I took this class in summer and loved it!! Professor Kennebrew makes class interesting and fun. There are a lot of papers, but he is very clear on what they should be about. If you go to class and do the work you should do fine!!!

As long as you follow the syllabus and you do your work you will do fine. There is a lot of group work and homework pretty much every day.

THERE'S A LOT OF GROUPWORK WHICH IS WHAT MAKES THIS CLASS HARD BECAUSE YOU CANT ALWAYS DEPEND ON OTHER PEOPLE... other than that... the every day homework is easy, you just have to do it! He does not give too many notes, but when he does.. studay them, you will have quiz... I recomend to take him.. just study and you will do good! Final is optional

The final is now mandatory, he leaves a lot of ass. during the spring, he says that during the fall he doesn't leave as many. He does give pop quizes therefore attending class is a must. His grading is wierd, suck up to him and you will see your grade will improve but he is forgetful if he mis grades something you must e-mail him constantly until h

He is a good teacher, the only reason why i didnt gat a better grade in the class was because i had a crappy group and we alwayz turned everything in l8. Other than that i thought that he was a good teacher

I took it in summer so everything was fast past. It's a lot of work but if you can shuffle the work around between your group then you should be fine. If you actually listen to what he asks for and not what you think he asked for you should be good. I would take his class again. Good guy!

He is a funny teacher, but he grades a little hard on the papers. The beginning of the class is mostly in groups, and you have to do 5 papers/presentations together. Attendance is not mandatory, but assignments due almost every class, so unless you email to him in advance you will miss out on grades. Most tests & final multiple choice.

I liked this teacher! He tells you exactly what is expected from you. Just do what he says and you will be fine. More like a boss/employee relationship than teacher/student. The material itself is not difficult, but the amount of papers you have to write can be overwhelming. You work in groups and have group papers due every week. Great Guy!

He is a really good professor! I enjoyed going to his class every morning. He does give a lot of assignments but its not hard. You do a lot of group papers at the beginning of the semester and presentations. Towards the end its individual work. He is very understanding and helpful, if you are struggling with anything go to him and he will help.

HE IS A GREAT PROFESSOR. a lot of papers to do though and a lot of group presentations. Just do what he says in his instruction and follow his module and you'll do at least a B in the class. His final was straight forward and easy.

This is class is very interesting. He is a really good proffesor, but there is plenty of papers required for the course. The beggining will be like a project every week, but it will get easier. He is easy going on the deadlines, and gives extra credit. Easy B and if you complete every assignment an A.He also sounds like Chris Rock.

Not an easy professor, but a great one nonetheless. Most people don't realize it, but this COURSE is the reason for all the projects, papers, and assignments, not Mr. K. However, he is flexible with assignments as long as you communicate with him. He responds to texts and emails. Tests are not that hard. I would definitely take this guy again.

The class itself is very time consuming, but he helps out. Make sure you read the book, if you have quesions dont hesitate to ask. A lot of group assignments, quizzes and test are m.c. & s.a. Over all he's a good professor.

Great and funny teacher. There is alot of work involved in this class. If your the type of student that's scared to work for their A then stay away. I have to say though that there was never a dull moment in his class, and I was never bored.

He's funny and his lectures are very entertaining. The course involves a lot of group work (papers & presentations) and assignments due almost every class. My advise is to do good on individual assignments and to set deadlines for your group that give you enough time to correct other members' errors (or lack of effort). I definitely recommend him!

Kennebrew's class was very entertaining and you'll never be bored. However, if you want to pass, you better attend class. A LOT of his grades come from participating in class. There's a ton of work (all easy) but it's a lot to keep up with. So make sure to keep that course schedule handy. The class is common sense material, just do your work.

Great teacher overall. Easy class as well. It does require showing up for class, and participating. Assignments were pretty easy and basic. There was only two exams, three quizzes, and a final. He is super funny, only thing is he does take a while to upload your grades on blackboard. Overall great teacher.

Good teacher. Easy class if you attend most classes and do the work. I recommend attending classes though because some work done in class does count towards your grade, some of those are pop quizzes.

He is the easiest teacher I've had at UHD. Everything he says is common sense, if you've ever worked in your life. Don't skip class, be lazy with your homework, or group projects (doesn't grade easy) and you will pass with a high A. He's willing to help with everything, but won't hold your hand. You need you hand held, find another teacher.

Great professor who makes the class enjoyable. There is plenty of dry material in the class but he makes it fun. I took a 7am class and actually looked forward to going. Lots of group work and tests are not super easy but not extremely difficult either. He has an enthusiasm for teaching and I hope he continues! You can't go wrong taking his class.

Mr Kennebrew is a good professor. He makes lecture fun. There are two huge papers, one online test and two in-class tests (including the final). There is A LOT of HW/CW in this class. The only complaint I had is that his reviews had information on them that was either not on the test or not discussed in class (this didn't really make sense to me).

I took him for credit and he was a good professor. Get ready to work every time the class meets, participate and you should be fine. He is funny and respect everyone in class.

Prepare to work in this class. Really enjoyed his lectures and he gives so much helpful advice. LOTS OF GROUPWORK (inc 2 group papers), daily class exercises that push you out of your comfort zone, not hard homework . Class moves very fast. Tests are based on his lectures, his PP's and the book. SO STUDY Make friends or else don't miss a class!

This was one of the best classes I have taken so far. Mr. Kennebrew created the great atmosphere, and I was eager to come to class each time. The course is challenging, and you will have to work for your grade. However, it was so much fun, and I learned a lot while enjoying all the exercises we did. Mr. Kennebrew has a great personality!

Great and fun professor! There are lots of in class exercises which are graded so make sure to attend all classes if possible. Group papers and group presentations. Homework & classwork isn't hard, but his tests/quizzes are very hard. Make sure to take notes during his powerpoints, and study! You will love his class, he makes it fun.

He is great. I took him last semester during a 7 am class, and although I am not a morning person I NEVER felt like his class was boring. He is very funny, tries to involve all of his students. There is a lot of teamwork but it is not Bad even for an introvert. Definitely would recommend taking him. He does give many assignments.

Best professor I have had in a long time. Make sure to go to class because there is a lot of in-class assignments. I took this class at 7 am and I never fell asleep or thought the class was boring. He does a great job to envolve everyone.

3 test and 1 quiz, including the Final. Make sure you go to class, there are daily assignments that you can not make up. He is very engaging and a hilarious teacher. He is easy to approach if you have any questions or concerns. Community service at Houston Food Bank, 1 Saturday during semester. Book not necessarily needed if you take good notes

He has a great personality, very lively and makes you want to participate. He really makes the course engaging, the course material itself is handy like how to have a good resume, quick about me ready to go, and a cover letter which has all been useful to me just in the few months since the class.

He gave a lot of in-class assignments. I hope you get a good group that is the main thing. Make sure you participate a lot he notices it a lot. I didn't like he was behind schedule a lot. I did love a lot of his class material relates to real-life events. Best of luck.

Hes loud and funny and you must participate. Two group presentations as well as two papers, not including the ones you have to do on your own. Its a manageable class if you put effort. Lots of In class exercises but also a quick way get points. Submit everything on time. Volunteering at food bank was also fun! I recommend him!

For an Intro class, this one really kept me busy. Two group projects -presentations, two papers due at the same time. HOUSTON food bank volunteer Assignment, in class exercises every time. Participation matters. youll feel uncomfortable at times but it really sets the tone for the remainder of university. Youll make friends for sure!

Pretty easy class. There is in class activities and participation in which u get graded on, so attendance is mandatory. With the pandemic going on, we switch to online class. Every Tuesday& Thursday there is something due, but it's fairly easy. Resume, cover letter, and 2 group projects. Quizzes & no exams (before the pandemic), now we have 2 exams

Took this class for Spring 2020 & the class started out amazing. However because of Covid-19, everything was switched online. Must attend class for participation grades. Only Bad part was the final. It was barely over anything in the text book he told us it would be over. & the study guide provided, had nothing to do with the test.

A lot of work but not one of his assignments was difficult. He has two tests and a final. The tests are based off textbook reading, not lecture. His lectures are very interesting. He has a wealth of knowledge, but you must show up and participate. He will remember those who participate, and they will get extra credit.

Best professor I've ever had! He makes class fun & engaging. This is the only class I had ever looked forward to & truly enjoyed. He is funny yet so inspirational & pushes you to be a better YOU. You will make friends and learn how to succeed in the business world. If I could pick a professor to teach all my classes it would be Kennebrew. TAKE HIM!

I took this professor online for the summer, and I do not regret it at all. The class is pretty easy, as long as you do your discussions and reply to another classmate. There is also two group projects, which can be kind of difficult depending on the people that end up on your group, but if they do their part, you'll be fine. I totally recommend!

2 group projects. Weekly videos with easy quizzes at the end for participation. Lecture videos are NOT mandatory but you get bonus points if you do join. The videos are engaging and easy to follow. He's a bit of a tough grader so make sure that you always include sources and follow the instructions very well. He follows the syllabus.

Professor Kennebrew was great! Took him for an online course, just watch the video lectures and participate in class. A couple of group projects, the last one is time consuming but easy if you have a good group!

One of the best professor I've ever had! His lectures are interesting and he is very energetic. Work is not hard but you must keep up with assignments! Do the work and you will pass.

He was a good professor, pretty flexible with hw assignments if you just talked to him. You do have to do like 3 group projects and he assigns the group to you. He can be kinda slow to reply to emails but overall hes a good professors and his lectures are fun. Hes funny and engaging with students. Recommend for freshman

Best Professor ever! His class is not boring at all, he is very energetic, and funny. All the assignments were pretty straight forward, there is one group assignment which is a research paper. He is very understanding too. Exams are a little hard and they are timed but even if you get low grades on your tests, if you do all your work you'll be fine

Kennebrew is amazing. Makes the class interesting with the lectures. 1 group project, 1 group research paper, discussions, and homework assignments. It will seem like a lot of work, but all the assignments are super easy. Final exam and 2 tests, NO LOCKDOWN BROWSER! I took his class in summer, 1st five weeks. I highly recommend Professor Kennebrew!

Class is easy as long as you do all your assignments, but don't expect an A. You can't really study for the quizzes/tests which is pretty annoying. There are 3 group assignments (zoom presentation and research paper) and an online mock interview. I completed all assignments and ended up with a B.

This class was easy for the most part. If you read the text, not a textbook but what he provides for the class then the quizzes should be easy to pass. There are a lot of assignments in this class and the zoom meeting is mandatory with a webcam on or grade deduction. This professor was nice and talkative but was unorganized. Syllabus inconsistences

Group projects that use recordings of the zoom meeting presentation. He is a fair grader even with group projects. Make sure you follow his rubric and you will do well. He gives the reading material online, but be prepared to spend a lot of time reading.

He is a great professor, just be aware of the business plan project. Overall, make sure to come to class because there will be pop-up quizzes. Also, make sure to get the book.

One of the easiest classes I've taken, however, pretty informative for business majors. The worst part is group projects! All online - mostly quizzes and discussions about books he provides (mostly on soft skills).

One of the easiest - and most informative - classes. Prof. Kennebrew is a great guy and wants all of his students to pass. The only downside was 2 group projects. Classmates were bad at communication and didn't take it serious. I landed a internship that same semester because I learned to write cover letters and about soft skills.

Amazing professor and chill class. 1 assignment a week on the regular, sometimes 2 including a quiz or test. There are group projects toward the end of the semester which your group must all record through zoom. He made the 7am class worth it. Attendance matter! also lots of extra credit opportunities. This class should be an easy A

BA3300 with Prof. Kennebrew can be a mixed bag - easy content but tough group projects. The class is mostly online with quizzes and discussions. unstuckstudy helped with efficient study prep. Overall a decent course.
