He's an awesome professor!!! i've recommended him to virtually everyine I know who has to take accounting. His explanations are clear, he's VERY helpful, and he's got a great attitude - as in, he doesn't scorn you or anything, you really feel at ease with him.

He is a very good professor, His teat can be a little bit hard but he curves it very decently, he is also very helpful and makes his class extremely fun. I reccomend him to anyone who wants a good grade willing to do the work for it

Prof. Coraci's class is fun, he gives real life examples and stunents really get an idea how to use acc. in daily life. There are 2 or 3 tests plus a final, homework problems for each chapter, 2 group projects and some other work. But there are curves, some stuff is easy and some hard. I recommend

The tests can be difficult but not only does he curve them but he gives you extra credit work to make up the grade he also sometimes gives make ups. Class was interesting and funny, never fell alseep. Accounting is a boring subject but i think he does an excellent job at keeping it interesting.

PROF. CORACI IS TRULY ONE OF THE BEST PROFESSORS IN BARUCH! He has a real-world approach to the subject. Unlike others, he doesn't focus on theory - because we all know that theory is not the way life is in the real world. he is the greatest professor ever! the first time I took acct I failed but with him I actually understood what I was doing and I did really well in the class. he could not make points any clearer and he gives you every opportunity to make up and hand in work. whoever said they didn't learn anything should not have been accepted into baruch

A great professor to take. Makes it as simple as he can and explains things so that a normal person could understand the material, which is really *really* dry. I would take him for another ACC course.

good prof. to take for a difficult subject. he made the class fun and he's very helpful. as long as you read your stuff and do your work you should do very well. he's not hard but you cant get a good grade for doing nothing either. he gives you room to imporve your grade by giving extra credit as well.

probably the best and coolest professor if you want to learn and get a good grade(A). makes material simple to understand. very helpful. 2 midterms, 1 final, 3 quizes, plus make-ups and extra credit quizzes. 2 projects which he grades generously.

I have no idea why people give him bad ratings. You have to be a complete moron not to get an A in this class! I NEVER read the book and I'm guarenteed an A because the exams are a complete joke and the quizzes are very simple. He even gives extra credit! How bad can someone be if they want you to get an A?? You're an idiot if you can't pull an A-.

Professor is nice. Has a sense of humor. He's quite clear on the material but you must practice on your own as well. The quizzes aren't bad and the exams are fair. No attendance but should go for the lectures. You should take him if you have the chance but his class is the first one to get filled up for this semester. I'm lucky to have gotten in.

Anyone who says this guy is hard is a complete idiot. I mean he's the only professor who "helps" you out with the final exam by letting you know what's exactly on it. His exams are so easy that you don't even need to study, just pay attention in class. Honestly I'm as lazy as they come and I got an A from him. If I can do it anyone can!

EASY A! If you want to learn about financing and get an easy A, then take this class and READ THE BOOK!!!! his exams are exactly like the homework that he gives. He collects HW which is 10% of your grade. But he doesnt check it. He even tells you to put your name on a blank sheet of paper and he will collect it and give you full credit! great prof.

I had this guy for ACC 2101 and I have him again and once again proves to be one of the best at Baruch. He may be 20 minutes late to class, but he's very laid back and very easy going. As far as the exams go, their a joke. No way in hell you can get less than a B+ in this class, he makes it very easy to do well without struggling.

Take him if you are registered for 2203(nonmajors)..you'll learn nothing..so if you're an accounting major.Stay away!Just do the homeworks..thats your attendance.He's lazy.U wont get your exams until two weeks later.He allows a cheat sheet and tells you whats gonna be on the exam and he gives extra credit on the exam(only for acct 2203).

Prof. Coraci is OK. Always present in school if not arranged assistant to come to class. He s funny and easy-going and posts all the material at BB. Gives sample midterm and final. So what else you may want?? He allows you to have 1 sheet with formulas on the exam. I do recommend his class.2 exams and 9 HW.

Took him over the summer. Very cool dude...9 hws in total, which is participation too, so make sure u hand it in on time (15 points total) 1 Midterm -40 points and final -45points...I would def recommend him, just read the book, everything else is covered..He posts reviews before exams, goes over them..and there are pretty similar to the test...

This professor is easy. All I did was sleep through his class and wake up at times when he gave his personal explanations about some topics, which were helpful. The exams are just like the practice exams he gives out. Doing the hws helps a lot. He has some funny stories and examples. Overall a very easy A from his class.

Great Professor! Explain things clearly! That's all you need! I pass this class with never studying, did like 4 HW's out of 9 and miss a lot of classes! Although I got a low grade I don't care! Just want to pass and graduate! ...yay striving for mediocrity! :)

You have to read the book and his slides to understand the material and pass all quizes and final exam. If you don't, too bad for you. I did all homeworks and quizes on time, studied, read the book, and final wasn't so hard for me as many people wrote. It depends on you...

This guy is cool and energetic. I don't know what other people didn't like but he taught pretty well. His class was only one and a half our a week, so of course he could not spell out everything. It requires some book reading on your own.

I got an A- in this class by doing and redoing the practice exams and studying diligently. This is a class you can't take a blithe approach to. For the final, redo the HW manager problems for the chap on the final. It is by far the best prep for the quantitative questions.

really interesting class, he is a good reader of the slides, but the slides are very helpful, dont buy the book it was never opened, weekly hw manager, and 5 online quizzes plus inclass final- final was very fair. the quizzes were ridiculously hard

THE EASIEST class I've ever taken by far! read the slides before the quizzes, know how to solve all the hw problems and know how to solve the sample quizzes... my quiz average is 98. no hard stuff. but you're on your own. I'm going to the class just because of attendance. hope the final is not gonna ruin my grade. and DO NOT buy the book, useless..

if u read the slides b4 doing hw, go to the class and review the mock exam. B is for sure.Don't buy the book! he is a fair prof,he will help u out if yr request is reasonable.

I took it in Spring and got lost in a room of 200 students. Took it in Summer and I learned alot. My suggestion take in Summer.

Great guy. BTeaches you very well, although the material is hard and naturally mundane. Does a great job at making a business class interesting, compared to other professors. Take him. But note that he's not there on day of exam. He's a pretty busy guy. Baruch Alum and army veteran.

He was one of the better teachers at Baruch for accounting. Attendance isn't mandatory, collects hw but doesn't grade it. Two Midterms, and final. The class itself does require you to do the homework and actually study. Many people complain because there lazy. Do your work and study and you will be fine.

No matter what professor you take, cost isn't an easy class. Coraci at least made the class bearable with his jokes, and he even gave us extra credit for our midterms...all in all he's one of the better cost professors, but don't expect a good grade in any cost class without putting in the necessary work

He's pretty entertaining for an accounting teacher, which made me wish I went to class more often. You can clearly see he doesn't care just there to grind out another paycheck. Gave our class wrong answer key to sample exam 3 days before the exam. cool dude. take him.

Only came to class 3 or 4 times but got an A. Overall, an easy intro class. Study the textbook, do all of the online assignments, do well on the final and midterm (midterm was harder), write a decent paper, and you'll do fine. The professor was laid back and funny. Not a bad course at all.

I'm happy I took cost with Coraci. He was entertaining and didn't bore you like most accounting professors. The first midterm was the toughest, definitely need old exams and attend the review sessions. He gave us more than enough material for the final.

During lectures and examples, I always wondered if he drives an M5. But other than that cool professor. He would always answer your questions and you better be there when he takes attendance which is of course unexpected. All in all, good times learning.
