He truly cares about making sure you "get it". he stays after class to help, and gives you a million ways to reach him. his methods are completely effective. just show up, and take this class seriously. i could not believe how he helps you get past the fear.

deff best most fun professor ive ever had. Tests are a bit difficult and you gotta read the textbook chapters to do well on a test even though he doesnt tell you too. Dante is an amazing person and all but he isnt the greatest teacher. During the semester I learned nothing in class, there are no notes and he gets off-topic very easily. The tests are pretty difficult. Funny guy, helpful just not the teacher for me.

I orginally thought I had a C in the class since my test grades werent amazing. i didnt like his teaching style at first. At the end of the semester you do a 5 minute speech, I got an 87. When I checked my grades he gave me an A. its an easy class, he makes communication fun, overall a great person who means well. i would take him again

Com101 is a stupid course to begin with. He took the course and made it tolerable. He's a good guy, the class was interesting (kinda), and at the end of the day its an easy A if you do the work.

Really friendly, funny, down-to-earth guy with lots of interesting things to say (though I didn't enjoy the frequent drug references). It was a super easy class and he kept it very interesting. Don't buy the textbook; get it digitally, then for the homework you can ctrl+f the key words and finish the homework for the whole semester in like 10 mins.

There's about 4/5 online homework's due during the semester (all answers are straight from the textbook), you NEED the textbook, 4 tests and the last one is take home, one paper, 2 speeches - one is a minute long and the other is 5-7 minutes which is your final. Super nice and undersanding! I hated speech classes but he makes you a better speaker!

Dante Morelli is one of the best professors at Suffolk County Community College. He is a hilarious professor. Make sure you print out his notes for the final. You have to do one speech for the semester but he will help you with every step.

Probably the best professor in SCCC. His always smiling, full of energy and just an awesome person in general. This 3 hour class felt like 1 hour with him. BEST PROFESSOR AT SUFFOLK HANDS DOWN. He is halarious as well as very respectful. He cares about each and every student. 10 homeworks all online , very easy and a final online. Didn't use the textbook/binder for the class but used the scratch off code inside for online. TAKE HIS CLASS YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Took his course paired with a political science course during the 2016 election season. Was openly a staunch Clinton supporter, but was very respectful of right-wing opinions. 10 easy online homeworks, a speech based on your research paper in POL, and an online at-home final. Didn't open the textbook until the final and got an A.

College Seminar is a piece of cake, no matter who you take it with. Taking it with Professor Morelli is the icing. He is a very upbeat guy and really cares about what he's doing. The only reason I received the grade I did is because I didn't show up to class nor do my assignments, it is completely my fault. Do your work, have fun and this is an A.

This class is required by SCCC and nobody wants to take it. Morelli made it fun and interesting and it actually made me, and many others, want to show up. He's honestly one of the best professors I've had the pleasure of knowing.

10 online homeworks (very easy), post secret project, bag speech (2-3 min), big speech (5-7 min), online final exam (again, super easy) I had an extreme fear of public speaking going into this class and did not think I would be able to give a speech. Dante made me feel so comfortable and able to do it. Please take him if you're in my situation!

This class is theories of Persuasion online, and I love it. So far I have a 100. Very interesting class. We have a discussion question as well as our own writing based on the weekly module. Super easy, as theres no limit on how much you should write as long as you answer/ cover everything youre good!

Took his online theories of persuasion class and everything was straightforward. If you do all of the assignments, you will pass with no problem.

Im taking his online summer class his assignments are a bit rough and theres a lot of them (but I kinda expected that) it just seems like a lot to keep up with for his class. One negative thing: he takes a VERY long time to give you all your grades. I have about 12 things Im still waiting to be graded for. On a good note, he gives all 100s.

Really enjoyed Prof. Morello's class. It was well organized, no surprises. Every week, we'd have to watch videos, read textbook chapter, answer discussion and one assignment. The final was 136 questions but wasn't too bad. A lot of the assignments were fun to do. Req'd 1x discussion leader was nerve-wracking but great experience. Highly recommend!

Dante is so funny, I was always so excited to go to his class. The environment was very safe and open to discussion. There are a few presentations, but two are informal, and one is formal, and he goes over it thoroughly multiple times. You have to do homework on a different website, which does cost money, but it's worth it for his class.

Really cool guy and a great presenter. 10 homework assignments online and you get 100 for completion, 2 small speeches 1 big one, online final exam. Overall an easy and fun class.

I wish he taught every class, easy A if you actually do the little amounts of work he requires. 2, 3 min speeches. 1 7 min speech and 10 hw grade that takes 15 min tops. plus he works with you. Best professor you will ever take! You will have to public speak, but he is such an easy grader that if you put the work in you will do fine. He has 10 HW online and a take home final. Hws= 15 mins and final= 2 to 3 hrs. He loves his job and it definitely shows throughout the semester, wish I could take him again.
