He is an experienced chiropractor, which makes his class even more interesting because he had real life experiences with what he is teaching. Awesome teacher overall. If you miss class,(he is easy on the eyes, so I tried not to) he will set up a make up with no problem and he has powerpoints which you can view on blackboard.

Blalock is a great professor! One of my favorites so far. He gives his own experiences as examples in class, which is very helpful. He has online quizzes, which arent timed. He gives plenty of extra credit to help you pass & he does a review before every test! He's an awesome teacher and of course he's gorgeous! I got an A in both lecture and lab!

A fantastic instructor. Very helpful and clear with the material. Wish I could have got in his AP2 lab. Pay attention, use his hints, and do the quizzes and you'll do fine. I had a tough time paying attention sometimes because he is very "distracting"! HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

Awesome instructor. He almost always curves his test and he breaks down the information so that you can understand it.If your not happy with a test grade he will take the time to go over the entire test and explain to you what questions you missed and why they were wrong.However I don't find his as attractive everyone keeps saying.

Hard to take during the summer, but if you are up for taking a class with a lot of material to cover in one, short semester this is the class for you.

Much better than my lab prof for the fist lab. He is clear and helpful. He does not try to kill you with useless information. He let's the class ask questions and engages us to ensure we get it. His test are from his study guide which means we know how to study and prepare. I truly recommend Dr. Blalock for any of his A and P courses.

Mr. Blalock is hands down the best teacher I've ever had!! A&P in my opinion can be a pretty dull class but somehow he makes it so interesting. He's funny, helpful, and extremely fair. I would totally be taking his a&p II class if the class wasn't already closed months before the semester even starts... That's how good he is!

I have had trouble in the past with lab classes in remembering the material. Dr. B really makes it easy though. He gives really good examples and his class is actually fun. I enjoyed going to class! Of course it doesn't hurt that he has a killer smile and he's easy to look at and listen to. Register early, because his classes fill up quick!!!!

Not a great teacher at all. Yeah he knows his stuff but the tests are hard (he uses powerpoint, models & microscopes for the whole test). His tests are 100% blank and the only assignments are 4 tests. So if you don't do well on your tests, you have absolutely nothing to help bring your grade up. Repeated this class with another teacher & got an A.

Yes his test can be hard if you don't STUDY. There are no surprises he tells you exactly what is on the test, sometimes he doesn't put all the info on the test just some of it so you must study it ALL. This is my 2nd time w/ this professor & made an A both times. There are 3-4 test & an online quiz for ea. chapter & drops lowest quiz. Take Him!

Fun, energetic instructor that is passionate and knowledgeable about A&P. The class is tough, especially in the summer, but he is more than fair. Enjoyed his class more than any others I have taken!

3 Practicals, Quiz before each lesson, clear-cut and no tricks. He is one of the few instructors want you to learn the info and pass. You will leave this class with the knowledge needed. Just be ready to study as any A&P course. Good attendance will help your grade in the end. My grade change from midterm was my fault not his.

Mr. B was a great A/P Lab 1 teacher. I had taken 2 before him and pass with a D. Took him in the Summer and he made like and understand A/P better. Very good teacher and brakes down everything you need to know. No surprises follow his outline and lecture and you will pass. A great teacher Thanks Mr. B. I am now taking him for A/P 2.

What else can be said about Dr B. He's smart, funny, energetic, good looking, and truly cares about his students. I took him for 3 different classes and felt fully prepared for nursing school. Take him for everything you can, you won't be disappointed. He loves A&P and his students can tell.

I wish I could take Dr. Blalock in nursing school. I took him for A&P 1 lab and loved him so I took him again for A&P 2. I finished with an A both semesters. Just study. His tests are straightforward and you will do fine if you put in the time. Listen to his tips/stories, they helped me when I was stuck during tests.

So i took him for my a&p lec and lab and when i tell you this man is A-mazing!!! its breaks things down so you really understand and if you record his lec and study notes (which i did) you should have NO problem getting and A. He doesn't put anything on the test you haven't studied.

Dr. B is a fantastic Anatomy professor. He is incredibly knowledgable and presents information in a concise and understandable way. If you come to class and study a week for each test you will earn an A.

Dr. B is AWESOME! A&P lab is not an 'easy' A. But it is easy to get an A if you actually study for it! The test are usually around 60 questions, the material is a lot to study and memorize. He gives you all of the terms and anatomy to study for each test. There is no guessing at what to study, study what he tells you to and you will pass!

I'm not going to say Dr.B's class is an easy A but if you study you will get an A like I did. Dr.B's examples and lectures are so helpful! Take Dr. B if you want a good grade & to actually learn!

His lectures are very detailed and broken down into a way that is easy to understand. I always looked forward to listening to his lectures, he isn't boring. Taking his labs actually helped me understand my lectures. I highly recommend taking his labs and A&P1 lecture (too bad he doesn't have an A&PII lecture).

We have had 2 practicals so far and I passed them both with As. He tells you EXACTLY what to study. His lab practicals are very straightforward! He is also hilarious and he gives perfect real life examples to help his students get a better understanding of anatomy. I love this man. He makes learning so exciting! Study and utilize the schools lab!

Dr. B provided wonderful PowerPoints, and notes! I used those to help me study. I made a A on the 1st test. B on the 2nd. 3rd Test was take home and 4th is only one 1 chapter. Can you believe that? Also, his extra credit save lives! It boosts you up to the next letter grade! He doesnt care if you get it right or wrong either. DO IT!!!!!!!!

I took my last practical yesterday! There are four total! My overall grade in the class is a 99%. He is an amazing teacher and he tells you everything that you need to know for each practical! Dr. B is the GOAT! Take him!!!! Just study as much as possible and dont wait until the last minute to practice in lab for the practicals. Best of luck.

Cant believe that he doesnt teach AP 2 lecture! :( He is one of the greatest professors. This class isnt easy, but studying the PowerPoints, Quizlet sets, and the notes that he provides is beneficial. I managed to keep an A average in the class. Havent taken the final yet, but he did provide a final review PowerPoint (200 slides) #prayformelol

I took A&P1 LAB & LECTURE! I actually used this app when deciding what professor would be more suitable for my learning style. Words can not express how awesome this man is. If I could take him for every class, I would! I left out of both classes with an A! It was not easy, but nothing in life ever comes easy. Thanks for an amazing semester Dr. B

Teacher is passionate about subject which makes learning fun and enjoyable. YOU MUST ATTEND EVERY LECTURE or you will easily fall behind. Anatomy is not hard to grasp- go to class, listen, take notes, study after each lecture and little bit everyday, ask questions if you don't understand something, believe you can ace this and you will.

Rarely do I ever find myself expressing the outmost love and respect for my teachers because half of them arent that great. Dr. B is awesome! He loves teaching A&P2. He is very clear with his lectures. Get the lab manual for A&P2 lab. It will be your life saver. It has all the models you will need to know and the answers are in the back for the labeling. If you study that and the notes in the lab manual as well his the key things he talks about in his lectures, easy A.

I took the hybrid class & we had the option to take the tests online at home or in the testing center. Great lectures. Dr. B made the material easy to understand. I didn't think the class was crazy hard, but I studied and listened to the lectures multiple times. I used quizlet ALOT (his & mine). The test were straightforward.

Lots of studying. Go to the resource lab. Look at the models. Then look up videos on youtube & watch them. I used his quizlets to study the models. Record & listen to the lectures. I didn't like the physiology test. LOTS of info and the "new" (which are really just the old CP lab manuals from 10 yrs ago with NO pictures) suck. Interesting class.

Dr. B was an awesome teacher. During our transition into an online lab Dr. B. made sure to still give his classes the best learning possible. He set up a FB group and taught on live through it. Also before COVID-19 I was in lab and he broke down everything where you can understand and study it. Explains what would be on practical and how to prepare

Took the online portion of the lab. He made an online lab as easy as possible. Only complaint would be that an anatomy lab is VERY difficult to do online, but he makes the best of it, considering the current circumstances with the pandemic. The quizlets were extremely well organized and helped the most in terms of mastering the immense material

His lectures are to the point and he more than explains everything you need to know in both classes. He is easy to contact and communicate with which was important because this was a virtual class. Cant wait to take his AP2 lab

He lectures a lot but also uploads his recording to YouTube and has his PowerPoints on canvas. He is caring and will answer any questions you have.

Dr. B is one of the most amazing professors I have had at Delgado. AP is VERY hard and he does all he can to make it as memorable as possible. His experience in real life examples make the class enjoyable. It is no joke and you have to study A LOT, but he gives you everything to succeed! I would take him for anything I could!

Dr. B is an amazing teacher. He goes into detail about the material and makes sure you understand it to its fullest. He is always available when you need him. He responds very quickly to emails and grades tests and assignment quick! I have taken him 3 years now and would take him another 3 if I could.

First off, Professor Blalock's videos were very informative and entertaining. However, I am not sure if it was the schools decision or the professors, but we had TWO tests for every section. One was the standard multiple choice and one was fill in the blank with no word bank in which they also deducted points for spelling and Left/Right.

He is an a awesome teacher ! You can tell he truly knows what he is talking about and loves what he does. This class is hard but he breaks it down where you can understand. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. B is the best! AP lab is really hard, but he makes it as easy as possible. He is caring and wants you to succeed. He knows so much about what we are learning and gives great ways to learn it. I cant wait to take him for AP2 lab! Highly recommend grabbing him!

Craig is a very smart man, highly intelligent in human anatomy, he gives bonus points on tests if you do the adaptive assignments, anatomy 251 is not easy, it will take years for you guys to understand the material, study hard, and work hard u will make it . if i were u guys take the course more than one time to understand the info much better

Such a great teacher, just I didnt do to well in the class because it was during the summer. Summer class was way to fast paced for me to keep up with. He does grade fairly and submits all your assignments and grades easily.

Dr. B does a great job in breaking it down in a way you can understand and making it easier to remember. His lectures keep your attention and he makes it worth coming to class. Run, don't walk to get to Dr. B's class. He gives you exactly what you need. The material is difficult and requires your time and attention, but he gives it all to you in an orginized way. I wish he taught every scince class I need.

Dr. B is absolutely amazing! AP lab is a very tough class, but he makes it so manageable. He is so passionate about what he teaches and it rubs off on you! He makes you WANT to come to class. His lecture are to the point and it doesn't hurt that he's kinda good looking too. Take him if you get the chance!

Dr. B was amazing. I had him for A&P 1 lecture + lab. He provides quizlets for lab with the exact models for the test and is very clear about what is and what is not on the test. His lectures are awesome and he relates every module/chapter to everyday life. Easy to talk to and willing to help/answers emails asap. You have to put in the work/study!

Dr. B is legit the best. I took AP1 many times did not pass. Took both classes online during peak Covid. It was hard, very stressful but doable. Study hard. His youtube lectures are the best and his slides. But study everything over and over until you understand it. He is great at his lectures. Not boring. I wish i could take him for AP 2

Dr. Blalock is top tier! I took him for A&P 1&2 Lab. He makes complex material digestible and not so overwhelming. He makes his student feel not so intimidated but lets us know if we put in the work we will succeed. Dr. B cares about the success of his students. It was a pleasure to be one of his students. A1 in my book!

One of the best teachers you can take for a biology course. If you read the power points and study them you will pass every test. If you go to every lecture you should definitely get an A. Extra credit for every test that isnt graded by how well you do, as long as you do it you get the points. tests are made to have less hard questions and more esy

Professor Blalock was a great instructor for my online AP lab. If you watch his YouTube videos and follow along in the lab manual you get everything you need. Test are hard but that is the class. His quizlets def help so use them! I met with him twice by video and he was so helpful.

Biology 254 is an okay course,This professor is great , His practical exams are based on models and few histology slides and his physiology tests are online 50 questions. if u memorize the models and few histology slides u will be fine for the practical and for the physiology if u passed A&P 2 lecture u will pass those physiology tests, take him

He makes his questions for the MC part. It's challenging. I got lucky. sometimes on the test and got most of them right. I wouldn't say I liked how he Made up his questions. But when it came to the practical, everything was clear to me. Look, if you want to take him, do it.

Professor Blalock's 253 class is tough, but he makes it manageable. Attend lectures, use the free textbook, and try unstuck ai - it's a great study tool! Tests are challenging, but the easy extra credit helps.

His lectures are great. He makes the material easy to understand because he really knows how to break it down in a way you can understand. He gives extra credit, but make sure you study because he will ask how things function on the labs not just all about labeling. He is very straightforward with what you need to prepare for which is great.

He makes it very easy to understand. Don't miss an assignment they all add up. Not saying not to try all year but definitely do your very best on those first few test to get a good foundation to get an A. I could've gotten an A but I did not study until a couple days before the test don't do that study a little each day

Do all the assignments they all count.Go to the science lab to study on the models & make sure you know the slides.Practicals are strictly memorizing so take time each day do memorize all the parts.Anything he tells you to focus on, focus on that make sure you know it well. Physio test are easy if you understand lec & lec at the beginning of lab

Highly recommend taking Dr.B, he explains things in a way that stick with you. One of the best professors out there, he made a&p1 lab more manageable. Do put in the work and show up to class and you'll be fine. Do all the extra credit!! It helped me a lot.

Dr B makes his lectures very interesting and easy to learn. However you do have to put effort into studying and reviewing. Do all the work and all the bonuses ON TIME, it helps a lot. Go to the SRC to review modles and use all the resources that he provides so that you can get high scores on tests!

Took Dr. B online and loved his class. His video lectures helped so much and there were lots of options for how to study. It is a REALLY hard class, but he makes it very manageable and always answered emails fast. Wish I could take him online for AP2.
