She is one of the nicest teachers I have had and really cares about everyone. Makes statistics very easy to learn and I am horrible at math. Homework and tests are very similiar so there are no surprises. Take her for statistics

This is probably the best stats teacher at Palomar. She is an excellent teacher who really cares about her students so much that she even lets them call her at home or even come to her house for extra help. She is vey nice, funny, and charismatic. She is also very sexy and looks very good for her age. It's hard not to like her. Take her for stats!!

one of my fav teachers ever, she's so energetic....i worked 50 hours a week and never fell asleep in her night class. she kept me awake and is the sweetest person ever! she still says hi to me at my work!

This chick rocks!! Her spunky "carpe diem" attitude keeps you awake and interested in stats. She is super helpfull and shows that she really cares about her students succeeding. We didn't do so well on a test so she kinda scolded us then the next day - she brought in make-up donuts!!

great teacher and does go the extra distance to help her students. relatively an easy class more than 90 percent had to have received a's and b's, very easy 200 level class. great math class because it applies what you learn in the class to real life. not to mention mrs perry is a good looking woman.

I went into this class thinking that Morrisette was going to teach and when I found out we had another teacher I was reluctant. However, this was by far the best class I have ever taken at Palomar and she did an awesome job for teaching it for the first time. She's a great teacher and really, really cares about every single student's grade.

its not just another class, either you love or hate her. she is super opinionated and students hear a lot of her personal life in class, but it is psych. she is not a formal professor but cares more on a personal level than most. A+ if you read the book, I think she makes assignments too spelled out/easy for the dumb ppl. not a forgettable prof.

C. Perry was always passionate about what she was teaching, no matter how dry the material was. She is a lot of fun to be around in the classroom and was always very helpful. I definitely recommend her.

She's tends to intimidate people at first, but she's really nice. Class is straight forward, attend lectures, do your homework, and you'll do good on the test. If you dont understand something, she takes time to explain it. She doesnt offer much extra credit however and she can be a little strict. i enjoyed her class however

Really really easy class. I had it in the morning so I was half-asleep everyday because the lecture was boring, but it can be exciting at times. She picks on random people if someone in the class doesn?t come up with an answer. Do the study guides/any extra credit she offers because at the end that last test won?t even affect your grade :)

I took Prof Perry's stats class in order to prep for grad school. While I got a lot out of the class, I didn't realize what a great teacher she was until I had to take another stats class. It was a breeze because I already knew e'thing. She's a great teacher if you're a serious student who actually wants to get out of a class what you put into it.

Perry is a riot. You will not regret taking her class, just make sure you show up as some of her lecture is on the test (and it WON'T be in the book). Her class is fun, and she's your typical eccentric Psychologist. Has a great sense of humor, loves the subject she teaches, and for a middle-aged woman, damn! She's good looking! Lots of EC too!

Also known as PSYC 205. She is cougar hott. Come to class and do the HW cause its whats on the tests. She gives you her cell# if you have need hw help. Tests are a little different than her examples. Its the wording that will get you. She wont play catch up with you during class time, dont waste her time or you will be targeted. Slim extra credit

Professor is way cool!! She is very helpful she gives you a personal number you can call if you have any questions, she responds to emails rather quickly. She makes stats pretty interesting! Biggest advice do the homework packets!! :) We haven't gotten grades yet but i was at an A before the final. so definitely she is a great professor!

The most helpful teacher there is. You get points for doing hw which helps your grade a lot, you can call her at home and ask for help whenever you need and she is very clear on what will be on the test. The only bad thing is she takes it personally if you miss class, kinda intense. Besides that she makes stats as easy and as clear as possible!

Professor Perry was amazing. I dreaded having to take a Stats class but she made it very interesting. She very energetic even at 8am..lol Tests are very easy if you read the power points and formula sheets are give out before exam so you should pass with no problem..I recommend taking her.

I never thought i'd get an A in stats. She is more than helpful and so funny and energetic that you cant not understand whats going on. the homework packets are identical to the tests. do them, and youre golden. if youre taking stats, i highly recommend you take her class

I never rate professors on here but this teacher was incredible. She is so helpful and enthusiastic. I hated math and never got anything better than a C in the subject before I took her Stats class. Not only did I receive an A but I understand the subject. I would recommend her class to anyone especially if you are nervous about taking math.

I haven't taken a math class in over 10 years and I was horrified to have to take stats. She has made herself available by phone or email every step of the way. Homework is done online, a HUGE part of the grade, & is essential to doing good in the class. I could not have done as well as I have without her guidance.

She is great and is willing to go above and beyond to help out her students. Do the homework it will help in the end. The math is basic so if you're not good at basic arithmetic then go back to math 15. The rest is comprehensive.

She is an awesome teacher. Made it fun and interesting at the same time. She was willing to clarify anything until you got it. All homework was done through Blackboard and tests were off of everything studied earlier. The only reason I think anyone would have trouble w/ this class is if they're not good at math.

Perry is a phenomenal professor. She is extremely clear. The homework is also easy and the tests look EXACTLY like the hw. She is funny, energetic, and wants you to do well and she loves what she teaches. It doesn't get much better than that. I HIGHLY recommend her!

By far one of the very best teachers I have ever had in my college experience. I wish there were more like her. Had her for another class and she is great. I highly recommend this teacher if you need this class. Ms Perry is very helpful,clear, and energetic! She even gives you her home # to call if you need help. You don't need to be good at math to pass this class with an A. The calculations used in this class are pretty simple. Highly recommend taking Ms Perry for this class!

this lady is hands down the best math teacher ive had thus far. she is extremely helpful and she explains everything in a matter that is very easy to understand. she also uses examples that are very funny. if you need to fufill the math requirement for CSU or UC MS. perry's stat class is undoubtly the best choice!

I am at CSUSM taking SOC 360. If it weren't for the EXCELLENT foundation I got from Prof. Perry, I would be lost in my class. I'm seeing other students in my SOC 360 class struggle when coming from other professors & CC's. She truly prepares you for the real world of University life.

Perry was awesome and upbeat. I took her 8 am class since math doesnt come so natural to me, and she knew how to keep things going. I didnt use the textbook, just took good notes. Her test are hard, they involve solving math problems and being able to explain the concepts, so study! But if you want to learn the material, she is your girl.

I took her class after being recommended by veterans office. Easier and made more since than math 50 or 60. That's not saying it doesn't require work but between the lecture and book everything is explained very well. Homework is mandatory but helps, you use formulas sheets for test, she loves to teach and will help. At the end, you leave smarter.

She is extremely helpful. Text use is great to make the explanation of material easier. he tests are exactly like homework, so if you do homework (which is mandatory) so will do great!

Excellent professor! I hadn't taken a math class for 15 years prior to Ms. Perry's. I came in intimidates, and left feeling confident.

She provides the textbook for you! Do your homework every week if you want a good grade - very crucial! She is very passionate and animated, but sometimes can be rude. She gets frustrated easily. I enjoy math but for those who didn't seemed confused often.

Very interesting but challenging class. Perry is a great teacher who is willing to help via email or phone. Her lectures are intense but does provide power points over blackboard for back up. Do every homework, Ask questions, and study for tests and you'll be good. I would definitely take her class again.

Professor Perry is one of the best teachers I've had. I'm someone who usually HATES math but I loved her class and ended up getting an A. She does tend to get off-topic during lecture, but by the end of class she does cover what she needs to. She loves answering students' questions and is always willing to stay after. Professor Perry is amazing! Like a lot of psyc/soc majors, I was terrified of taking stats. But I was put at easy by the first class! She just has a way of explaining concepts in the most clear and precise manner possible and she really cares about her students. This was the first time that I ever felt confident in my math skills. Cindy Perry will work as hard as any motivated student. She is readily available by phone and e-mail for extra help. I worked hard for my "A" in her class but would have had a "C" without her extra help. Although I took this just to fulfill a prerequisite, I actually learned how to use statistical information that will help me in my occupation.

SHOW UP! Not only does she pass out candy but she makes sure you learn. If you struggle with the concept of math, she will set you for success. She provides constant interaction between tutoring department, her office hours and even personal email to ensure you are grasping this. Set me up for easy sailing in future stats classes.

I took professor perry for stats, she was an amazing teacher. She'll make sure you understand a concept by giving you multiple examples. Make sure you do your homework! She is very approachable and gives great advice.

She always has a positive attitude and really cares about her students passing the class. She makes the lectures enjoyable, interesting and tries her best to make it easy to follow. Has lots of homework but it's identical to the test, which she is a tough grader for. Overall, She was a bit tough for me but I worked hard and she acknowledges that.

You have to show up for class and do the homework, but she will definitely help you if you are struggling. She is a really great teacher that makes learning this information much easier. Cynthia is a great professor and will really break down the material so you can easily understand the concepts she is teaching. If you have a question she will do her best to respond in a timely manner and assist students outside of the classroom. However if you read the book sometimes the lectures seem a bit repetitive. Very optimistic professor.

During the syllabus reading I was a bit uneasy about staying in this class. She let us know upfront that the course requires a lot of work and she was not an easy grader. Throughout the semester I have grown to love this class. She is very willing to help students who ask for it, and no question goes by unanswered. She even supplies the textbook!

She's a great professor! at first she might seem intimidating but once the class moves along you'll see she's not bad at all. most of class time is just lecture and working on practice problems that resemble test questions. exams are a mix of m/c and problems that require showing work. textbook is available at the library to checkout.

This class made me, who failed algebra three times, like math. She structures her class well, she details exactly what's expected- no surprises, and she is the most efficient grader I've had at Palomar. You get your test grades within days. She herself is a card- she's exuberant and passionate, and honestly an inspirational teacher. I adore her.

She was a fantastic statistics professor! When I took her class, I was retaking stats since I struggled taking the class online last semester. I was worried about the class since I thought I was horrible on math, but I'm actually not! She is very helpful and very easy to reach outside of school (email and by phone).
