I took the class for the easy A...no homework...no midterm...take home final...easy extra credit. he wants you to enjoy the class and learn...he doesn't want you to worry about tests. He said he barely gives below an A in the class.

SOOOOOOOO EASY!!! in fact too easy, i didn't learn much b/c it was so easy. Test for psy of addiction has open book tests and a ton of guest speakers, and that was cool. oh yeah and very gullable.

TV course is easy...

He wanted us to really learn and understand. Used everyday examples to get his ideas and points across. Learned a lot!

Mr. Guich is very straight forward. Listen and you will learn! Follow directions, study and you will succeed. The class is not hard as long you study and follow directions. LIKE HOW YOU SHOULD! Its a Telecourse class its up to you on how you handle it.

he's funny and a good teacher. you should study what he tells you to study to get a good grade on the midterm and final. do all the hw and you'll get a pleasant grade! hw is worth a lot and they're easy too!

I took this TV course and thought it would be hard. However, it is not. It's half and half for HW and Tests. You can't get less than a C. Make a use of the study guide and you'll get easy A.

I'm now on my third Guich Psych class- they've all been very easy A's! Just put in the homework time and study what's in the study guides.

I took this class during Winter Session and it seemed like it was going to be a lot of work at first, but in the end it was pretty easy. If you're lazy then don't take this class because there is a lot of HW. The study guides that Guich provided made the tests really easy.

Daniel Guich is an awesome teacher!... One of the bests at Mission College! Take him! I guarantee you, you'll be happy!

Guich, he's cool. But sometimes it's hard to understand him because has a strong porterican accent. The good thing is, he provides notes for the whole class, only 5 dollars. The notes really help, everything in class is discussed on the test. Sometimes he'll even give out test questions to help you. He's a good teacher, great class. Take it.

GUICH RULES! Seriously this guy is great. If you fail his class you are a total moron. He makes mundane topics interesting. Very entertaining guy & has a great sense of humor. Study the lecture guide & show up to class, don't be a moron!!!

Guich was so much fun! Very funny-and he reminds me of an older 'Will Valderama' on That 70's Show.... hhaha! Great classes!

Mister Guich is an interesting man. His lecture are always fun, he gives hilarious examples, you DON'T need a text book for his class, read the outlines from him and show up to lectures, EASY A.

Mr. Guich goes above and beyond to make sure you get a good grade... He even encourages you to call him @ home if you have any problems. If your looking for an A or B take his class!!!

I have taken his TV courses many times. Do the homework! And go to the reviews! And you will be get at a B. Study a lot and get an A. I think his tests are easy if you take him for an in class test, but for TV course, you are more on your own. SO don't skip any homework assignments and you will get a good grade!

I took Psych 12, its a T.V. course. Watch movies, take notes, summary. EASY. Read the book, go over the study guide and do all hw. You will get an A or B no doubt. Hes nice and helpful. Take his class if you want a good grade! I got an A and didnt go to the exam/final review. Just Study the guides for the exams. No trick questions.

Guich is pretty good guy. Definitely knows his material. Awesome sense of humor, fun to listen to for the test reviews. Responds to Emails right away, and quick grader. Very helpful. A lot of writing though for his online course!

This was an easy and enjoyable class. Mr. Guich is funny, however, he can be a bit cheeky and sarcastic! And why does he call on people just to see if they're paying attention? Does he really care whether you are or not? Overall, he's an alright chap.

You need to work hard in order to get As for exams. You may have many extra credit opportunities and can get points from other assignments. To be fair, he gives his expectations on the syllabus. Take it or leave it. However, it wouldn't hurt if he learns to use some tact with his comments. Tends to be condescending. Not sure if he even knows it. Class is very comprehensive.

Very nice teacher. Has a plan n sticks to it. Tough questions on exams.However, great Exam Review questions to preprare you. Not always tactful....but don't think he means any harm. Nice extra credit opportunities to pick up your test grade if your not good at tests. Overall like this teacher very much.

Super easy his midterms are straight fromthe notes he does a quick review of every question on the test and tells you what to study, as long as you pay attention you should do just fine, and the bewst part no homework.

i took guich's online psychology 1 class. its sort of fast paced since it's a whole book of material in about 7 weeks, just dont fall behind in reading for h.w. through out the entire class there are only 15 questions, 2 essays which are fairly easy, and 3 tests. everything is delivered online and exteremly easy. i have an A so far in this class.

He grades hard on the discussion questions. He grades a bit hard on the essays. Reading the textbook is very helpful. Plus, taking the practice quizzes with greatly help you on the 3 test.

Took his online class, it was pretty easy. The key to getting full credit on essays and discussion posts is having a good bibliography with scholarly sources (use a well-known database that provides quality medical articles). Note: you have to be self-motivated and independent.

Professor Guich is one of the nicest professor there is at mission. his class is very easy. ii took his online course and he made it easily understood. his tests are base on power points and practice quizzes. he's also very understand if you have a legit reason. i highly recommend him as a psych teacher for either online class or in classroom. .

Onlice Psych 001 course was wayyyy to easy. Put in work and get an A, simple as that. The key is to find one or two people to trade practice quizzes with, because the exam is basically all the practice quiz questions.

He's very helpful, his exams are pretty easy if you actually read the book. He's very nice and funny.

I'm glad I took his online class. He is very fast at grading the assignments and he always lets you know what you can do to receive a better grade. Midterms are based off quizzes and readings. The paper has to be from 7-10 pgs, therefore I recommend starting it ASAP. I received an A in the class. It's hard but you have to work for it.

I took his online summer course. It was time consuming but put in the effort and you will earn an A. 15 Discussion Questions (that you can submit as many times before the due date until you earn full credit), 2 essays and 3 exams. The exam questions come directly from the textbook and practice quizzes. He also offers extra credit! Great class!

This was a difficult class. Make sure to read the text and take practice quizzes. There is a weekly discussion question that is fairly easy. Make sure to write at least 150 words. If you get less than 100 percent, you can add to your original post to get full credit.

Was not interested in taking the course because of bad reviews but I took a chance and let me just tell you this professor is PHENOMENAL and the BEST at what he does! If you come to class prepared, do your work and ask questions.. you will be fine. Goes to show that rate my professor is not accurate, you just need to take that chance for yourself.

This class takes some work, but if you make the effort you will get a good grade. He is always responding to emails and will let you know what to do on assignments to get a better grade. This class is extremely interesting and I recommend taking Mr. Guich.

I took this class online for winter and learning 15 chapters in 3 weeks was not easy. 15 discussion questions, 2 essays, and 3 tests. He can be a little condescending but he means well. He gives clear directions, helps you get a better score if possible, and always responds to emails. If you're serious about school, then I recommend taking him.

Awesome teacher!!! Very firm, but very helpful. Professor Gui really knows the material and his assignments are really really helpful at the end of the semester. I'll love it to have him as my professor each semester.

By far the most outstanding professors at Mission College. If you want a rewarding experience with Psychology, professor Guich is the way to go. This professor is extremely intelligent in the psych world and gives great insight in his lectures. Take Him!

Great Teacher! He is very supportive and wants his students to succeed. I was managing 18 units and doing well in all classes up until the weekend before finals. I got into a car accidnet that threw me off my game. He was there for me every step of the way to make sure I did well in his class! When I wanted to give up; he pushed me to persevere!

Love Professor Guich! Nice man that will do his best to help you when you ask. I took 2 psych classes with him and it has been wonderful. The three tests can be a little difficult, also there is a term paper and you answer one discussion question a week (which he lets you do over if you get less than a point). It doesn't get any better than this!

I took this class online over Winter semester. The class had clear grading criteria and was really straight forward. He replied to emails with in 24 hours. If you are looking for an easy A I recommend taking him. As long as you turn in all discussion questions and the two essays on time and pass all the test you should be fine. Tests not hard.

Professor Guich is wonderful! I took his Winter class session and it was definitely fast paced but I learned a lot. He responds to his students within 24 hours. He grades very fairly. There were 19 Discussion Questions and you must do all of them to get a good grade. 3 exams and 1 term paper. Easy A. Would recommend!

Make sure you participate and finish assignments correctly the first time and you will receive full credit. Do your practice exams and read every single chapter. After taking his class, I feel I learned a lot more about myself and others. Very good course. I would absolutely take another course with him. He is a great teacher and a very nice man.

I took him for winter semester and I very much enjoyed his class. Granted, it was a lot of work (but shockingly, almost all winter classes are). He was very clear on emails and grading. I was shocked how much I enjoyed the class. It was definitely proof that it you work hard, youll get the grade you earned.

it was a winter class, and i am a former accountant and not a social-sciences person, so it took some work to rise and shine :) but theprofessor is organized, responsive, and fair. i really enjoyed his selection of the reading material outside the textbook - many takeaways from this class i will use in my personal life, too.

Do not let negative comments fool you. The professor is great and responsive. Clear expectations and very fair as he gives chances to improve grades on assignments. If you plan on winging this class, then don't take it. Passing grades are not free, so you'll need to earn them. Overall, class is clearly defined. It's all up to you.

Professor Guich is the goat, literally. I wish he taught more psych classes at mission. He is clear with what he expects and grades fairly. I had him for PSY 1 and he made me fall in love with the subject.

I took Guich's class in the winter semester and I loved: The content, we had many resources other than the book! Fast responser, and he gave additional help/links if answer was wrong. Caring, he was extremely flexible when my book was delayed by a week and when I had a family matter come up towards the end of the class and needed more time.

Professor Guich has excellent professional abilities, teaching skills and instructed clearly. He is highly responsible to work. Answering emails in time, even at midnight. Help his students completed the heavy assignments and achieve better grade.

I highly recommend Professor Guich because he cares about his students learning and holds them accountable. He gives constant feedback, cares about his students learning the material, and has great communication skills. He emails reminders constantly, which is extremely helpful for an online class.

Professor Guich is organized, approachable, and clear about expectations. He explains concepts well, provides thorough feedback, and grades quickly. Stay on top of assignments - the workload is consistent and requires effort. His well-structured content makes even fast-paced classes manageable. Just don't slack off.
