great professor, explains everything clearly and not so hard on grading

Personally, I think he's biased. I kept getting a lower grade on lab assignments when my calcutions and answers were the same as people around me. He makes it much harder to recieve a high grade in his class when he has something against you.

Very organized. Give partial credit. He would drill you on a question in class and WOULDN'T stop until you have an answer. BIAS!!! He favors and yes, if he has something against you, you'll suffer MORE. Test are lil tough. Lab report worth VERY LIL POINTS (12 pts vs. 20 pts quiz). Conceited. Very tough to get A. Tough to get B.

he is unfair ... that's it!!!
excellent
The first few weeks I didn't like the way he taught, but after a while you get used to it, and it really reduced the need to study for the test. He seems hard at first, but if you stick in there and go to see him with your problems you will do well. The subject matter is hard, but he tries to make it as easy as possible. I had 15% EC on the final.

i think he is the best teacher in the world if some people dont get good grade is because they didnt study but dr.tomooka is perfect teacher cypress college has to be proud of him
Dr Tomooka was a great teacher.. His ways of explaining things are real good, he is also very helpful in lab. The best part is that he gives out a lot of extra credit... After each test and quiz he gave everyone in the class a chance to get extra credit... I woud recommend taking him, but if you're bad at math- fix that before taking this class.
although he didnt do anything to me, i always though him as unfair as other ppl have said. The class wasn't that hard. His note was organize, his lecture was clear. If you study and do hw prbs, you should be ok. Now, for those folks who don't speak english well, be careful!...He will pick on you and makes your life miserable and change your major !
best teacher ever. easy grading, and alot off extera points. in addition, his personality is incredible and you would love him.A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This was a very helpful instructor. He's funny and knows a lot about chem. Be sure to sit in the front couple of rows or else he will pick on you a lot. He gives a lot of extra credit so take advantage of it. Also, go to his office hours, or he'll begin to bribe you. He's a nice person, I didn't have him for lab though, I hear he's pretty hard.
HE'S A COOL PROFESSOR, HE HAS THESE COOL/WEIRD/HELLA FUNNY QUOTES JUST LIKE HIS QUOTE NOW! HAHA HE MAKES CLASS FUN AND HE MAKES SURE EVERYONE IS THERE AND PARTICIPATING. HE GIVES A LOT OF EXTRA CREDIT, SO SHOW THAT YOU WANT TO BE IN HIS CLASS AND WORK.
Hmm... this professor is different from other professors. Very smart.. his test r a lil tricky.. i didnt understand what he is asking for... there's multiple choice and free response. His labs r ok. He's not picky about grading labs.. just do ur work. I struggle on the quiz though.. he offers extra credit.. study quiz
Hmm the final 4 this class is pretty cool. He offers extra credit near the end. Remember to tak all the extra credit cuz it's really helpful. He's pretty cool overall. His multiple choice is somewhat confusing but read over all the choices. It'll help. Remember to ask questions. He likes that.
His lectures are organized and very clear. You can tell he wants his students to succeed. He offers lots of opportunity for extra credit, which is helpful. There are 4 tests and the Final, but you get to drop one test score. Tests are a little tricky especially the multiple choice. The Final was not tricky and more straight forward.
Tomooka is AWESOME. I cannot believe he hasn't gotten that student nominated award for being so great. He has a profound understanding of the material as well as what it takes for students to learn, especially those with little to no interest in chem. I most liked that his teaching didn't rely on memorization but were more conceptually based.
Tomooka is organized and his lectures are clear. He is very helpful and always tries to apply chemistry to the REAL world. There is a crapload of ex. credit opportunities but he drops 1 exam out of 4 anyway. The final is cucumulative but all multiple choice. It wasn't hard to get an A but I took the summer session, and studying was a MUST!
Let's just say I used to despise Chemistry, but tomooka made me love it. He's very clear,he gives interesting chemistry facts and he has tons of fun extra credit!
Dr. Tomooka is amazing! Consider yourself lucky if you can get a class with him.
In high school I spent a year in chem and got a C. In his class, I managed to understand most everything and get an A in 1 semester. Very clear method of teaching, uses analogies to clarify subject. Basically he simplifies complicated stuff so it's easier to grasp. Very nice and helpful. Great overall! Fun extra credit projects too.
This instructor is one of the reasons that ten years should not be allowed. This instructor is useless, constantly goes over useless information that you do not need to know and is all around a horrible teacher. For the labs you will work by yourself without any help from him b/c he is off else where, and many times the labs are inproperly set up
Professor tomooka is the best mentor ever...he's one of those people that would really help you out and would listen to what you have to say...my fave thing about his class is he gives a lot, and i mean a lot of extra credit! take his class and you'll never go wrong! thanks Dr. Tomooka!
Absolutely THE WORST teacher i have ever had.
He has an interesting way of teaching. I only had him for lab, but it's basically like this: The materials are provided, and students are left to fend for themselves with the most ambiguous directions on the face of the earth!!
I thank God I had great chemistry teacher in high school. I would have been lost in this class. Poor class outline and he is never there during labs. Why does he spend so little time in class. The lectures often presented in a rushed manner and when someone asked a question he seemed always annoyed. Maybe he is just tired of teaching?
The class is difficult because of his teaching skills. He is annoyed when people ask questions. He spends little time in labs and I wonder where he goes,,,who is checking to see if it is mandatory that he spend time in class? He should look for another occupation in Chemisty,,,he is not a good teacher. I got an A with no credit for his teaching,
Dr. Tomooka is not a good teacher, he knows the subject well, but he does not have skills to teach. you have to be ready to study and understand everything in your own, he is also rude specailly in Lab....i hope to keep the grade i have till the end.
His lectures aren't very organized although he does do a decent job explaining concepts. However he is a difficult lab grader & will deduct points whenever he can towards your lab assignment. His exams somewhat follow the homework and lecture. He demands that you be respectful & gets a kick of public humiliation.
3 exams 100 points each, hw for every chapter, lab reports every week, quizzes, and final at 300 points. probably not everyone's fav prof but his lectures are very good and organized, and no doubt we learned A LOT bc of him. in lab you are on your own so make friends. take his word literally, if he says bring a red pen, then you'd better bring it
tough class but got a b without trying too much. just do homework problems because their on the tests! it sucked at first because i didn't come prepared or listen because its an early class but it was easy once i figured it out
it was easy cuz its the second time for me ;) and he sticks to the book and hes WAAAY better than the teacher at my other school. some students got frustated because they didnt listen. just follow directions and youll be fine
He's a great guy, and he knows when you're trying hard. He'll cut you some slack if he knows something's going on, and he definitely takes time to get to know you. He's also very big on rules and regulations, so don't test it! Do all your work, try hard, communicate with him, and you'll be fine after a few all nighters. =)
the class is hard but not nearly as hard as my friends said adn i learned a lot. listen to him and follow directions or else things get really difficult. he puts homework questions on the tests but i still missed some of them.
hes a cool guy but expects a lot. make sure to do your homework and come prepared or your in big trouble. easy tests if you come to class and do the reading
this guy is awesome! i took it with a couple of real jerks and mr. tomooka took care of them right away. he takes MIDTERM AND FINALS
this guy is awesome! i took it with a couple of real jerks and mr. tomooka took care of them right away. lots of extra credit, lots of games if you ask and he takes MIDTERM AND FINALS straight from the book - seriously. just do your homeowrk follow directions and youll do fine like me.
MEAN and ARROGANT guy. run if you still can!Chem isn't for everyone, but is one of requirement, that's reality. What isn't realistic is expecting a human being to morph into a chem superstar just to satisfy this man's ego. If you understand chem, no problem. However, if you struggle at all, forget this guy!
prof tomooka is very organized and clear. he is also very understanding and his class isnt hard if you study. he gives lots of extra credit and takes test questions from the homework, but there are a million homework problems so its not as easy as it sounds. study hard and youll do fine
This guys really good and easy but only if you do the homework and follow directions. His final was just a bunch of homework problems from the book and gives lots of extra credit. Labs are hard but he grades easy. If you try you will get an A like me!
I felt really intimidate at first bc there seems to be ALOT you need to learn. However, LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN to Dr.Tomooka's guide! He will lead u to the right path. I struggle throughout the semester&the material is hard;however i pull it out during the final and end up getting an A in the class. hw probs R on the test but there r TONS of them
Second semester was extremely hard to comprehend. I would recommend taking this class with an easy elective class because second semester will drive u up the wall.
hard subject but just listen to him and youll be fine. he tells you whats important and whats not. if not just ask. takes a lot of work but if you do it the class is easy especially with tons of extra credit
really easy. lots of extra credit. fun to talk to. ask him about his first job.
I took the summer class and tomooka was the lab instructor. He is an ok lab instructor but is absolutely horrible with lecture. He lectured for one week of the 6 week class and everyone was lost. I do not recommend him for a lecture professor, especially for a regular semester. Avoid taking him if possible.
No one likes Ochem, but he is very helpful, fair, and VERY organized. Hey, you gotta read the BOOK and do all of the problems he assigns, those show up on the tests. There's no trick, don't throw away the easy points, you gotta stay on top of things.
Pretty good professor, he can appear arrogant and mean sometimes but other times he is pretty fair and sympathetic too! =)
He's pretty condescending and arrogant. He can come off as pretty mean too. He's strict on school rules. He helps you out when you ask him, but all the while you feel like you're stupid when he's helping you. Uses the book a lot, sometimes is not clear. Goes off on tangents sometimes about unrelated things. Avoid if possible.
211A is not an easy class, but he makes it doable. He's super organized, kind and good at teaching. So take advantage of it. DO THE HW, it shows up on the test. Literally.
I can say that his tests are very tricky, I was a nervous train wreck the entire semester, and somehow pulled out an A. He is generous with extra credit, but tests will really test your knowledge. You need tough skin to put up with him if you become the target of his jokes, which was sometimes frustrating. Take if you are ready for to work hard.
Genius prof. You will learn ochem and lab procedures like how it's supposed to be done. Very funny, lots of extra credit. Reasonable and fast grader. Quizzes and exams frequently. You must be up to date with the reading and homework. It shows up on the exams, literally word for word. Quizzes compose of hw problems. Ask if you don't understand.
Teaches us how to synthesize methamphetamine! Whatever you do don't take de roo! That beech gave me a b after my grade was 95 then dropped to 88.5. Tomooka gives lots of ec. Heavy synthesis because that's mainly what ochem is. Funny, class becomes very close and friendly
He was interesting and encouraging.
His classes require a lot of work. There is too much material. You have to keep up with everything, because you have weekly quizzes. The prof is really good at teaching. His exams are timed and hard, but you learn a lot both in the lab and in lecture.
Hands down, if you have him as a teacher feel honored. He definitely cares about the students and offers a variety of extra credit and projects to help your grade. I have the worst organic chem teacher right now and miss him so much. Must take his class
doesn't give you a straight answer, when asked if its going to be on the test he replies "its Fair game". he expects you to look at your lab book before class has started with the proper material ready to go. Quiz every monday, felt like he didn't cover the necessary materials for test.
OMG u need to study study study!!! If u have no time don't take this class!!!!
Must study! Homework & attendance is key. Lecture and the textbook can be confusing, but go to office hours or ask him, he is always willing to help and will clarify anything you don't understand. There is a quiz/test every meeting, so keep up and show up. Tough, but definitely possible. Gives many ec opportunities, take advantage of it.
READ THE BOOK! Lecture confusing at times. I stress this now. VISIT HIM DURING OFFICE HOURS! In class, he comes off a little rude but he is nice!! He gives an UNBELIEVABLE amount of extra credit. Beginning of sem. I was struggling but did all the extra credit, started reading book, and got an A! :) This is chem, guys. WORK FOR IT. He saved my grade
As long as you study, do homework, and ask him for help during office hours (if needed) you will pass the class. He gives out 5-10 extra credits points every exam which is a great way to improve test score. He drops the lowest exams, quizzes, and labs.
You really need to work your butt off for this class, but help is there if you need it! Use your homework to study and never procrastinate! He gives extra credit for every exam which helps to boost your grade up. Overall a great experience!
Difficult class but you can do it. I can't stress this enough: GO TO HIS OFFICE HOURS. He'll sit with you and explain everything to you until you understand it. He genuinely wants his students to succeed. It saved my grade along with the extra credit given for every test.
Gives a ton of extra credit and is also very helpful during his office hours. Has a clear grading criteria as well. The thing that annoyed me with this guy were his ridiculous rules. You can't drink water in lecture and you can't use the restroom during an exam even if you are finished unless it was an "emergency". Would not recommend to take him.
IDK why people have negative experience, but I took his class Spring 15 and It went well to me. I highly reccommend him.
Doesn't really help you when you ask for it. He tells you to Talk to him at the end of class then he runs off. Doesn't let you drink water in lecture. You would have to go outside to drink your water. Really strict on school rules. He always rushes through chapters. Doesn't give you a study guide. Just tells you what chapters to study.
I'm an A student and this was a difficult class for me. I did the homework and saw a tutor twice a week. I passed the class by doing all the extra credit, labs, and homework. Expect a quiz every class, and attendance is mandatory. Do not be late! There is a sign-in sheet. He is a nice professor. Chemistry is simply difficult.
Cool guy, doesn't care if you attend class as long as you show up for quizzes, labs and tests. He gives A LOT of extra credit so theoretically you should get an easy A but don't take the tests lightly, each test has 15 multiple choice questions get 4 wrong and you're down to a B just like that. Study on your own and read the questions carefully.
He genuinely cares about his students succeeding and he tells you exactly what you need to do to get an A. He provides fun acronyms for you to memorize tough subjects. He gives so much extra credit! Chemistry is a dry subject but he makes it fun with youtube videos and images. This class is demanding! Going to tutoring once a week really helped.
really nice guy, interesting lecture. He gets all of the problems for the test and quiz straight from homework. Lots and lots of homework. He talks and moves through lecture fast so ask him to slow down or go over again since he doesn't mind it. This class requires a lot of study time, felt like part time job.
Lots of homework! If you can take notes and use the hw as a study guide, you'll find them very vital as the questions on hw show up on exams and quizzes! He is organized, this class will go smoothly as long as you do your labs & reports efficiently, study adequately and follow his instructions! Try not to procrastinate and do your hw asap!!
Terrific professor. Chemistry is tough and requires a lot of work, period. This class requires a lot of time, energy, and dedication, but Dr. Tomooka is an excellent professor and makes chem less painful. He drops the lowest quiz, exam, and homework, and he offers extra credit. He really wants you to succeed so if you work hard, he will help you.
Professor Tomooka makes sure to take the time to help make the transition of chem 107 to 111a very smooth. He is understanding and always available to help. He drops the lowest homework, quiz, lab, and exam. As long as you don't procrastinate with your lab reports and homework you'll be good. He is also very generous with extra credit. 10/10.
Took Nam Ho for lecture and Tomooka for lab. P. T is strict, but a nice guy. Quizzes everyday (2pts) & lab packet (10pts). Assigned seating. You work ALONE in lab. The lab final is kind of a joke. Problems will be worded bad, just be weary. You will survive just wanted to let anyone know what to expect when taking him for lab.
Dr Toomoka is probably one of the best chemistry professors in this school. He gives a lot of extra credit (maybe a little too much but Im not complaining). His exams are based on the problem sets which is nice and gives you an idea on what type of questions to study; however, his exams are very easy.... to mess up. Hopping to take him for O chem.
Dr. Tomooka makes you work hard to earn the grade you end up with. Personally, I enjoyed his lectures. He's very organized and very helpful if you have a hard time understanding something. There are lecture quizzes & pre-lab quizzes every week but they're manageable. There's a lot of extra credit at the end of the semester but don't rely on EC!
Really great professor. He drops your lowest lab score, lecture quiz, HW, and test score. Also, he gives a lot of extra credit. Read the book b/c he will occasionally test you on info that is not in his lecture. Do the HW before the quizzes, so you'll ace them. Don't lag on your labs. Go to his office hours b/c it will really pay off.
Be attentive in the class because he talks about a topic quite fast, make sure to catch up. He is helpful after the class and office hours. Make sure to study for the test! Because he make some questions quite tricky. Easy class overall, in my opinion. Take advantage on every extra credit he gives every test and close to the end of the sem.
Hes pretty ok, in lecture he goes pretty fast and gives a bunch of busy work, and exams are both lecture and textbook heavy. Not very approachable in labs, so make sure your capable of performing every lab task without question. Has a few other rules such as no water in lecture. Overal it was a hard class due to workload and exams
Fast paced, and lots of homework but it helps! The only hassle was lab work and I would get confused since he would leave BUT you should read and know the lab beforehand. Lecture is fast so keep up! DO NOT miss class
Amazing teacher but is very blunt, sometimes confusing, and repetitive. Which isnt bad, he will tell you straight up how you are doing overall in the class, but will not tell you directly the answer on some of your questions, he will also go over the syllabus A LOT. He is very fair and equal to everyone. His lectures are too long but study it all!
A lot of rules to follow, and lecture exams are taken right at start of lab and then lab is followed. I wish he did give more time for tests. Lab quizzes too. Lots of homework which isn't too bad unless chemistry isn't your strongest subject. Labs are ok if you work with others or know others in class. Mostly goes by textbook and no water in class!
great professor, explains very well Gives you time to write his slides can answer all your questions Best chem classes are with him I took chem 101 and 111A with him
Dr Tomooka can be nice, after you point out to him that he was rude to you during class or lab. Looses patience easily when asked questions and avoids as much as he can to NOT respond questions during lecture or lab. He wants to follow own schedule and students asking questions when confused is not part of it. Not helpful at all. Regret taking him.
I should of just taken this class online and lab at school, but not available, since with Tomooka most of the learning you do is on your own. Very hard to follow in class and will not slow down if you have a question to clear your confusion. Once said he's job is not to teach us, just to show us the basics, the rest we need to learn on our own.
He's good but not my favorite. Not a fan of the way he teaches, so I had to teach myself. His class is easy to maneuver once you understand his system. Get good scores on your labs and quizzes, so, if you mess up on a test, it won't affect you that much. Tomooka will help students that he likes, so call him Dr. Tomooka. That really boosts his ego.
Great guy. He cares about people getting their grades up and understanding his stuff. I think towards the end I had issues with keeping up and I ran out of time with his exams so better to study a few weeks prior if you got adhd like I do lol. Just gotta keep track and do whatever he says
He's a super nice, genuine teacher who answers messages really quick. I had another professor for lecture, but his labs were always published consistently and he graded them clearly. The Labsters take a bit of time so don't miss those. Also they can be kinda helpful if you really read them. Don't be afraid to ask him questions he's really chill
The worst professor I've met in the Chemistry department. He goes on a tangent MULTIPLE TIMES for almost hours, goes out of order teaching the material so it confuses you. Not accessible outside class. He is particular with grading for no reason, rude. Long story short.... DO NOT TAKE HIM, your gonna hate him.
He's a great professor & very knowledgeable but if you have one off day in class, the amount of stress you will get it overwhelming. The course is not easy by far, it's doable but it is a class you really cant push aside. The test are pretty hard & he has a weird policy where you have to record yourself with another camera while testing.
Chemistry is hard enough so the heavy material really is not a surprise nor his fault. His grading is pretty straight forward and from the very beginning he is honest about the amount of work and time is needed for his class. He is a cool guy overall, just do not plan on missing class. He really understands the subject and is great at teaching.
Dr. Tomooka doesnt know how to teach. He only teaches the basic, he expects you to read the book and do the homework from the book which is not nearly similar to what he teaches on class. he thinks that we are going to learn chemistry from a book. his exams are very confusing which has nothing to do with homework or whatever he teaches on class.
if you take him, be prepare to learn a whole semester of chemistry ALL by yourself!!1 if you dont have any math or chemistry background don't take him because he will only teach basic stuff and you are responsible for learning the rest on your own. How is that even possible?
He go on a tangent for hours, he wastes so much time talking about things that have nothing to do with the class instead of using that time to explain the material better. Exams are confusing and hard especially the multiple choice questions, he will ask things that he never talked about. Expect to see review from all the chapter on every exam
Dr. Tomooka was one of the best professors I have ever had. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students and tries to make class enjoyable for all. I love how he starts every class asking how we are and tells us a fun quote or what national day of the year it is. Class was overall very easy, and he provides a free online textbook.
He is very understanding and allows students to drop their lowest lab and quiz grades. He is a tough grader but always gives partial points. I enjoyed his classes, and he very obviously cares about our well being. You are allowed to take breaks whenever needed during class. He even gave us all 3D models he printed out himself.
I love Dr. Tomooka if the exams were confusing is because you guys didnt put the time needed to do well in the class. Come to labs prepare be ready to be productive.the homework is a lot but good practice dont try to just copy the answers .I had fun in lecture bring homework questions to class dont be shy to ask questions.
I took both 211A and 211B, and let's be honest Ochem is not easy. It'll require a lot of your time regardless of any professor you take. He is very knowledgeable and accessible outside of class but he prefers if you try to understand or do the problems before you come to him. He doesn't ask tricky question on exams but you need to know the material
He teaches for 5 mins then has you work together with classmates to learn material for another 5 minutes. Then spends time in class to show you ways to look for help on the internet. As opposed to simply using those 15 minutes to lecture. If you can teach yourself chem take his class.
He doesn't answer your questions very clearly. He micromanages pretty much everything. You're not allowed to drink water in his class at all. He doesn't make study guides, so you need to find good study groups. He does give partial credit on exams for showing work.
Dr. Tomooka is great professor he know what he is doing .There are 5 big exams 100 pts you can replace your lowest on the final if beneficial, the final worth 200pts, there are 10 quizzes during the semester you can drop your lowest quiz. He offer an extra credit about 20pts. Good luck for you all. Take him you will enjoy his class. I recommend him
tests have tons of homework problems - they are easy as long as you understand the homework
Tough class, but Mr. Tomooka guides you through. Exams are easy if you do the work because the homework problems are on the exam.
Good class, very clear about everything. Don't listen to the complainers, they all do very little studying until the right before class. Study a lot and youll get an A.
Ive talked to many people who have taken the class and we all agree that the class is easy if you do homework but frustrating if you dont
nice guy but he asked me notto watch movies in class. What??? dropped the class and will be taking ho next semester
Study vocab for easy points on exams, take advantage of completing the easy lab manuals/ quizzes. He goes through lecture pretty fast, tutors are your best friend especially with homework. Each exam is made based on how far you go into lecture, so make sure to particularly study the last things he covers right before class ends.
Not allowed to drink water in class. Phones can't be out at all. You will get called out in front of everyone if you don't talk to someone during his "think pair share" (even if you are still working). Lectures have nothing to do with exams, exams are based on the book not lecture. -5 points for each missed class. He is condescending. DO NOT TAKE.
Dr. Tomoka is great! I read his reviews and wasnt sure but he really cares about the students who try. I sat next to somebody who just wanted to watch anime and I was glad that Dr. Tomoka came over and asked him to not watch movies. Take him if you want agood grade. Take somebody else if you want to sleep in the back of class.
Spectacular professor! Really knows chemistry. If you try hard in the class its a guaranteed A. I read another review and laughed because I know who she was because I sat near her in class. She didnt show up for half the classes, didnt try to understand anything, copied her homework, and then complained forever when she failed the exams
I wasn't a big fan of his lectures/teaching style, and often taught myself from the textbook. He assigns all problems from the book of each chapter covered for every homework assignment, so stay ahead; that will be your best friend if you want to learn anything. A rambler, but very kind person; please indulge when he tells you the national day.
i took first semester organic chemistry at another college and ochem w dr t is about ten times better! its a tough class but he tells you what you need to do to get an a and you just need to listen and do it
Prof. Tomooka runs a tight ship, but if you put in the work, it pays off. Use Unstuck study alongside the textbook to ace the exams. The lectures move fast, so make friends with the tutors.
He is a caring professor. He put in efforts to make things go easy for students. You have to attended classes and be prepared for taking notes and homework. Read you book before lab or lecture it's will be helpful to get through the course.
You'll learn a lot but youll have to do a lot of work. If youre just looking for an easy grade then take another class but he shows you exactly how to get an A and theres lots of extra credit
Super hard to pay attention when he rambles. Can't drink water in class and need to have laptop or iPad flat on desk which is annoying. I wouldn't recommend him if you're not familiar with chem and algebra. You won't get an A unless you try a lot but a B is doable esp with extra credit. Test Mcqs are 5pts which is way too much and isn't reflective
Chem is not easy by any means but Dr. T made it enjoyable. One major advice is to do the hw in advance and pay attention in lecture. Also don't take chem with other science classes if you can't handle it. Although he goes off track a lot, Dr. T is very sweet, lots of extra credit and makes chem a lot simpler. Take this class!
Organic chemistry is hard, but extra credit was offered and he really values effort. The rules were strange at first, but once you adjust, the class becomes entertaining. Attendance is mandatory. GO TO OFFICE HOURS!! His lectures are fun, clear, and he is very good at explaining. Highly recommend.
