took Biology I in the honors section with her. She's nice, speaks clearly and just goes through powerpoint slides in class. Every two weeks or so she has pop quizzes at the end of two chapters and pop quizzes sometimes in lab. Tests are easy, there are 4 and she drops the lowest one. Gives very easy extra credit. Definitely take if possible.

She is, by far, the best professor I've ever had at UCF. She's enthusiastic about the subject and her notes are easy to comprehend. Pretty standard. If you pay attention to the lectures, you can do alright on the exams. However, I was confused about the wording on an exam question; so I emailed her about it that same morning, and she accused me of cheating because I remembered all eight words exactly. Rude too. Didn't know how to tell her I'm not suffering from dementia.

Bayer is fine. Her online tests are absolutely brutal though, and if you want an A you will slave for it. Not allowed to go back after a question is submitted, so you have to budget your time wisely.
