his jokes are a little odd but they seem to amuse him. funnest math class and teacher ever?

he is funny in a sense he looks like as if he is teaching deaf ppl, amusing, anyways he does a very good job in teaching, exams are relativley covered in class, i recommend him.

His whole physical appearance reminds me of a hi school teacher from the eighties, & he likes to joke and sing in class (on request). Highly recommended! Will dance for quarters (j/k).

mr bigham is a great professor. i would reccomend him to anyone. very helpful and is availible if extra help is needed. i dont think he has a temper at all, i think he just gets annoyed with people who think they know it all!!

Bigham is a real unique teacher. This man is realy smart. You cant tell if you see him at your local "Save Mart" or "Food4Less" buying every cookie in the store. But he is a Giants fan.

My Bigham is an awesome math teacher. He has a very deep voice that keeps you awake. He combines his teaching with world stories and he is really really smart. If you want to learn math well, then TAKE THIS TEACHER!!

Very clear explanations of material. Has a test on every chapter so you don't have to organize and remember huge amounts of material. Tests very straightforward, pretty much what you went over in class. Not too receptive to questions during class - can be a bit abrupt.

Mr.Bigham is a great teacher. He takes time to make sure everyone understands the work. Homework is optional, but it helps your grade so why not? You can use calculators on the test which makes it go faster, and you can take your time on tests. I wish he would teach math 103. I would definately take him again!!!

Ahah good teacher. He loves math and he loves teaching so it is an excellent combo. Me and my amigo have annoyed him a couple of times in class but he still dosen't hate us! =D Good sense of humor and his lectures aren't boring.

Mr Bigham is a very good teacher. make sure you come to class and you will do well. i wish i took Mr. B before my last semester at city. gives cookies on the last day of class. i think i still hear him saying: ok kids did we have any homework today.....lol. Thanks for the good times Mr. B.

Mr.Bigham is a great teacher! He explains problems really great! I think he's the best math teacher on Campus for Trigonometry. Although when you ask him complex questions he does have a tendency to belittle them if he can't understand it at first.

He was one of the BEST teachers I have ever had. Trig is a diffcult course and he made it seem very simple. He reviews what will be on the tests,allows you to use notes and the calculator;what more could you ask for.Oh yeah did I mention he makes cookies on the last day of class!They were GREAT.If you wanna laugh take this class you wont regret it!

This teacher is AWESOME. All the people that have written bad reviews probably have a learning disability. This guy loves to teach and it shows. His classes are easy to understand and if you go every time you will understand the concepts. He does a FULL QUESTION BY QUESTION review for the final and he BRINGS COOKIES!! Awesome teacher!!

This teacher makes class fun. He will joke about the problems and wont put you to sleep.He explains very well and if you attend class everyday and do the hw you will most likely pass.

One of the easiest teacher you would ever find for Math. He makes the class fun and easy. Also, the tests are exactly from the notes and don't worry he explains it carefully. He even tells you what is going to be on the test, too! One more thing, he bakes cookies at the end so make sure you are there.

He is easy but hate the way he grades the test. He takes like 3-4pts off your test when you have the wrong decimal point in place. I guess you learn not to make mistakes like it again, though i and most of the students in my class usually make stupid mistakes so we dont like the way he grades. he get off topic easily which makes him boring-annoying

he's great at teaching, i mean it, he actually have teaching skills unlike other teacheres. i took trig in high school so it was easy for me, but then i just hate dealing with the sigficant figures on the tests, which is sometimes confusing. but overall, it's an easy class. his jokes kind of helps you memorize the steps or certain things for tests

Bingham was amazing! He was always there to help and as long as you attended and took notes then the quizzes were easy. Does extra credit for every homework assignment and drops your lowest quiz score. He gave us cookies the week before finals. Finals are open note and he gives you a study guide and goes over every question. Amazing teacher

Sadly, he doesn't teach 4B. Test after every chapter and cumulative final. Cares for and appreciates hist students, something not all professors show.

tries to be funny but you can't help it because it's so lame. the class is so and so, half the time i got A's on the quiz then other times so & so. Just do homework & look over notes & it will be all good. overall a good class

Bigham is a very smart and always cheerful guy. He is very merry and welcoming. There is written homework assigned for every section gone over and there are 5 exams. Always kept class interesting. You need to know your ALGEBRA to do well in the class such as: factoring, expanding, exponents, basic trig/sin/cos graphs; rest is calc but 90% algebra.

Math the only thing that is the same in every language. This class is easy if you show up to class, pay attention, and due the work!!! (Comencence Right?!) May get by missing class and being late IF you do the work on your own time. I did :), but I am an exception. Helpful and entertaining mostly cheesy but kept me awake when I showed up to class.

Best math teacher ever. Explains things in a manner that makes sense to someone who isn't typically good at math. A test for every chapter, he drops the lowest score, homework is straightforward and from the book(much much better than online homework). Also his deadlines for homework never change and so no confusion. Always answers questions.

It will be an easy class if you show up to class and do your homework. The test are reasonable and HE IS NOT BORING AT ALL. Sure the subject can be dry sometimes but he makes it fun. Also, he gives cookies...

Hes been teaching math for a long time and knows how to teach. He is very intelligent and makes class time fun (hes always joking around but its actually funny..) I highly recommend him!

He really does as much as he possibly can for you to receive an good grade and 'hopefully' learn a little something about statistics, too. He loves to make random, silly jokes and faces during class to lighten the mood a bit. Statistics is pretty dry for most but he makes as bearable as possible. Recommended! (just don't expect perfection).

This is one of those mixed bag math classes, but he does his best to transition smoothly between concepts. The regular chapter quizzes are also helpful to section off the material. Overall, great teacher and the humor is a plus.

One of the best teachers on campus, He is NOT boring, actually far from it. He is picky on his tests, but it's all for good reason! Highly recommend. He may skip problems, but he will take time during his office hours and will go over any question you may have, no matter how easy!!

Bigham was a great teacher this semester. He made calculus a little more interesting by cracking jokes and telling a few stories here and there. He's super nice and willing to help if you ask. He doesn't do online homework and does problems out of the book. Overall, great guy and cool class.

Dude is super funny and that keeps lectures fun and entertaining, have homework everyday but he does go over questions on homework at the beginning of class, if you study your notes and homework you will pass the test because it's the same thing, you do however have to attend class everyday because one day you miss a lot of material.

I am not good at Math but loved this class. Make sure you show up and you need a textbook. Take good notes!!! It is a must! Great teacher! One of the best math teachers you will ever have.

Helpful man with good sense of humor. Clear lectures, but make sure to study lots b/c tests come quickly. Make sure to show all steps for the test problems for full credit (not hard). Book homework every day but sometimes collected on test day. He lets you use formulas on the 8 chapter exams. Allows all notes on the comprehensive final. It was fun.

Mr Bigam is a great teacher. He is very clear about explaining concepts but sometimes makes arithmetic errors. He laughs when we corrected him on these little errors. He is very good at explaining the big picture stuff and grades on that same criteria. Not like some who nit pick little errors. He answers all questions asked of him!

I loved Mr. Bigham's class. He's an amazing teacher and I wish he was teaching 4B. His class was always so chill but do not miss otherwise it is hard to catch up and he gives study guides for all of his tests. Our final was a breeze because it was open note but take advantage. As long as you study and keep up with the homework (easy), you'll pass!

Mr. Bigham is a great professor. I would highly suggest him to anyone who is not majoring in math. I hate math. However, I took his Math 45 class, and actually enjoyed it. He loves storytelling (interesting stories) and brings cookies! The format of the class goes per chapter: two day lectures per, quiz on third day. Homework by chapter.

Mr. Bigham is accessible outside of the class, and is generally fair and good-natured about helping you with questions. In class: If you do the 10 pt weekly homework, and the 5pt weekly extra credit, you have a major leg up on the exams. I am not a math major, I was able to get a B in the class with weekly dedication. Prepare for dad-jokes.

Funny guy and really knows how to make you learn his tricks with his stories that come along with each chapter. He gives you most formulas for the test and I have to input that he bring home baked cookies for finals week. I ended the semester with a B with not much effort, just did homework and showed up to class. oh and did ok on test.

He gives a lot of extra credit, TOO MUCH actually. Each chapter he gives out several words for you to define which is all extra credit. There are a few group projects in class that are also extra credit. If you get 100% on a quiz, he'll give you 105%. He also drops the lowest quiz. He even brings everyone candy and cookies. Don't pass this up!

He's a good guy the class is easy enough if you do the homework go to class and study and do the homework. He is very funny and makes trig a lot of fun. His lectures are not dull at all.

Mr. Bigham has a lot of jokes to tell in class; sometimes his jokes are meant to be sarcastic. Sometimes, during the lecture, he quickly give advices to everyone in the class, and I have learned that we are not only to learn, but are here to understand the fundamentals of our society.

Really passionate professor, as well as one of the most eccentric I've had. Lectures were always engaging, explained the concepts rather than the problems, and paced the whiteboard notes well, so it was really easy to memorize the material for me. Mr. Bigham is a very quirky guy. Very funny, but temperamental. He is a good teacher and tries to help his students. He is an easy grader for the most part and the tests/homework isn't too difficult. If you are having a hard time with the material, you will have to see the tutor! There isn't time in the class for him to help everyone individually.
