One of my favorite favorite favorite teachers at ccbc. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and their success, she relates a lot of today's things like social media & etc to help the student understand more. She takes pride in her work, so If you do take communications make sure you choose Ms. Dana! You are gonna have fun and learn.

I love Professor Robinson! She really cares about her students, it is evident that she has a passion to see her students excel. She keeps it real and encourages us to be open minded and express our thoughts in class. I wish all of my Professors were like Professor Robinson honestly. She was an awesome teacher. It's a very discussion based class rather than book and classwork. She really cared about each individual person and there wasn't a day that she made any of us feel unwelcome. Her class is easy to pass if you participate and actually try.

She is very helpful and she takes the time out to know her students and making sure everyone knew exactly what to do when assignments are due . The students and myself was able to be theirselves and was very confortable to present their presentations.

Professor Dana Robinson is a very professional instructor shes always prepared for class. I love her teaching style and how well she gets the entire class to engage in class activities and especially to work together. I would say this was a worthwhile course and I would indeed take another course with her if I had an option and refer to others.

Class is not hard at all.. You just have to do your part! And this professor is amazing. She is very well spoken and the class is very versatile. You are not always doing the same thing every class! Professor is awesome.

No need to get the text book, we don't really use it. I personally did not read not one page and passed with an A. Participate! The class is easy but you won't pass if you don't do anything. She is good at making things easy on your end, especially with her test. I loved having her as a teacher, very engaging and can connect easily with the class

If you are hesitant about speech and you want a professor that is encouraging, you will absolutely love Ms. Robinson. She is one of the best professors I have had at CCBC so far. She is always accessible if you need help. Participation and doing the assignments on time is the key to passing.

Do not worry about the text. If you are taking this class to learn "Communications" You will learn the subject, and most of all you will improve your communication issues, or barriers. Very good class. -A class that you will actually benefit from.

Ms. Robinson is a great professor. She makes the speech class very easy. Just complete all of your assignments and you will do fine in her class. Ms. Robinson offers extra credit.

She is so accessible even outside of class when you need clarifications about class works. Her classes are participatory to ensure everyone understands.

Mrs. Robinson established ground rules of respect and acceptance and encouraged everyone to participate. I had to take the course as a degree requirement so I can't say I loved it all, but I'm thankful for what she did to make things better. She was always present and would encourage us to be the same, and if you are, then you'll have an easy time.

I learned a lot in this place right information I was the I can apply to my every day life. Is with the clothes that I needed a date in order to give her the eradication and Im glad you think of it.

Whenever I'm in need to have a more clear understanding of classwork, Ms. Robinson is always there. The class time has been amazing. Lectures and Projects have been great. I've never taken this class and I would again if I had to.

Dana Robinson is a great professor. She was big on beginning class in a positive so the opening conversations were amazing. We never logged in and immediately got to work. I wasnt always having a good day but after our conversations I always felt better. Shes the only professor who has ever given extra credit.

i liked the class but i felt like the timeline of the distribution of work was uneven. in the beginning we started out with very little work and expectation, but had it piled on at the end. felt like the first few assignment deadlines were not communicated clearly. would have been nice to do group project in beginning as an icebreaker.

Professor Robinson is a great professor as long as you show up, participate and do the work you should pass. Take notes and takeaways from the lecture. The professor is reasonable and creates a respectable environment in class.

This was my first class using zoom and it was a good experience.

This class was cool. She made it interesting and relatable. I could have done without the group projects.

Although this class was decent overall, I feel as though the participation was very forced at times. I understand that this is a communications class but sometimes, as an introvert, the forced participation would make me want to skip class if I was having an off day. I think the prof was respectful.

I think if anybody wants to attend this class i highly recommend it because although the work was a lot it showed on how educated and committed i was to hopefully pass this course. What i would honestly improve in this class is more fun games to challenge the students in the course and life and to help them feel more confident on test and quizzes.

She's a professor that cares but will also give you a hard lesson that you'll be upset within the moment but you'll thank her for the lesson. She responds quickly and makes sure to explain however many times we needed.

This is an easy course. In general, is very engaging. The professor always said in every class that she wants everyone to pass the class. You just need to put your part and effort. If you have this, you'll pass this course. Also, she gives a study guide with the same question that will be in the exam!

She's a pretty great teacher. Mental Health caused me to not complete the class efficiently, but when I was there, I had fun and actually wanted to participate (I'm pretty shy\quiet).

I think Ms. Robinson is fair and she gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit. This was my first online class and it was not as bad as I thought it would be, in fact it was pretty engaging and I appreciated that a lot. I highly recommend.

Professor Robinson is a very straight forward teacher, and as long as you listen, you'll do great in the class. Assignments can be a bit vague in instructions, but she isn't too strict when it comes to grading. Extra credit is offered, I recommend doing them!!!

This is an online course I'm taking, Ms. Robinson is very attentive during her class(answering questions, asking for feedback, etc.) and I've found that taking her class has helped me open up a bit to others. She has strict deadlines for assignments that are usually before the start of the class they're due.

She takes an online course seriously. I had anticipated that the online course was not going to be a big deal but she does cover information and you have to be on top of what is going on or you will miss important information.

The professor is strict and fair. In most of your classes, you will have a breakout session with your peers. This call is fairly easy however, you will have several papers and group projects. She is willing to help you with assignments and papers by providing guidance.

Professor Robinson is very sweet. When it's time to participate or speak in class, she listens and responds well. She is very lenient and understanding too! The online activities we do during class are easy. All the lectures and online material/directions are provided online too, so if you ever miss class it's easy to catch up.

Professor Robinson is very straightforward, very precise, and strict. She has great listening skills and she would use those skills to correct you, ask further questions, or acknowledge how much she agrees and likes your statement. She is always willing to help she is very accessible outside of school hours.

Made me feel very comfortable about my speeches. The class was very interactive with each other which made it enjoyable. You could talk about anything and everything in Professor Robinson's class and wouldn't feel judged.

Professor Robinson is one of the greatest professors that I've ever had. She's caring, Kind and real. She goes over and beyond to make sure that you understand and that you real get it. Now she's not a push over, she will make sure that you put in the work. Professor Robinson gives tons of extra credit. It's like totally impossible to fail.

Shes a wonderful professor. Lays everything out for you and to you, only way I can see someone failing is by not turning in their assignments on time. She is big on participation as she should be. Zoom is already out of the normal dynamic, but she does great at keeping you engaged. Very encouraging and honest. I will actually miss this class!
