. He is worth a try.

Becker's class was hilarious especially if you have an opinion about politics. He makes up funny vocabularywords like "zippergate" and "911gate" but you have to find the humor in it considering he praises bill clinton for his all american southern attitude. Right out thourough papers and listen for the answers he gives out on the tests and quizzes

He makes this class very interesting. His political views are real and not sugar coated, he definitely engages me in all his lectures.

Beckers class isn't for everybody.His lectures and strong political views are really engaging and memorable, but they often run the entire class period.Also, his lectures, nor his textbook, don't completely cover everything that's on the tests and quizzes.He's recommended, but only if you know the basics of how our government works before the class

I have his class and im doing really well. Buy the clicker, it is worth the points. His class is easy as long as you read the book, something i suspect people dont do and wonder why the fail, and listen to his lectures, his quiz and test reviews almost pretty much make sure you pass his test.

Craig Becker is awesome professor I really leaned from the course and material. His lecture are powerful!!!!

Prof. Becker doesn't hide his strong political views, but you learn a loin his class. And reading the book, watching the news, basically staying informed about what goes on in the country gets you a good grade, Even if you didn't clearly understood government before. He can be very critical, but I found some of his comments pretty funny.

Just take notes during lecture, disregarding any off tangent topics. He grades off of 200 points which makes it easier to get a better grade. Read the books bold and italicized items. He quickly gives the answers to the tests prior to taking the test. Don't mind his point of views. Those are his personal beliefs.

I really enjoyed this class, he is very opinionated but he is trying to engage you, he doesn't care what your beliefs are, he just wants you to care about what's going on in the country. He's very inspiring and raised a lot of awareness in me. He's passionate about this subject!

He is very confusing, however, he does grab ones attention with topics that are going on right now and back then. He does not really go off the textbook, but the information he provides can be found there.He does provide the answers to the quizzes and some tests like right before the quiz so pay lots of attention and read the bold terms in the book

Mr. Becker is an engaging teacher. He applies todays issues to the lecture to help you understand the concepts. He is a very intelligent man, i enjoyed his class very much. He's witty too.

This professor is the best that Santa Ana has to offer. He gives great feedback and really cares about his students. He has five quizzes, midterm, open book essay and final. If you don't understand a topic, he stays after class and explains it to you. Not many instructors take the time to spend time discussing the lecture after class. Love him!

EASY. Only 4 quizzes all on slide notes. Slide on BB. Midterm had a study guide. Basically all the quizzes as one big test. Eassay part had a study guide too, super easy. Final was basically midterm with final chapers. He is funny and knows his stuff. Gotta be open minded!!! :)

Not into politics one bit but Becker made interesting. I learned a lot about our government that i did not know, he made it very easy. I could not tell his political Allegiance and I like the fact that I wasn't being swayed one way or the other.

SUPER easy A. I hated the online modules you had to do but it's a easy and quick way to get extra credit. The tests are really just based on the powerpoints and his study guide. Study old quizzes for the exams. I don't think I learned much coming out of this class, but it was easy. He's also very sweet and cares a lot about his students.

Took him over summer (6weeks) Lectures were a little long and boring at times but he's hilarious so it wasn't too bad. Don't miss too many points because the difference between an A and a B is 20-30 points. HE TELLS U THE ANSWERS BEFORE THE QUIZ/EXAM. Gives study guides too. all he did was lecture which was very boring especially in a intersession class but i survived. his quizzes are easy because he gives you the study guide and all u have to do is answer them correctly and youll do fine in the quiz.

I'm a high school sophomore and I took this class in conjunction with my regular classes. It was honestly really easy and I'm not really into politics, but this class made it way less boring. The professor tries his best to make it entertaining and he even does impressions of political figures! It was nice and I would recommend it.

I took this class during the Summer and all I can say is take this class with Professor Becker, you won't regret it. There were 4 online quizzes, 1 in-class midterm, 1 in-class final, and a short paper. Show up, listen to the lectures, and you will pass.

Professor Becker is a wonderful professor! His classes are just lectures, but he makes them enjoyable with his impressions! He also posts study guides for the quizzes and exams. Participate in the discussions throughout the semester as that is the only extra credit he offers.

Yes Professor Craig does spend most of the class by giving a lecture, but his class is very easy in my opinion. He gives four or five quizzes along with four or five discussions which are extra credit. There is only one big paper due and one mid-term and final. He provides study guides for all the quizzes and exams. There is no surprises with him.

As long as you pay attention to the lectures and study the power points you will pass with an A. He offers extra credit too. He gives you a study guide which tells you exactly what is on the test, its hard to fail.

Took his online course and he was very straight forward. Only one paper is due at the end and it is quite easy. Would take again.

Very nice and easy going Professor. There was like a weekly discussion and a quiz. However I have never had to sit through such long lectures in my life. Other than it's a great informative class. He plays music when class starts. Everyone is usually quite and taking notes. The projector screen was broken so it was kind of distracting. Great course

Usually puts on a video each meeting at beginning. Very funny and assigns easy discussion boards. Quizzes and exams are simple and all multiple choice/online. Can get boring since he is only lecturing in the class meetings but is nice and makes jokes throughout. Attendance shouldn't affect grades but show up once in a while. Textbook not needed.
