He was a pretty good professor. For almost all of your medical classes you will have professors who actually practice medicine or something along those lines. He gave students chances to do their best work at everything, gave fairly good lectures. He does give pop quizzes though, so make sure you're studied up! He was good overall though.

Very sweet man. I had a few health issues that led me to miss a lot of class and eventually I was withdrawn. He was very understanding and reinstated me immediately. If you have him as a teacher I guarantee he will care for you. As far as the class goes it's an easy class if you put some time into it. He's a dietitian so he knows his stuff.

I learned a lot in this class. If you come to class and do your online HW, (which is annoying, and there is a lot of it), you will do well. He is very accommodating, and gives out a lot of extra credit. Beware of pop quizzes.

If you put in the work you will do fine. Everything is laid out perfectly and you are given the resources to succeed. He was readily available whenever I needed help. Great professor for Nutrition and very knowledgeable.

Professor A really cares about the health of his student, but also seeing them succeed. One of the biggest lessons I learned in his class was to do my own research and form my own opinions. This class has a lot of information, but he makes sure you know what is expected for each assignment. I would definitely take a class from him again!

Professor A was by far my favorite at Greenville tech so far! Study study study you will have pop quizzes at random times. Hes very funny and he will respond quickly to emails. Hes always willing to give extra credit with games in class. Definitely recommend everyone to take his class!

Med Term, by nature, requires a lot of memorization. Prof. Andras relates the terms being learned to every day life, which helps his students remember the material beyond test taking. I was having a good semester until the last week before finals and had a unexpected death in my family. I missed a quiz and a test and he was willing to work with me on making up the test. He made the class interesting and gave me something to think about with my eating habits.

Good and friendly teacher that explains everything. The material is clear cut as long as you participate, and come and pay attention in class. There's a lot of information to memorize so you have to stay on top of the material. Pop quizzes were done but it was only to help test what you know and need to work on. Andras is a nice guy, he believes in things others might find dubious (the power of raw milk, anti-vax, etc.), but besides that it's a cool learning experience and the guy knows his stuff. The class is megahard because it's so much information, but there are extra credit opportunities. The class is also entirely lecture-based.

I enjoyed this class. Prof. Andras is very knowledgeable in the field of nutrition. I like that he encourages class discussion and critical thinking. I got the chance to take Medical Terminology with Professor Andras my first semester of college. He is approachable and will answer any questions you may have. Great professor, learned a lot! The grades are based on lecture tests and online homework. The tests are difficult (lots of short-answer style questions), but if you study his powerpoint slides you will be fine. He provides an ample amount of extra credit opportunities as well. Test are MC AND short answer. They are hard for a reason. He wants to you to remember and think; not just drill and forget. Extra credit is given ALL THE TIME and it helped me go from a C to an A. DO IT PLEASE. He times it with hard tests to prevent you from failing, and wants you to learn good quality information without affecting your GPA. guy!

He holds his students to high standards ensuring they know the correct spelling of terms since an incorrect spelling could mean something entirely different.
