I have really enjoyed Miss Potter's English class. She makes us write papers and is kind of a stickler for grammar but she is fair. she is also funny and makes class time go by quick. She listens to your opinions and seems to really want you to do well. If you dont pass its on you.

Professor Potter is so chill and down to earth when it comes to teaching that it makes it kind of enjoyable to go to her class. The discussions in class can get heated but she handles her students very well. Lots of draft days which helped me improve my writing instead of me just getting lost in the class. Taking 112 with her next semester for sure

Miss Potter is in deed great professor, i loved her classes. She has a lots of extra credits and journals on which you can get 100. She is not and easy grader but not tough either, she will review rough draft on each paper and help you out out of class in her office, so take advantage of that. You don't need too much to get an "A" TRUST ME.

Ms. Potter is very friendly and outgoing! I greatly enjoyed her class. She reviews rough drafts herself instead of doing peer reviews and gives excellent advice. Lots of opportunities for extra credit.

Potter is hilarious, gets through lessons pretty quickly but makes sure everyone understands. She makes an effort to get to know everyone and is fun to talk to about anything :) You get draft days in class to work on your essays and proofreads it so you can be more successful in her class. Expect a mini quiz after every reading assignment.

Professor Potter is a wonderful teacher with a great personality! As expected with a literature class a ton of reading and a tremendous amount of writing was required. Tough grader and rightfully so. Very helpful and gives great feedback. I started off pretty rough in her class but with time my writing was dramatically improved! Very grateful!

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." If you show up to class, participate in group discussions, and actually give a crap about the class, then Ms. Potter will reward you. Not much homework and pretty lenient grader. Just work with her and she will work with you. Oh, and don't buy LB Brief for ENG 111, you will not use it.

Professor Potter is a great professor. She is laid back, gives good feedback, and will edit papers before you turn them upon request. Homework assigned almost every class. Quiz after every reading. Journal writing weekly. In-class movies. Tests are essay and simple answer format and there are only two then the final exam.

Gives homework usually every class, but otherwise is one of the most relaxed professors out there. She lets class out early about 80% of the time, and is very flexible if you overslept or something like that.

Get ready for pop quizzes almost every single class. They're all reading specific. She will help you with your paper and will pretty much help you with anything. nonchalant , laid back. One thing, she can be a bit late if you take her early morning classes. Funny and she encourages participation.

While she is picky about grammar (especially commas, vague pronouns, and pronoun agreement), she is a pretty easy grader when it comes to content. Overall, Ms. Potter is great professor and, if you do the work, an A should be relatively easy.

Nice,Yea she gives quiz after each reading. But she do this to prepare you to write the paper. As usually her paper is in the same topics that you have read or close to it. And those topics are determined by the department .She makes you show her a draft to correct your paper before you submit it and if you follow her rubric you can get an easy A.

Ms. Potter was great. I wish I could have taken her for 112. She is very personable and funny. Classes were very relaxed and material was easy. She offers plenty of extra credit, so there is no reason you shouldn't get an A. Papers were fun, and the final exam is just an essay that she gives the prompt out for a week or 2 in advance. This was my 1st college class after taking a many year break from school & had a very pleasant experience in Ms. Potter's American Literature class. She is a hard grader, but I think that is expected for a literature professor, especially with grammar and so on... She is very approachable and willing to help her students.

Ms. Potter is a wonderful teacher. She's kind and funny, and she helps anyone who is willing to ask for it! She doesn't take late work, but if you try your best and ask for help she'll help you out. We only had three (kinda short) papers. She has multiple drafting days for each paper where she will mark up the draft to help you do the best you can!

Potter was not the best online professor. I think she would be great in person but online she was often late to post the weeks work and also didn't give good feedback. She is a very tough grader on the papers which are most of the grade however she is willing to help if you ask.

Professor Potter is a solid choice. Assignments are pretty straight forward and as long as you turn them in on time you should pass. The only downside to this professor is that she takes a long time grading but overall she is a very great choice.

I enjoyed the class and foudn it easy to get a good grade. She looked over myd raft for me and it relaly helped. I would advise haivng her looking at papers before submitting them for a grade.

Professor Potter was great at giving feedback on our papers and always let us submit drafts before a paper was due. She was very lenient about class, if someone had something come up then it wasn't used against them and she did a good job of catching you up. Overall, she was a great teacher.

She is an overall amazing professor. Participation and doing your work is key. Professor Potter loves group discussions and they can be so much fun when you get creative with it. Dont be afraid to ask for help because she will make sure you are successful in her class and you can tell she cares about every last one of her students.

Prof. Potter is kinda ~quirky~ but she's a really great prof. Most of the class relies on small assignments and class discussions, there were only two or three big papers. Prof. Potter is really funny, relatable, and her grading isn't too tough. This class also just builds upon things already learned in prior classes, so it's pretty easy.

Ms. Potter is great! She assigned three major essay assignments and a final short essay. The concepts you learn are straightforward, and if you do the readings and follow the rubrics, you will be in great shape. She is always willing to help if needed and is quick to respond to emails. Citations and proper page setup are crucial!

Prof. Potter is an all-around solid professor. Three major papers are in the course and then a final short essay. She gives good feedback but does take some time to grade essays (over a month for me). My only irritation with this professor was the weekly readings. I skipped most and only read what I had to for discussion board posts.

The course consists of discussion boards and potentially a quiz per week. The main factors of your grade are the 3 essays and the final. She does take quite a while to grade all of them and will nitpick over small grammar mistakes and take off a lot of points for seemingly small errors.

Really nice are care a lot about her students. super cool about papers and gives real criticism on how to improve.

Mrs Potter is such an AMAZING teacher. She's so nice and kind, and I wish I could have her as my ENG-112 teacher :( We wrote 3 papers in the class and did about 2 things a week. When we were working on a paper, we had no other work besides the paper. If you do badly on a paper, just talk to her about it. She is always willing to help!

Professor Potter was the best English teacher I've had in a while. I personally am more of a science person, so I have always struggled in English classes. Potter made it fun with many in class discussions and interesting essay prompts. Just make sure to keep up with all the little assignments in class because they do add up.
