When I took this class, she rocked the bio dept and still does. The way she teaches her classes makes learning biology fun and you're able to apply the knowledge even after the class is done.

this teacher is the best ever. she explains everyhting very well. she makes lab so much fun. i couldnt wait to get to her class. she is fun and easy nice person to talk to and joke with. i would recommend this class the lowest grade you might get is a B if you dont study.

Other than 40 exams getting "stolen", she was great. Very helpful, very knowledgable in BIO, shes a BIO freak and she has stories. She made me like BIO even more. She gives review sheets, and just listen to the lectures and copy thr notes and thats whats on the exam, dont worry to much about the book,but it is a good reference guide. Buy it though.

AWESOME TEACHER! I was never good at biology, I struggle in high school and I nearly struggle in Mrs. Bida. She help me along the way. I never mistake a lecture or lab session and I went to the SI section as well. I HIGHLY recommend her. Trust me, it will be the best thing you will ever do in your life.

OMG i looooveee Mrs. Bida. She is truly one of the best teachers I have ever had. I use to dred taking science class's, but she made it a breeze. She is for sure a winner. I love her she is so nice and leniant. No way you will not pass her class. No attendance taking during lecture...just sometimes during lab. But you must go to lab to understand.

Nice Teacher!

Had her for the lab section, and she's a pretty easy going person. Just do the labs, study off of them for the tests, and you'll be fine. She's extremely helpful and will almost go out of her way just to help you understand something.

Dr. Bida is amazing! I had her for the lab section 2 years ago, and she's one of the nicest teachers I know. I still retained alot of the information from the lab, and I passed the MCAT's bio portion with a great score cause of her, Brandt (lecture 150)and Garrett (Bio 152 lab and lecture)

Mrs. Bida is by far the BEST professor I've had at HFCC. She is EXTREMELY THOROUGH and conveys the material in manner that is easy to UNDERSTAND and ABSORB. Took her for Lab. She was extremely helpful, and easy to understand. Very sweet teacher with an obvious passion for Biology. Attendance & participation is a must in lab. Some lab sheets from manual were turned in, many were not. She sometimes had supplementary worksheets. Exams have no surprises. Come to class, participate, & you'll do well.

By far one of the best Teachers I have had in college. The study guides are exactly what is on the test with no surprises. The information she provides on the board is what is on the study guides and tests. She is laid back and doesn't give very much homework. I would take her again and recommend to anyone, especially if you struggle with biology.

Angel sent from Heaven. Gives study guides. Quiz every week in lab. Super nice and understanding. Lets you make up tests. One-two homework assignments before every test. Some of them are super long and only worth five points but go towards your test grade. I wish she taught all my classes.

She is an amazing professor. The exams were straight forward. Study guides are handed out well in advanced so there is plenty of time to study. She was a little disorganized but nothing too outrageous. Overall, great class and professor!

If I can take her for every science class I need left, I would. I loved how she kept her lectures so interesting. The notes are EXACTLY what will be on the test so make sure u write everything she writes on the board. Never opened the book, just study the notes. If you miss a lecture you miss the notes so I recommend not skipping.
