Great teacher. Besides that face that she need to smile more often, she is very nice and had lots of experiences.
I decided to major in Physichology while in her Honors Intro to Psyc. I love the class and plan to take another with her next symester.
She knows how to make a class interesting with stories and movies. Her notes, on power point presentation, are very clear, and the tests are taken almost directly from the notes. She's very nice as well.

This is my favourite professor. She knows her stuff, she is reasonable and professional. it also helps that she uses real life situations while she teaches.
Tests are fairly hard but the final is cut and paste from the tests.
Provides powerpoints online for lectures. Animated teacher makes lectures interesting. Test multiple choice and 1 essay.

I am a psychology major and I found this class extremely boring.
She's really interesting. I took the hybrid class and thought it was great! She types up all the notes for you and that's the study guides for the tests. You have to write 2 papers though. All-in-all, the class was easy.
Nice lady. Class can get boring, but she is very helpful and intelligent, with some funny stories to tell. Recommended.

Extremely enjoyable class, the powerpoints, available online, have virtually everything you need for the test. Extensive study of the text is unnecesary (you still have to READ the text) because most of her test questions are straight from her lecture. I would take her classes again in a heartbeat.

She is an awesome teacher and the class is really easy if you just read the chapter once over. Tests are multiple choice with a 10 point essay, and she tells you what the essay is the class before the test so that you can prepare. Take her and you won't be sorry.
Wow,Great teach. She gave us online tests. They were kinda hard but u had ur notes to use. Very lenient. Talk to her & xplain y ur late on a paper, & she'll b ok w/it. Gave xtra credit too. She threw out one of the essay questions b/c no1 had time to do it. She does get behind on the grading, but shes a busy woman. Recommended, would take her again

Great teacher. Adds personal stories relevant to the text to give a break from note taking. Powerpoint presentations are available online and tests follow them pretty closely. She loves psychology and she makes you like it too.
She is very interesting. Took her for 1101 and then again for abnormal psyc. This section as a little harder. The tests were online wich made it very hard to focus. I didn't sign up for a hybrid class yet we did online tests. Overall she is really cool, and a lil' crazy.
She is a very nice teacher...but her TEST are so hard!!! It is not just knowing the terms..it is put the terms into really situations. She gives extra credit but sometimes it doesn't always fit into your schedule. If you are a good test taker..you should take her..if not..find a different teacher!

Do NOT take this teached on line unless you truly want to figure out everything on your own. I have heard that she is great in the class room....but believe me she sucks online. Dont bother emailing her for clarification on anything-you literally will never get a response. You are kept guessing of what is required. We did 2 research papers in O
The main complaint I have is she is very unorganized. I took the hybrid course, but I don't reccommend it. When you go to class she just repeats what you listen to online, so I found the classroom worthless. We had to write 2 papers and got them back on the last day of class. The hybrid classes in general need a major overhaul.
Abnormal Psyc. Do not take the online class unless you want "minimal" assistance. It took her a week to answer any questions sent email. We turned in 2 papers in October and I just got one back today because I asked last week. On the papers, she takes off for every little thing.
She has a great sense of humor. Her tests and projects are relatively easy. The final is questions (word for word) from her tests. A studied very little and got an A in her class.
She is great in the classroom and she knows what she is talking about, but online she takes forever to get back to you. She is very funny and the classs is always interesting to go to.
I took her online class and she would never email you back until 3 or 4 emails. She somehow never recieved papers that were sent. She failed me b/c she lost them and then took 5 months to fix it. Her office is a mess so you can see she is completely unorganized. I have taken other classes online, but I would never take one from her again!!!
Very easy if you have her for online. do the power point matching and her final was very easy! She is not very helpful and does not respond to emails.
This teacher will do anything to help her students. Gives you a TON of opportunities for extra credit and you learn A LOT!

The class is very easy, just follow her directions and you will make an A. Two very easy papers to write and 6 multiple choice tests. She on the other hand doesn't answer e-mails, didn't return one of the papers we wrote even at the end of the semester, so you can't depend on her for too much. But overall, take the class, it'll help your GPA!
many opportunities for extra credit, but you MUST read the chapters if you want a perfect score on every online exam. she uses real life examples from her experience to relate to the subject; besure to follow direction for all papers or you will fail. Good teacher overall.
Class was great! She has clinical experience so she had lots of exciting stories to tell based on that. Pretty funny, laid back. Even organized a field trip to jail for the Abnormal Psych class. Powerpoint notes, printed them for us (GREAT!!).
She's awesome! Really laid-back and tells funny stories. Every chapter seems to draaag on because she ends up telling so many stories. She uses a lot of movie clips to show different personality disorders. Take her! You'll love her!

Dr. Kreutzer is a great, nice professor. 7 online tests which are pretty easy if you scim over the notes and read the chapters (which doesn't take too long). 2 written assignments, double-spaced 3 pgs (review on a short book) and 5 pgs. Grades fairly but a sticker for APA style. Easy oppurtunity for 5-10 pts extra credit per test. Easy A or B.
Dr. K is a great professor, she definitely knows what she is talking about. She comes highly recommended. You must take her class, she is fantastic!
Ms. Kreutzer is a really nice professor - easy A if you take good notes. You can go without the textbook in this class because her tests are based on the in-class lectures.
Excellent teacher but not easy...make sure you learn the material. She makes the topics interesting and applicable so there's no reason you shouldn't do well in the class. she's very helpful and answers questions.
Excellent teacher who keeps the materials interesting and fun with stories and examples. Uses both the book and lecture notes on tests. She's a clinical psychologist so she knows a lot of what she talks about first hand.
I had her last summer for both Intro to Psych and Abnormal Psych. She was the best professor I have had! She loved what she taught and was able to give great examples since she's also a clinical psychologist. I wouldn't take a psychology class from anyone else!
Dr. K is very good teacher who knows her stuff. She is a practicing psychologist so she has experience not only in academia but hands on with patients as well. I highly recommend her class because she makes it very interesting and fun to learn.
I felt that Ms. Kreutze, was a very unfair instructor. She refused to return my calls when I requested to meet with her nor would she respond to my emails. I found out too late the procedure I needed to take to challenge the grade she me. However I will be more prepared if I encounter another Ms. Kreutze.

It was an class for easy A, however, the instructor is not really good with replying her e-mails. The discussions and projects were very easy but with very poorly explained instructions. I recommend taking the class only if you are used to reading the text because everything else will not help you at all. Be prepare of her "late late late" replies.
Pretty easy class, I took it online, and though sometimes it takes her a while to email you back, the best way to get in contact with her is through WebCT. Make sure you read the chapters, but mostly print off her lecture notes and listen to her lectures. Lots of little quizzes in there to pull up your grade. Time consuming, but not hard!
Toward the middle of the class, the students did not know about which grades were to be presented when because the teacher was not organized enough to present a date sooner than a few days before the turn in date. I took this class with her online and I loved the class but wish I had another prof. She waited til the last minute to grade a semester's worth of assignments. Her tests came from the book. Expect to put lots of effort in this class to pass.

If this professor was the one receiving the grade, she deserves an F. Her test are full of errors, and she will not let you see them because she uses the exact same question on the final, word for word. She never replys to any questions you have about the material,and if you happen to get her on the phone she is not very friendly. Bad teacher!
She is simply hard and sh's never clear on anything. She makes things difficult. she's rude sometimes ans she has this attitude that she doesn't care about anything. I wouldn't recommend her unless you really have the passion for this class.
Don't rely on her notes alone, make sure you read the textbook thoroughly. She gives a lot of extra credit opportunities so you should be able to make at least an A on every test. 5 Tests, 1 Final, and, 2 writing assignments.
She is very nick picky on a lot of things. i wrote this paper and because i had a dash instead of a dot she took off points and also because i put high daily activities involved in a student's life, she said i should have put high satisfaction and the next sentence she took off points because i put low daily activities instead of low satisfaction.

I took her for intro psyc and abnormal. Wonderful teacher. Keeps you very interested. Test are a little bit difficult but as long as you read over the notes you'll be fine.
Uses interesting examples to demonstrate disorders. Very patient with questions. Gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. Powerpoint notes on each topic discussed in class can be printed from her site. Tests can be hard but an A is easy if you study powerpoint notes and pay attention in class.
Cons: She doesn't go over material on the test during lectures. Must read long chapters in book. Tests can be a little tough. Pros: Lectures are very interesting and funny. Projects are gauranteed A's. Attendance is not important. Tons of extra credit and she will help you out.
Take Her!! Dr. Kreutzer is an awsome teacher. Her lectures are interesting and fun. For the most part I was always engaged in what we were talkin about. Her test are hard so yes you do have to study even beyond the pp and lectures. She gives alot of extra credit so there is no way you can fail!! Your grade comes from test and final only no homework

i only made 1 A out of the 5 exams i still made an A because she gives too much extra credict. the extra crdicts is to attent an event going on at the school she gives you 5-10 points each time you go remember to swipe your j -card one project behavior modification too easy its like a journal . final exam is easy she give study guide.

Dr. Kreutzer teaches the "applications" of psychology. You must *READ* all of your chapters. All tests are onlines. Project: Behavioral Modification 40% of your grade, EASY A. She's an AWESOME TEACHER. SPRING OF 2012
All tests are online except the final. Her tests are "applying what you've read." The textbook is not really mandatory if you attend the class & take notes. Also, she gives a lot of extra credit so it's no way to fail! Oh & she's a sweetheart who wants to help anyway she can. Take her!

I feel bad for the new kids on the block. I took Dr. K's class back in Summer 2011 when ALL her tests were being administered online. I got an A, but I guess in class tests are for the better since it will essentially force you to read the material. Read thoroughly because the book is packed with info. Dr. K LOVES psych and it shows. Take her!!
Worst teacher ever taken! if you have to take physchology run from this professor!!! she only got good ratings previously because her test and quizzes were online! not nomore. she never responded to my emails on icollege and had an attiude when i tried to talk to her after class. tests are EXtremely hard, doesnt provide a study guide. Kool Teacher, test are very hard, you have 1 paper to complete and she grades hard however she gives you an opportunity to revise it for a better grade, i came out with an A, as long as you participate, do extra credit, and READ the BOOK b/c powerpoint slides are irrelevant to test so study both! it will b stressful but you can pass the Class.
Honestly the rudest, most disrespectful teacher i have ever met in my life. Won't give you an idea what you currently have in her class but instead tells you to "get a calculator". Speaks with an attitude to her students. Office hours feel like you're in an interrogation room with the way she speaks to you with disgust. DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER!
Dr Kreutzer is one of the best professors in GPC. She gives lots of extra credits. All the tests are online except the final. Just follow her instructions and do all the assignments, its easy A.

She assigns chapter assignments before we go over them in class, Quizzes every week- Not including Mid-Term & Final Exam (ps. what she teaches in class is way different then what's on the test), Plus a 5-Page Research paper.. Pay attention during the lectures, & do the hw. Loves to hear herself talk & can be kinda snappy if you're late. She does occasionally do some extra credit like coloring a mandala . DO THE PRACTICE FINAL EXAM!!!!!!!!!! Twice if you need to; remember what the correct answers are when you get the results back! Thank me later.
One of the best Professor in GPC. Lots of extra credits. There is only one project called behavior modification. Weekly test 25 questions each, but very easy since you can find all the answers online. Before the final exam, she will give the 250 questions with answers to memorize and she will only pick 100 questions for the final test.
She was a great teacher! As long as you showed up to class and did all of the assignments you can easily get an A in her class. We watched a lot of videos and she talks a lot about her job as a psychologist. I really enjoyed her class and would definitely recommend her to everyone!

she is a really good experienced teacher. Although she can be really strict if she feels being taken for granted. She gives real practical funny examples when lecturing. You don't want to get on her bad side, just stick to her rules if you want to enjoy the class.
Dr. Kreutzer is knowledgeable. She does not always respond to emails, and sometimes fails to be accommodating to students with disabilities. While teaching from the DSM5, she preaches from the DSM3, citing transgenderism as a disorder-- which is outright dehumanizing. She also refers to depression and anxiety units as the "crazy people chapters."
Hands down one of the worst professor's ive ever had. Coming into class was like pulling teeth. Her syllabus wouldnt match up with the dates she would assign so alot of people would miss assignments She wouldnt make sense and would say one thing but then do anything at the expense of her students. Acts very annoyed /agitated if asked questions
Dont take this class unless you enjoy getting offended by your professor. Inappropriate language and opinions about things (and her patients???HIPPA???) that a professor shouldnt be saying. Im pretty liberal and even she made me feel uncomfortable. But other than that i guess the class is easy, lots of online assignments
I took her for PSYCH 1101 and she was fine.. but for abnormal psych? It's a no from me. Her lectures did not match up with the online exams AT ALL. The PowerPoint slides were useless. It's all based on a textbook that she co-wrote but is so dense and difficult to decode. I used the book on the exams and still was getting B's. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I do not recommend this professor. Her quizzes doesn't match up with the book (that she co-wrote) and her slides. ALL SHE DOES IS TALK. She also talks about her patients (she is a clinical psychologist), to reference what she is talking about. Its understandable but wrong at the same time. There is barely any work so you are doomed to fail.
Amazing professor and a really intriguing class. Class discussions are always very interesting. One writing assignment required and she lets you make corrections after grading. Read the textbook to be prepared for quizzes (online), because there usually isn't enough class time to cover everything.
Honestly if you are ready to teach yourself go ahead and take her. I had super high expectations for this class and I'm super disappointed now. She is extremely specific with her tests. So you basically have to memorize the book to pass.
Does not test directly on material Provided in class. Does not properly update Icollege. Does not grade students equally. Does provide study guides. It seems all students do not receive the same test. No official text book, just something she typed up on Icollege. This allows her to manipulate material. Trick test questions.
This is the worse professor I have taken in my life. Total of 25 questions per exams each worth 4 points makes getting an A almost impossible . As if it's not enough, she never test what is from the PowerPoint. I do not think she has the passion for teaching, I remembered her wanting to go to the ATL campus, so she could teach less class.
This isn't an easy course, and you should take her if you enjoy an absent professor. She doesn't really teach and only reads directly off of her powerpoints. I didnt find her informative at all. I had to read the textbook to understand even a little bit and she take forever to grade. Its finals week and i have no idea what my grade is.

All she does is read off slides. And give personal stories and opinions that are meager attempts to relate to what we learning. Only a few of us attend her class, and the homework is absurd. 700+ questions every 2 weeks for only 40 questions on the test. And you don't even see what you got wrong, so youll do bad on the midterm and the final
She was a pretty good professor. I took her over the summer & it was test heavy, tonsssss of reading. Im talking about 3-5 hrs a week (depending how fast you read) of pure reading, per chapter. The weekly tests came straight out the book, so reading was truly fundamental. A discussion post every week. Only wrote 1 5 paragraph essay, & one project.
I took an intro to drugs and behavior course from her and it was a horrible experience. She never answered emails, kept assignments locked that were supposed to be open, and set up tests incorrectly on respondus and blamed students for it not working correctly. I was really excited for this class, but it ended up being terrible.
Dr. Kreutzer was horrible! She never responded to any emails, she either locked assignments early or she didn't open assignments in a timely manner. Her quizzes also cover material that wasn't taught in class. The majority of grades are quizzes and a research paper that she gave no guidelines on until the day it was due.
This teacher is just mad boring! She just reads off her slides which would be on mheducation that you would have to pay over 100 dollars for at the beginning. If you know the website, the concepts hw is horrible and super long to do. You also are gonna have lots of tests throughout the semester (one every two weeks over two chapters). Don't take!

I don't recommend taking the class as there are exams and assignments due every week. The professor spends more time talking about her other occupation (therapy) rather than the class material, making it quite boring. Additionally, she sometimes has an attitude.
I unfortunately was excited for this class but she made me hate it. First off, you have to buy the book online for $80+, or else you can't do the homework. Second, she is very triggered. Multiple times she ended class just because someone got up at the "wrong" time. Third, she isn't lenient. No extra credit and no transparency on tests. Good luck!
The class is challenging but engaging. Professor Kreutzer's lectures can be dry, so it's crucial to stay on top of the textbook and use unstuckstudy for additional study prep. Overall, an interesting course if you're willing to put in the work.
You will never know where you stand in this class. She never provides you with a grade. There is a lot of homework and almost three essay-style discussions weekly. I will say that her discussions and homework are all or nothing. If you do them, you will get all the credit. Many of her test questions do not come from the lecture or homework.
Dr. Kreutzer reads from slides and shares personal stories about her life as a psychologist, sometimes going off-topic about her high school or college years. I find the stories she shares inappropriate and exposing of her clients. The textbook costs about $100 (as of Fall 2025) and is required, as 20% of your grade comes from Connect assignments.
The connect textbook that is assigned is complete busy work. There are 17 chapters, each containing 30-70 concepts. Just to complete 1 concept you have to get 2-3 questions correct. You can do the math. Add in the online exams with lockdown browser (20-50questions), no extra credit, and no make ups no matter what circumstance... Good luck!
