Dan Hare was my first professor I ever had and I couldn't have been luckier. He is always willing to help if needed, gets grades back quickly, and doesn't assign too much homework. He is also hilarious, joke around every corner. Encourages classroom participation and makes it fun. Take any classes Dan Hare has to offer, you wont regret it.

This professor is THE BEST. I had the best time in his class. He was interesting very kind. You learn A TON of information that is needed! He did not give any more work than necessary and was very fine with pushing deadlines for you. He showed pictures and brought real material to the class to give us an idea of a real crime scene. This is a very good class to take if you have an interest in working in the field of corrections, probation, or parole. The instructor, Daniel Hare, gives great feedback on your work that you turn in.

Instructor Hare is genuinely invested in student success and molding cadets into quality future police officers with good ethics/morals. Police academies and law enforcement in general needs more Dan Hares.

It's not a class where you show up and pass, but it is by far the best criminal justice class that I have ever completed.

Professor Hare for every assignment gave supportive feedback that made me feel seen or cared for as a student putting in effort to learn. Hare's support made me want to work hard to do even better than before. The coursework was for learning and not busy work, if you know the topic then you will have an answer and be able to expand on that further.

Hands down one of, if not, my favorite professor. All assignments are very clearly made and communication with Professor Hare is stellar. Within a day of an assignment being turned in I normally received a full grade back with amazing feedback. Do NOT be afraid of his courses, especially online, as he is an amazing professor who truly cares.

He graded assignments quickly and always left feedback that was helpful. Deadlines and instructions were made very clear. Many assignments were simple but allowed me to learn and understand the topics. He may be one of my favorite teachers.

a fantastic teacher no books but if you go to class you will learn all you need for the midterm and final, he does an excellent review for the midterm and final and they are very easy to pass. the journals are very fun and easy it's based on your opinion and he doesn't judge based on your opinion even if he doesn't have the same views as you.

Honestly the best class Ive had all semester, you work at your own pace but still have due dates to keep you on top of things. I took this course and he would always offer extra credit included in each assignment. The course consisted of journals and video review papers. Tests were open-note and each journal always came with around 10 points of extra credit. finished the course with well over 100. The very engaging course always gives individual feedback on assignments.

I've taken several online classes thus far. The professor and their ability to help educate and work with the students make it a lot smoother throughout the class. I think this professor was great. Good feedback and attitude. Plus a willingness for us to get extra credit and possibly make up some missing work.

He always left comments on any grade, whether it was a test, assignment, or discussion post. He participated in discussion boards too. I have taken 12 online course at CSCC and he is the only one to have ever done that. The course involved reading the assigned chapters and completing some form of assignment like discussion boards or two papers.

This was an amazing class, and Prof. Hare was truly a guiding light on my journey in literature. He inspired me to start creating and thinking in my own unique way, and I truly am fortunate to have gone through his class.
