she gives notes and tests are not similar she seems nice but gets you in the end.

Horrible professor , DO NOT TAKE HER . DOES NOT NO HOW TO GRADE PAPERS AND GIVES TESTS THAT DO NOT EVEN MATCH WITH THE MATERIAL GIVEN IN CLASS. IN FACT THERE ARE NO NOTES IN CLASS AND SHE WILL FAIL YOU.

first off she speaks really weird, she is really boring she just regurgitates everything we basically already know about sex, exams are extremely easy never studied for any of them, i hate when she says "buttocks" and she is always saying how she is open but she seems more close-minded than idk what. not appropriate teacher for humansexualitycourse

She puts slides up for 10 seconds which makes it impossible to follow her during lectures. She seems really close minded teaching the course and isn't open to discussion if your going to disagree with her. She's not a good teacher but neither is Prof. Honey who is the only other Human Sex professor so either way your doomed.

Worst professor I've had. Spends class repeating common knowledge and then tests on information we never covered. Tests include 4-5 chapters worth of info with no review or study guide. Ends class early but will not answer questions unless you see her in her office. Avoid her if possible.

the worst class ever. she doesnt care about helping you at all...she is boring, grades unfairly, doesnt give good reviews and her tests are ridiculous and stupid. i had perfect grades and a great GPA and she gave me a C in her class which ruined my gpa.. dont take this class with her

Worst teacher ever. Unfortunately, you will have to take her, or the horrible Mr. Honey. If you have to choose. Choose her. She gives you the chance to write what you want. Her tests are hard because there is nothing on them that we learned in class, and she talks nonsense.

This professor is so horrible that i made an account just to rate her. All she does is ramble, on and on about stuff not related to the topic. She gives only three exams the whole semester, which are incredibly hard. You also have to be on time as soon as class starts because thats when she takes the attendance. Overall bad professor.

Terrible teacher. Rambles about nothing. Lectures are useless. Tests cover everything except what she teaches. Grades exams and projects unfairly. Very easy to fail do NOT take this class. And she likes to cancel class the day before a test so don't expect a review. She's not helpful at all and doesn't care about stusents. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I can't believe my displeasure for the grade I received. I got an A in all my other classes which were all relative to my major. She just rambles on about things that aren't on the book and won't end up being on the test. She is a terrible teacher and grades completely unfairly. This is going to be the reason I can't transfer to a choice school.

She makes it painfully obvious that she is not interested in the concerns of her students. She was very unclear and confusing. Anytime questions were asked she would say "i'm not really sure" or "I cant answer that now, come to my office hours" Test were hard and lectures were useless. However, if you give it your best, you'll pass.

This teacher is the typical old school teacher who doesn't know how to upload grades. Her lectures are long and about basic sex ed that I've learned in HS, yet she grades tough. Her tests are multiple choice and seem opinion based but are actually not. She only gives 4 assignments that matter, if you do poorly on 1 or 2 then you'll prob fail.

DON'T take this professor. Her whole class consists of her talking and speeding through power points. She doesn't let you take notes and says everything is in the textbook, then whats the point of making slides? She doesn't talk and will fail every test and paper then not answer emails when you ask for help. HORRIBLE

Lectures are useless. The slides she presents are useless. They're either in really small print or she switches them before anyone has a chance to write anything down. It's pretty blatant that she does not care about her students. Test are unnecessarily hard. She rambles more than she actually teaches. Have a question? It's in your book.

One of the worst honestly. She grades based off of very few assignments and the 3 test she assigns has nothing to do with the notes you have taken. Missing class will leave you lost but attending will drain all your energy. Very davy lectures, goes to fast and doesn't seem to care about her students success.

Worst. Professor. EVER. You would think that taking a health class would be a GPA booster, but not with Professor Sorace. She lectures about topics that she says are in the textbook, but they're not. She has absolutely no idea what she is teaching! DO NOT TAKE HER! SAVE YOUR GPA!

She plays favorites and doesn't teach what's on the test. You learn more from reading the textbook then from her class. Besides tests there's only one major project which is a paper. She's super picky about it and if you fail the paper you can't do an oral report which together total as 15% of your grade. She doesn't allow makeups.

You learn more on your own than actually going to her class. Most of her lectures are repetitive and opinion based. Also her lectures are boring and no one in class knows their grade until the end. Shes not clear on what she wants you to do and she doesnt help you at all. Honestly one of the worst professors I ever had, I would not recommend her

Her lectures are repetitive and sleep-inducingly bad. She utilizes slides that offer very little information, telling students that "it's in the textbook" rather than teaching the material. If this class is specifically needed for your degree, take a different professor. If it isn't, take a physical activity class instead.

The absolute worst professor I have ever had. She never replies to emails and does not allow to use office hours for questions on assignments. What are office hours for then? She is rude and difficult for no good reason. Never in my life have I had a more rude and more difficult professor. DO NOT TAKE! hopefully mcc realizes how bad she is.

I really feel like people should start taking these reviews seriously. This professor was the worst professor I ever had. Please do yourself a favor and not take her. Her exams are opinion based and if she doesn't agree with your answer, you get it wrong. TAKE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Horrible. Doesn't check emails. Doesn't know how to put in grades so you have to constantly remind her. Her lectures are just dumb inspirational quotes meanwhile her exams have words she's never said once out loud. She makes attendance mandatory but you can pass if you just read the textbook.

She was terrible. I told her I had a death in the family and wanted to submit my assignment a day late and she said it was fine. Come the morning of I hand in my project (that took me a month to do) and she says she doesn't accept late work, and I will receive a 0. The only thing that she said to do is to drop the class.

Prepare yourself for a professor who does not grade, answer emails, or let alone gives you time to actually intake information. All her slides are just inspirational quotes that have NOTHING to do with her 50+ question tests. I was absent once, emailed her if I missed anything, no response, didn't receive the project booklet, I have an F now!

Currently in the class with a 55. The lectures are terrible and boring. The slides don't help. Nothing to study for heavy weighted tests. First exam the whole class failed. Good luck studying and do every single homework assignment. We even took this to the chairman her boss and he can't help us. I hope you guys have a chance for another teacher.

Please do not take this class. Avoid if you can. She grades by 4 tests and "attendance and participation". The former she grades using a scantron and tests with typos, meanwhile the latter she likely won't put in until the end of class. She does lecture, but she goes too fast on the slides. No matter how easy the review sounds, the test is harder.

This professor's lectures do not match up with what is on the test. Her lectures are short slides that she goes through far too fast. Looking at the statistics for the tests, the upper percentile is 70% or lower so far. She claims that "Attendance/Participation" is 40% of the grade, but won't put the grade in until the last day of class.

I understand that we're learning about human sexuality and life... But why is she talking about her own fantasies during class? Her tests are 60+ questions, only a quarter of which are on the lectures. Several students are failing her tests, as nobody I've talked to has gotten over a 70.

Genuinely awful class. All grades are test based and the test answers are literally opinionated. She's a sweet person but absolutely horrible at what she does.

No student in this class has an A. Her test questions are unclear, and it is obvious that this teacher is allergic to doing work. I asked for extra credit, and she said no because she'd have to give it to everybody. I think she's writing her reviews because everyone in the class is doing poorly and is rightfully angry.

NEVER TAKE HER SAVE YOUR LIVES AND DO NOT TAKE HER NO MATTER IF YOU HAVE ONLY HER MATCHING YOUR SCHEDULE

Awful teacher

This professor is literally the worst professor i've had. First off the way she grades tells you she is lazy. 60% test 40% attendance. We had only 4 tests for the semester. I have a learning disability and she mad it so hard to get my tests to the testing center. Also her tests are unpassable, i had studied and failed each one.
