Class is SUPER easy! Homework is once a week and is turned in through Dropbox. No textbook required.

I absolutely enjoyed the live sessions we had at the beginning of the semesters. Professor Tillman's way of interacting with the class is unique and fun. He'd always be available through email if we had any questions and he was very specific on the assignments we needed to complete.

The class was Very instresting and I am glad that I am going to be able to use our homework assignments in the future. I enjoyed the class and I think Mr. TIllman is a great professor.

I really liked the fact that despite the fact the class was online there was still virtual collaboration.

Dr. Tillman has a solid understanding of how-to best incorporate different types of media in the classroom. From Early Childhood to the upper grade levels. This course was mostly on-line and the use of Dropbox made it so easy to turn in the assignments.

It is a pretty easy class as long as you stay on task and apply yourself. Reading was mandatory, but we were never quizzed on anything, it was to help further our knowledge. You have a decent amount of work/projects to complete but are fairly simple, again, as long as you stay focused. Always encouraged us to ask him anything via e-mail.

I enjoyed this summer class. We did assignments everyday that we turned in via Dropbox. The professor gave clear and concise instructions for the assignments. No textbook required. Overall a great professor.

I would have liked to see my grade and feedback for assignments shortly after submission. Although, I did not have difficult issues with the assignments I feel it would have been beneficial and re-assuring throughout the course of the class.

Overall, Mr. Tillman is a good instructor. Going into the course I thought it was going to be a lecture course. However, it turned out to be an online course. We were in a "live " class setting for a week before it went online. Instructor Tillman performs much better in a lecture class. His assignments are not difficult.

Professor Tillman allows you to see education in a different light and the power we have as future educators to make a difference in the education system. He is very enthusiastic and makes the content easy to understand and very fun.

I really enjoyed this summer class! Fast-paced. Dr. Tillman was a great professor. The majority of class was online since it was hybrid but he did help the transition. All his assignments were unique and very interesting. Only "concern" would be that I would have liked to see my grade right after each assignment as opposed to the end of the class.

Dr. Tillman makes this class very interesting and makes the teacher see the lessons through the eyes of the students, but most importantly he makes the teacher realize how important it is to incorporate any type of technology into the classroom to enhance students learning. Assignments are creative, doable, enjoyable, and time frame is attainable.

This is the second time I have taken a class with Dr Tillman and I enjoy his sense of humor as well as the assignments that he gives. It is a refreshing change to do meaningful and engaging assignments rather than essay after essay.

Dr. Tillman is a very helpful professor. I learned how to implement technology and dropbox in making the classroom more engaging. I also learned how to improve my resume by being able to see my classmates resume's thanks to dropbox. I think that technology when used the right way, as taught in this class can really help students learn efficiently.

This class was awesome! It is considered a hybrid class and the first 4 classes the attendance is mandatory. After you will turn assignments in online. I took this as a Ph.D. class (so it'll be hard to figure out who this is). I really liked this class. He took a novel approach to instructional technology. I learned a lot because he emphasized things I wouldn't normally think about. He really knows his stuff. He suggested some great stuff to read. He seemed to really get how busy his students are.

Dr. Tillman is simply amazing. I took him during my undergrad and I was really impressed with him as an educator. He always has a way to make learning fun and never makes any of his courses boring. It was really great to be able to have him again for my graduate work.

His warm welcome and contagious smile made going to a Saturday class not so rough after a long work week. The course 5375 offers a unique perspective online learning technology, I experienced different forms of teaching and learning using scratch and understand internet base computer that provide me a world class education to anyone anywhere. This class provide fast individualized feedback for every student, distance learning is hard but this is not.

This class is relatively easy, but if you suck at computers you might have some trouble. And if you know you slack of in online classes, watch yourself. It's your responsibility to check Dropbox and do all the assignments on time.

Awesome class to take with this professor! He gives great lessons with group discussions at the beginning when you meet face-to-face then everything else is online after that. Uses dropbox to upload assignments but helps you all through the course with any problems you might have. I would highly recommend him and I would take him again if I had to.

Daniel Tillman is an amazing energetic professor he teaches with passion and knows how to engage students. He is also willing to work with his students and help them out to succeed in his class. I thought the class was very good. The directions for the assignments are very clear, and the way they link together with your classmates' assignments without having to meet in person was engaging.

In EDT class you will learn how to upload a lot of documents onto Dropbox because that is where you will be assigned all of your assignments for the class since it is online. He is there if you have any questions through email and I'm sure he'll meet with you in person if necessary. He is a great professor you will learn lots with him.

Great professor! my class was on Saturdays and he makes you go the first three Saturdays of the semester the other class homework is just online! easy going professor I would recommend this class

Dr. Tillman is a devoted professor. He makes sure students understand the expectations for the class and assignments. We met three times at the beginning of the semester and the rest was online. The assignments are well explained and if you follow directions you will easily receive an A . I would definitely take this class again!

Funny prof that I would definitely recommend to my friends! You only meet up in person 3 times and he assigns weekly assignments that are usually 2 or 3 parts. The work is easy but don't fall behind or else it is hard to catch up since most assignments are connected to each other. Also, there is no textbook.

The class was not aware till we showed up in person on the first day that the course would be a hybrid. We met in class face to face 3 times and after that everything was online. This course wasn't difficult but the weekly assignments were long and time consuming at times and it is hard to catch up once missed one. I actually liked this course!

I enjoyed my class with Dr. Tillman. He was a great professor. His class was a hybrid, so we met 5 times in person and the rest were online. His assignments can be lengthy with multiple parts but he gives you the freedom to be as detailed or as simple with your assignments as you'd like, and the assignments are more for your benefit than anything.

I really enjoyed Dr. Tillman's class. It was engaging and fun. I learned a lot and can't wait to take more classes.

If you do the work, you will pass the class. He does work with you if you have issues, but you have to communicate with him. If you don't, he won't know.

Lectures are great, there's assignments to complete all the time both in class and for homework, so participation really matters. If you have any questions about assignments, falling behind or being absent, do e-mail him and talk to him.

He was very helpful and kind and is willing to work with you. I learned about many helpful resources. I enjoyed his class!

Great Professor!

I took EDT 5376 as a 4-week summer course, would not recommend to do that. Basically, in 1 week you get to do a whole 1/4 of the semester. However, Dr. Tillman was very approachable the whole time and always willing to provide feedback.

This class makes you think for yourself and your own practices and how to put what you have learned into use in your classroom! Great Class!

I really liked this class , teacher was very clear since the beginning so that made a lot easier to know what his expectations were. I would recommend him for this course.

TAKE THIS COURSE!! Dr. Tillman puts a lot of effort to each activity, he makes all assignments fun and engaging. With the pandemic going on, the class was fully online but it was just as good as one in-person class. He usually uploads all assignments Mondays and you have until Sunday to do them (No zoom meetings). Highly recommended!

This course was taken online. I really liked the transparency in grading expectations and class assignments were explained thoroughly when students had questions. Providing the video for explanation of the assignments and interactions he had with students provided a clearer understanding of the lesson. Professor has a lot of knowledge to share.

Dr. Tillman, has a way of relating his content to our current situations as an educator. I like how he teaches a different perspective of technology. His class can be easy, but that is up to you. If you stay up with the assignments you will be fine. This course or any of his courses should not stress you out, if it does, you are overthinking it.

This class was great. He was a great professor. He gave you a week to get your work done for an A, if you slacked off your grade slowly goes down. But it is easy as long as you do your work!

Professor Tillman is a wonderful Professor. You definitely learn a lot and is a very enjoyable class about educational technology. There are 3 assignments every week, they are not difficult, but it does take time to do. You post activities to an ed tech journal where you can see your classmates posts. The final exam is not hard but it takes time.

There is weekly assignment but they are good to keep track of if you just do the work. Doing the work gives a great learning opportunity and makes getting the A super easy. Also, for grading, it is based on self-assessment which is great because it pushes you to do the work seeing as your self-assessment and work is displayed on blackboard

This is one of those courses where you choose just how productive you want the class to be for your career; if you're only doing it for a grade, it's fine, but you can get a whole lot more achieved.

This class was super easy. Even though some weeks there was a lot of homework, it was pretty easy to do. This is an easy A as long as you do your work :)

A lot of work to complete, but nothing that is not manageable. No text book is required, and provides us with the resources needed in order to complete the assignments. Opens my eyes to see how technology can be properly used within the classroom to help our students learn. Overall, great professor and I recommend this class to anyone who needs it.

Each week he assigns work, but the work itself is not that hard, plus he is always available to answer any questions you might have. If you complete all the work in time it's guaranteed that you will get an A.

I had a great time taking this course. You are able to grade yourself which is amazing. Make sure to finish all assignments and instructions and you will find yourself doing great!

Professor Tillman is a great professor into learning technology in a classroom setting. He definetly has the patient and time to answer all the student's questions and demonstrate great leadership when presenting his lecture. All he asks for is to make sure you do your best effort in his class and make sure all your assignments are in on time.

Dr. Tillman is an amazing professor and will help you through the activities in the class meetings and he is easy to contact! Every week you'll have 2-3 activities to complete, all due by Sunday.

Professor Tillman is a great. Every assignment is very straightforward and easy to understand. He is available to answer questions outside of the online format. He emails you with how you are doing in the class. I would definitely take him again. As long as you do your work and follow his guidelines, you will make a good grade.

He provides opportunity to discuss issues, with flexible office hours. Grading criteria is clear but no idea how your doing during the course of a semester.

This course has a great structure and great readings. Also all the instructional strategies and technology classroom tools will enrich the educator skills, knowledge, and ideas to implement in their own classroom.

He is a great teacher. His teaching methods are unconventional according to the typical post secondary structured classes, but is very effective in teaching you about the various ways a teacher can implement technology in the classroom.

Assignments come in various forms such as discussions, blogs, and journal entries. Self assessments are given for every week and you grade yourself. As long as he agrees with your grade, that is what you receive.

Professor Tillman was awesome! Every week, he would add a video explaining the assignments for the week and it was all very clear. There were about 3-4 activities each week, but they were all fairly easy. I would definitely recommend taking a class with him!

The professor was accessible if you had any questions. There are a lot of mini projects, even though that is a lot of homework, they are fun and easy.

Took him my first semester of grad school, I really enjoyed his class. He gives great material to learn from; it depends how much you want to really take from his lectures. Assignments are weekly, you do need to give his class time, however he does not overload you with work.

Provided clear and organized instructions, responded quickly, and made course work manageable! Nice online class :)
