He is a good teacher, the lectures are kinda pointless lol because he just reads them really but hes good in lab and hes funny and really nice, his quizes and tests are all MC and very easy just study your vocab and ur good to go!!!, i recommend him hes great...kinda dorky ;)

ok , i don't know what the first comment was all about, Dr. dan is a great prof. he is laid back and as long as you don't expect to have your hand held through the course you will do fine. test and quizes are pretty easy as long as you put some time in.

He is a great teacher, very helpful and patient if he knows you are putting in the effort and really trying. He is straight forward about his policies and pretty much sticks to them...go to class and do the work, simple.

Dr. Dan is plainly put... Awesome!!! This teacher knows his stuff and is super nice! If you don't get an A you didn't try hard enough! He even lets class out early and always offers extra credit on tests. He really helps students out and understands our hectic worlds! So good, you will not be disappointed!! :) :) :)

Lecture is fast past. Take good notes and u will be ok. Will answer questions, but won't hold ur hand. Lab is boring but use ur time in there to study. He gives professional points, don't be late or use ur phone. He gets mad about that stuff. Tests r ok, study lecture material. He tells u what u need to study.

He is pretty straight forward about what he expects. He tells you exactly what to study for on tests and doesn't at all try to trick you on them. Grading scale is fair and he is willing to answer questions all the time. Great teacher for a tough subject.

He ask a lot in labs. Never answer any email at all. He is clear but the subject is hard and requires a lot of time anyway. He doesn't provide study guide. He focus in location and functions of everything. Overall he is fine and the test straight forward. Put time to study because it still not easy.I would prefer to take someone else.Good lucky!!!

Great teacher! Very well versed in the subject. Talks to students and interacts with them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in this class.

Dr. Dan is pretty legit. Always willing to answer questions and his lecture and lab are pretty straight forward. He knows his stuff for being a younger professor. Definitely recommended

Extremely nice and helpful. He is an awesome teacher! He makes the subject so interesting. His class is challenging but the subject itself isnt easy just study the material that he goes over, use your book, the powerpoints he gives you and ur all set. Great teacher, very helpful and also fun to talk to!

Laid back. Pay attention to what he says. The material is not easy but he will clarify as much as possible. My lab partner and I ask questions the entire time we are in the class and it doesn't seem to bother him. I mean literally the entire class time.

He is such a nice guy, his classes are interesting, and he is willing to help out with any doubts you might have! His powerpoints are his test unless he adds on extra material just make sure you write any extra stuff down in lecture. He is an awesome teacher and always puts on a happy face, fun to talk to as well to learn from!

Great teacher, uses power points which makes it easy to take notes and follow along. You must still read your book for better understanding. Pop quizes each week...kept me on my toes! Test were straight forward. You must be ON TIME!!!

Dr. Kisabeth is an amazing instructor!!! Very helpful, clear on his lectures, straight to the point. Study the powerpoints, and do a little reading of the book and you will do fine. He does not throw any surprises on the test. Great personality, easy to talk to and makes the class very interesting not boring at all!

Dr.Dan is a great teacher. He really knows what he is talking about and his class is very interesting. Lecture is mandatory, lab is not. He gives an extra 15 extra credit points if you attend lecture everyday (your allowed to miss 2 days and still get the 15 points) This is not a blow off class. Study and attend lab and you should do good.

Wonderful professor! Do whatever you can to get into this class. This is NOT an "easy A" but it is possible if you study and attend lectures. He is very smart in his field and is interesting to listen to. He gives extra credit on each test.

BEST TEACHER EVER!!!! Record his lectures though because he talks fast. But he is SUPER NICE and explains things very clearly! Wish he was my instructor for every course.

Dr. Kisabeth is the most coolest and nicest teacher ever he is very nice and easy going his test are hard true he doesn't teach in lab he makes you teach yourself but if you have any questions would help. just to make it easy on you I always post my scores 4 lecture exams, 71,75,75,81. lab test 86,92,100 and 4 quizzes 20,18,20,18. out of 20. B+

Dan is a great teacher that will push you and make you work for a grade. If you don't like hard work don't take his class. During lecture he talks really fast but will always go back if you missed something; will work with anyone who tries.

Great Teacher, Talks fast, but doesn't matter because he gives you the power points. Just be sure to go through the book after his power points. Go to class everyday or you'll have a hard time maintaining a decent grade. Final Grade was A+

Great teacher! I enjoyed his lectures and class period. The tests are hard, he does not slack up on any work. He is easy as long as you come to class and pay attention. Fast talker, but will repeat himself for you. You must take notes, but he uses power points which makes it so much easier. I hate I couldn't get in his class for 234.

I rearranged my schedule just to take him for 234 after taking 233 with him. Excellent professor - lectures are interesting and he doesn't waste time and go off topic. His grading is pretty clear - you get the grade you deserve for sure. By far the best professor I've ever had.

Dr. Kisabeth is an amazing professor. Explains the material very well and there is not any surprise questions on the exam. Everything he goes over in class will most likely be on the exam. Show up, print the powerpoints and take good notes. no book necessary.

I love Dr. Dan! He is a great professor. I took 233 with him and couldn't believe I got an A. I went into the class just hoping for a C. I'll definitely wait to take 234 with him. His lectures are pretty straight forward, and he lets you record them if you want. Class is enjoyable and interesting and makes the subject matter easy to understand!

Dr. Kisabeth is a Chiropractor. He uses real-life examples to help students understand what the class is covering. He may seem strict at the beginning, but honestly, he's really nice and treats you as his friend. His jokes are the highlight of lecture. I recommend to students taking BIO 233 & BIO 234.

Dan Kisabeth is an amazing professor, he elaborates on each topic and makes lectures clear. He doesn't sit down and do an ordinary lecture, he actually stands up, walks around and gives plenty examples of what the topic is! I will be taking him again in the spring, hopefully!!!!

Great professor makes Bio 233 a joy to attend. He makes the subject really relatable. Will definitely be taking him again for 234.

by far the BEST prof i've ever had. so clear on expectations, so intelligent, and uses real life examples. the lab is just a big study session with groups and it's the exact type of teaching i need. AMAZING. if you can-- take him!!! youll get an A or B as long as youre willing to listen and to learn. any negative feedback is from lazy students

He's a great professor. I loved his class and looked forward to it every week. He didn't just keep it to boring talking, he interacts with students, makes jokes, and his tests are based off of his slideshows. That being said, anatomy and physiology is not an easy subject! studying is really important and crucial to pass. Study as much as you can.

Makes this class seem easy! awesome teacher and person! Gives print outs of the powerpoint for the chapters, the tests are based off that and the lab is based off the models. As long as you study you will pass easily, and he will go over it constantly to help mold it in the brain!

Anatomy is a difficult subject, however, this professor makes the class more manageable. He makes his own PowerPoints & the exams come directly from the slides. I would listen to his lecture & write down the things he really emphasizes. He shows videos for extra credit on the exams. Doesn't require lecture book but lab guide is a must!

He is truly the definition of what you look for in a professor. He really know his stuff his lectures make you want to come to class. His tests are based off the PowerPoints he presents. He also gives you real life scenario so u able to understand what is being lectured. There is also extra credit opportunities. In order to pass attendance is key

Amazing teacher! I only had a C because I had Chem and 3 other classes, so it was hard for me to balance study time. His powerpoints help, but you also need to write down your own notes as well. He's funny but can call you out as well. He's a great teacher in general!

He is an amazing teacher who's full of real life examples that make the given topic clear and understandable. He makes his lectures fun and he knows what he is talking about. Attendance is not mandatory, but he likes to give very easy quizzes or extra credit questions for the ones who come to class in time.

The BEST A&P professor. I had Dr Dan for 233+234 in Winter+Spring and loved going to class. His lectures are excellent, he uses real-life examples to help concepts stick. He provides his own powerpoint slides. Use them to study and take notes on them. Don't even hesitate about taking him! Whatever his schedule is, you fit YOUR schedule around his.

Best professor I've ever met. This is a really hard class, but he makes it so easy. He tells you what you need to know for tests and quizzes. Show up to class on time and spend a little bit of time studying everyday and you will be fine. The lecture exams are not easy, he requires really understanding the material and not just memorization.

Dr. Kisabeth made biology more interesting than it needed to be. He gave real life examples to relate to the material making it much easier to absorb and understand. He has a fun and bubbly personality and tone which made class easier to sit through. If you attend lecture, pay attention, and review your slides, there is no reason to not do great.

The reviews kind of sugar coated who he actually is as a professor. He gets off topic way too fast, wastes a lot of time talking about random things and skips over things in lecture that are all over an exam. I really didn't like him as a professor, but he was cool person. He talks a lot about his other classes and its annoying.

he was great the class was hard but he made it very easy to understand. gave lots of extra credit and did everything he could for us to pass everything you need to know for test are on his slides and no busy work so we could focus on tests he really cared I've never met a professor that cared as much as him I will take him again for 234

there is no way to fail if you attend his lectures pay attention read his slides, he is great even gives extra credit on all tests. if he felt like a test question was something we didnt go over in class he would give us the points. really caring professor didn't even read my book at all this semester everything I needed to know was on the slides.

Dr. Kisabeth is the best professor I've had at Henry ford. My class got all kinds of messed up, the first professor we had decided he did not want to teach in person so we lost 2 weeks of in class learning and Dr.Kisabeth made sure we got back on track, and helped us way more than he needed to (which was greatly apricated)

Hands down the best professor. Truly cares for you and your grade. Wants you to pass. Definitely take him! One of the best professors and makes sure you understand. The lectures are very fun and he makes you understand them. He also gives extra credit. Very nice!!

This class by itself is hard no matter what professor. I took this class two times he was the second professor I took it with. The first time I failed this class with a D- This time I passed with a B+. If I wanted to I could pass with a A- or A easily. He gave out so much extra credit and he's so generous with make ups. a lot of compassion.

It was my first semester, and I took this class with this professor,he was amazing all the test questions were fair to the slides it was like copy and paste the only things you need to study are the slides he goes over and talks. He is pretty funny he likes to engage with students and gives us stories on his life, he gives extra credit too.Take him

He is amazing! His lectures are so fun and very well explained. He goes over them at a good pace and I found recording his voice and going over it afterward helps a ton. Read his slides before and after class to get an understanding of what you are gonna be talking about. His exams are about 80-85 questions and not too heavy.

Dr. Kisabeth is very thorough and doesn't teach extra unnecessary information. His classes are engaging and he's very down to earth. Unfortunately due to policy, he was limited on hours so I didn't have lab with him. Talking with students in his lab, he gave more information. He did share information in lecture with those of us in the other lab.

OK IM POSTING THIS IN TWO PARTS. my pookie bear dr.k what would I do without u as my anatomy professor.... so basically, ur ONLY graded on lab exams and lectures if u have him for both lab and lect. and two other things. if u have a question to ask him he doesn't talk to u like ur dumb ykwim he talks to u so u can understand OK GO TO PAHT 2

ok paht 2. hes an amazing professor, exams r straight forward, STUDY STUDY THE LECTURE SLIDES. and go to lecture, he says things in lecture that ARE NOT on the slides. he explains everything so good and he made me love anatomy im considering failing this class so I can take him again. he also gives out extra credit on exams and on lab exams.

Love this professor so much, he made a VERY hard subject into something tangible and relatively easy. I had him for BIO233 and currently taking him for BIO234, if you don't know who to have for a professor, take Kisabeth, you literally cannot go wrong with him for lecture or lab. If I could take him for other biology classes, I would.

I LOVE LOVE KISABETH!! Trust I took him for winter 2025 and he's amazing, genuinely made such a hard subject so easy. He's so caring and funny. He's really easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel stupid when you're confused. He's very passionate ! Amazing at lecturing and a sweetheart. He's also super cool 10/10 . I LOVE this professor with a passion. I enjoyed EVERYTHING he taught us and his exams were the definition of light work. Upset he only teaches 234 lab but I truly cherished every single second I had with him. TAKE TAKE TAKE TAKE him if u have to get up at 6:00am to then do it I promise you'll never regret signing up for his class. Easiest A+
