he's great teacher. He gaves out visual aids papers to help us study. His teaching is great overall and always motivates me to learn and attend the class. Almost never missed his class.

You got to be dumb to get an F or D in his class. He gives tons of extra credits along with open notes test. If you're a high C in his class you'll be able to get a high B or Low A if you we on pop quiz and your extra credit stuff.

Loved the guy, he cracks me up. Lots of extra credit, mild homework. Simply review his handouts, show up and stay in class every day (extra credit/suprise quizzes) and make your note cards, you'll be guarenteed an A. I got an A and I'd take him again.

Mr. Goldmand is wonderful. He gives out so many extra credit points that no one in his class should get less than an A. Once you get to the A mark of points, your done, you don't have to go to class anymore. He makes his lectures interesting and if you come back from break you get to see him performe (he takes off his button up shirt and reveals one of his many biology related t-shirts.) Way cool guy. I truely recommend him to all.

he is the best santa ana has to offer very clear and undestanding. he has a fun way of teching that makes you want to assist class everyday he does not put you to sleep during lecture like many other professors. oh! and he strips to reveal the shirt of the day! very fun class and professor. Sexiest Old Man I've ever seen!! This guy is ALWAYS in a good mood and will model for the class at the beginning of class with different Biology shirts. He gives extra credit and tells you exactly what to study for the exams and quizes. One of the funest teachers I've had for Biology.

He's funny! He is a good professor just pay attension in class and study his notes. You should be fine. Considering that you are willing to do the busy work like flash cards and study guides you'll do well in the class. But if you are lazy I would file for credit no credit and take the class for a super easy C

Easy A for whoever attends his class~~

He's a funny guy. But he is kinda intimidating,like when you want to ask him a question. Grades on a big curve, you can lose many points and still pass with a C. You still need to study alot to do well. Read the textbook,handouts. I slacked off the first 9 weeks of the semester and was getting a C, kicked in some effort towards the end and got B.

This man is UNFRIENDLY! He always seems to have a pushy impatient attitude when you speak to him or when you visit his office. He acts funny and teaches the material very well when speaking to the entire class but he's not a friendly person when you see him individually.

love this teacher... if u take notes and do the worksheets... u will do well... he's really funny... he ocassionally strips for the class... :) except for boring videos... the class is pretty cool... as long as u put in the effort and show up to class ypu'll do fine...

I LOVE THIS MAN! He's very enthusiastic! U can see that he loves teaching! & he loves helping students too, esp. International Students - He gave me a JOB! His class is such an easy A. I mean he gave 10 points extra credit for a 30 point quiz. His extra credit policy helps many students to be done with the class a MONTH before the final.

The day Mr Goldmann retires, I would cry so hard! Because I LOVE HIM so much! I tell all of my friends to take his class. And so far, all of them get A. The material is not that easy but the professor makes it become a piece of cake!

This class is NOT as easy as everyone on this website says. there is ALOT of reading, ALOT of studying required. close to half the people in the class were struggling to get a C. the only thing is the class is very easy to pass because in his grading scale down to a 61 percent is a C.

Professor Goldmann is an awesome teacher. He teaches exactly what is on his quizzes. If you attend class, pay attention and take notes, you can easily receive an A in his class. I highly recommend Professor Goldmann if you need to take Biology 109.

Prof. Goldman is not a jerk, these people are just saying that because they got caught on the phone or something, he is kick back, collects study guides for e.c. lets u use flash cards, sometimes hard to understand, has a lil accent, need the book, he consistently puts up grades, overall he is a good teacher,I got an A

Mr. Goldmann is my all time FAVORITE teacher. He is super hilarious and his grading scale is ridiculously easy. Extra credit is ALWAYS given for those who needs it. He "strips" for the class which i find is SUPER funny and i always look forward to his shows. I LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM and definately would recommend

He gives lot of extra credit that helped me get an A. do it he gives 7 quizzes some multiple choice and some blank questions and a final exam same as the quizzes. Funny guy you get to see some videos too lots of reading!!!!:):( Make sure to copy the notes and review everyday

Mr. Goldman is super Smart! He knows his material and he cares for his students! Omg he gives out extra credit like it's Free candy! He really cares that his students pass his class. As long as you study and go over your textbook and do flashcards. He gives a lot of quizes but like I said if you study they should be easy. I was on top of it and in the end I didn't even have to take the last 3 quizes ans the final exam and I still got my "A+" if I Can do it, so can you. But remember STUDY!!!!!

Don't know what "level" you people dealt with the prof HOWEVER personally he has been great. Power points mean nothing if the teacher doesn't know the material. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF and very well. For all you lazy people out there old school meant to actually study and actually learn something! So if you want to learn and a good teacher go with him!!

Easy, he is chill and after every quiz, he would show the answers. If you get high scores you go to the front of the class and get a funny certificate. quiz are easy and he stays on the same chapters for a while. A lot of extra credit! on every quiz there is EC so its hard to fail his class. i highly recommend this class to anyone!

If you can't pass this class and you think it's "hard" then your doomed! He's easy and offers sooooo much extra credit!!! He's hilarious and makes Bio fun! He has a heavy accent, so it can get a little difficult to understand him. But other than that, HE'S THE BEST!

really easy class if you study all your notes and do the study guide packet, just attend every class meeting on time and don't be late or you will miss the quizzes he passes out in the beginning of class, and do not be absent or you will fall behind! If you cannot pass this class, you shouldn't be in school. Lots of extra credit, funny, sometimes lets you use note cards for tests. He does make you stay until the class ending time, but it is worth it. I didn't even have to take the final exam because I already had enough points for an A. You learn a lot too.

Mrs. Sweeny did the psychological aspect. Mr. Goldmann did the biological aspect. Funny guy with a great humor. I would tell you what he did, but the site guidelines would have blocked it. Overall, it was interesting. No use of powerpoint, he does it all on the overhead.

If you are not a bio major or looking for an easy A, take this guys course. If you like... 70's in the waitlist, you are still guarantee to be added in! You dont need to take the finals if you a certain amount of points before it. Auto A! He is very nice.

Pretty easy class if you follow the instructions. Its by points so its easy to figure out the grade you want and how to get to it. Offers alot of extra credit points which is really good if you fail test.

This is my first time taking biology, and I am glad I took Goldman's class. If you cannot pass his class, then I think school is not the option for you. Reading is required. His class is literally 75% is an A if you includes all extra credits, which are easy to obtain since all his quiz and exams has extra credits.

Dr. Goldman is the best. He's really funny and gives a lot of extra credit if you show up and do the work you'll definitely get an A or B.

Dr. Goldmann is hilarious. He does lecture a lot but its interesting because he cracks a lot of jokes. If you don't do well on the tests he always offers extra credit like getting tested for STD'S, HIV and so on. Easy A or B. Make sure you do your study guide and KEEP IT for extra credit.

He hands out so much extra credit, its insane. Every week there's a quiz with several extra credit questions. Buy the study guide and do them!!! he collects those as extra credit as well and do your flashcards because he lets you use them sometimes on the quiz and he sometimes collects them for extra credit as well! I HAD THE HONOR OF HAVING DR GOLDMAN IN MY LIFE. HE IS AMAZING AND THE ONLY WAY IN MY LIFE TO HAVE A B IN BIOLOGY. HE IS ALWAYS IN "FUN MODE" AND TOGETHER, ME AND HIM MADE THIS CLASS A BLAST AND A GREAT TEAM. I TOOK 2 CLASSES WITH HIM AND BELIEVE ME ONCE YOU KNOW HIM, YOU LEARN TO LOVE WHAT HE TEACHES. BIO IS HORRIBLE BUT HE MAKES IT FAST.

It is impossible to fail Goldmann's class! He gives you about 130 points of extra credit all semester. It's a lot of work but he uses that to see if you're willing to put in the work for an A. He's hilarious and anyone that takes it personal has no sense of humor. If you get an A a week or two before the final then you don't have to take the final.

He gives TONS of extra credits. Quiz every week. Occasional pop quizzes (which are all ECs). It is possible for you to get A before the final, and if you do, you don't have to take it, which gives you handy extra time for finals week. It's Human Sexuality, so expect some gory content. Thre is pure bio, but nothing too hardcore.

Professor Goldman is a must-have for Biology! Do not let his age fool you! He knows Biology like the back of his hand and wants you to as well! He finds the most important things to test on and occasionally lets you use flashcards. He also has several other extra credit opportunities. He is funny and gives amazing lectures. He is one of the best professors I have had so far at SAC. It's tough to understand him sometimes because of his accent but overall he makes the material easy to understand. Tells you what you need to know for exams and gives A LOT of extra credit opportunities. I averaged C's on my tests but still got a B in the class.
