Dan is a nice guy, but teaches straight from the book...in most cases word or word. I could do that myself. He does take off points for cell phones and pagers going off which is a plus in my book. I'd rather take from Banerjee though. More intellectual.

Mr. Raddon is a one of a kind teacher at PCC. She very nice and has a great sense of humor. He teaches very good, goes over things you need to know for the quiz or the test. Only had 4 quizzes that have 5 questions each. It's an easy class and he's a very cool guy who likes to surf. He kind of reminds me of Chandler from Friends.Take his class!!

Dave Chappelle ain't got nothin on D. Raddon. I don't laugh out loud very often; I did in Raddon's class. Well, that girl behind me saying dumb stuff all day helped too. Take this class early, take this class often. If you do get in, come to class. You lose six points for every absence and some for being tardy. Easy tests. Interesting book.

Easiest class ive taken at PCC. I highly recommend this teacher to anybody. Not only does Raddon make the class fun and interesting, he also makes it SUPER easy. I still cant believe how easy it was. Fun, easy, breezy course. Does have a nice sense of humor & doesn't drone on endlessly. 5 pop quizzes, drops the lowest grade. Mid-term & final are so easy that you can finish within 20 mins. Mandatory attendance 6 pts lost per absence. TURN OFF CELLS otherwise 5 pts lost if it rings. Big group project/presentation. Impossible not to do well.

The only thing I hated about his class was that there were pop quizes! I never read the book so I was never prepared for them! But I did really well on the MidTerm and Final because he gives a list of his fav. words! Learn the words and you will do fine!

i'm an international student. usually i don't understand much in the class because the vocab is kind of difficult but his class is very fun anyway. For an international student don't take this class in your frist semester of PCC.

His course is focused on the textbook which is bad and good. The way he lectures and the examples he uses makes the material easy to understand. The course depends on 2 exams, 1 group presentation, and 4 pop quizzes. Pop quizzes force you to read all the chapters (and Mr. Raddon uses them for this purpose). Oh yeah, besides reading, no homework.

Mr. Raddon's class is very interesting, not hard at all if you read. NO HOMEWORK!! thats right, the only homework is to read the chapters assinged. 5 pop quizes based on the reading and you can drop the lowest score. One group project, a midtern and a final which are multiple choice. You'll get an A if you just read and study for both tests.

Great Professor! Very funny and really engages the class! This course is a great intro business course. He explains things clearly and leaves you with a good general understanding of many areas of business. Just do the readings(which is like 20 pages a week) and don't wait till the last second to do your group project and you will do fine.

if you've taken econ1a&b you're gonna feel like he knows nothing. his lectures are quite interesting, but they're really slow. it'll take him a week to cover a few simple definitions. i would take him for an easy A, but i would not take him if you really want to get into the business world. he's not very intuitive.

This professor is GREAT! seriously. His lectures are very interesting. All you do is read the chapters for HW, and few pop quizzes. He's a HUGE UTAH Jazz fan! Tests are very easy, and theres 1 group project. I'd take his class again any time.

FOLLOW HIS MASTERPLAN to get an A in his Midterm and Finals. Also, if he offers the job of "Clicker Master" to someone, go for it! He will reward you if a prize that is "more important than extra credit, an A, money, and a brand new car". His class is just awesome.

Best teacher at the school! He's always in a great, not good, but great mood. He does have pop quizzes, but he is very clear about all his assignments and what will be on tests/quizzes. He's very straightforward and fair about grading. Getting an A is somewhat difficult, but a B is pretty easy. Aside from being a Laker hater, he's the greatest.

Mr. Raddon was an excellent teacher! His class consists of 5 quizzes (on is dropped) they are very very tricky! Make sure you thoroughly understand the chap. and grab all the important info...There are 2 tests (mid & final) and 1 project (very important). STUDY. IF YOU DONT YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Mr. Raddon is one of the better English professors I've had. Very professional, and he never shows up for class wearing sweatpants. Very easy to get along with. I only wish class lectures were a little more challenging and engaging.

Very good professor. Nice and gives you a Master Plan to study with. I recommend taking this professor for Intro to Business. The Business plan is one of the greatest parts of this class, because you can create your own business with others.

Simply, he is a very nice teacher. He always makes students to understand all materials that we learn with clear examples. Tests are highly easy too. All you have to do is just to have an interest in the class, then you will get an A. I promise.

I agree with the rest of the reviewers. Mr. Raddon is fantastic, but I don't think that he projects the profile of 90210! Overall, Mr. Raddon makes the class fun! It's an easy A, only if you read the chapters ahead of time. 5 pop quizzes (with the lowest grade dropped), presentation & 2 exams. If you wanna rent, gotta do this early, or else can't.

WOW. Look at his ratings. This professor teaches business in a very interesting way. not only will you learn about the basics but he will teach you life lessons in everything else. I had to buy donuts though because my phone rang in class.

I don't think that this class is useless! I learned so many prospective of Business via Mr. Raddon. He makes the class fun, entertaining & engaging! The only that I don't like is the Group Presentation because I am loner. And, if you follow his guidelines & study, you would get an A for the grade!

His classes are very easy, and at the same time very fun. He has his powerpoints and he stops and explains every slide. He even offers to give you the powpoint on a USB so you can look back at it when ever you want. Great professor to have.

Professor Radon is the considerate professor I have ever encountered. He is not only good at his profession; he would find opportunities to lecture about how we should treat and interact with other people, and with what attitude we should hold towards the hardships in life. I believe these are actually the most momentous lessons.

In his BUS 9 class, you will have 5 pop quizzes and drops one lowest score. the midterm is very easy and almost 100% comes from the study guide, but the final is difficult and only 60% comes from the study guide. You have to read more detail in every chapter. This class is easy B,but not easy A.

Professor Raddon is awesome. His lectures are clear and his energetic and funny demeanor make them easy to remember. For our group project we had someone who refused to participate and often got into verbal arguments with us. Raddon handled the situation calmly and with much professionalism. Amazing professor! Just make flashcards of all the material that he will give you for the midterm and the final and you will be all set. The final is a little bit more difficult than the midterm, but it's perfectly doable. Also, make sure that you keep up with the reading because you will have 5 pop quizes, although your lowest will be dropped.

Very inspiring! Lectures are engaging and time really does fly while you're learning about business. As others have mentioned, there are 5 pop quizzes but the lowest is dropped. Exams are written so that as long as you've actively read and paid attention in class, you'll do well. One group project is given.

Best professor I have taken so far! He really encourages and motivates you to do well. His lectures are very involved and helpful! (Also fun) I learned so much from this course and plan on furthering my education in the business field. I took prof. Raddon over the winter and Im very glad I did! This guy is a boss. Real deal and solid guy with experience in the business world. He was my favorite professor at Pasadena City College and gives great advice. His class is fun and he actually wants to be there, it doesn't feel forced. Gives pop quizzes once in a while but if you do the reading you're chilling.

Daniel is one of the best, if not the best professor I have had in Pasadena City College. Besides being caring, inspirational, and funny, he takes his time to take care of his students after/during class. I have taken two of his classes and I am happy that my money went towards his courses. Just remember to participate and do your reading.

He gave a group project near the end of semester that he's known to nitpick. Follow his requirements/rubrics to a tee, then you should be fine. We got an A on it. Super easy class! Lectures went according to weekly readings, and there's only 1 short assignment a week. Only 2 tests throughout the semester.

The GOAT. He assigns 1 chapter for each week to read, each takes about one and a half hours, and a video with a quiz, which is considered as free points. He posts the study guide for the midterm and final at the very beginning of the semester; studying them guarantees you an A on the test. He will not accept late work, so be careful with that.

Daniel Raddon's class has only 1 homework assignment per week and the tests and quizzes are very straightforward even with minimal studying. Despite that, he teaches very well and his lectures apply very closely to the real world.
