She is by far the best teacher EVER! Very modern, very clear, will make class so much fun, even if you hate english. She makes you think outside of your own nature and is so energetic. If your taking 121 and you dont go with Dara your an absolute fool.

Professor Evans is young and has a really cool perspective on literature. We always had interesting conversations every class. She gave us chances to earn extra credit throughout the semester! She taught well and was laid back. Work is somewhat difficult, but only because I took a six week course. An A is definitely feasible.

A. Hot. Funny. Cool. Likeable. Serious/Nice. 2 essays 3-5pgs for 1st, 5-7 for 2nd. Teaches well, clear, concise. Not easy, not hard, you learn along the way. Overall a very fair teacher, you reap what you sew. Happy medium! :) Would take her again if I had to take a course that she teaches! early dismissal sometimes. 10-15 min breaks. LOVE HER!

I had this professor for my English 122 writing and research class. She was helpful, entertaining I rarely ever got bored. I received an A if you attend all of her classes without any absents she boosts you up one letter grade!

She helped me to understand another time period by using our world and things around us. A lot of reading and a lot of participation required. A perfect balance of fun and learning. Now that I am in RU English classes, I can see how much she taught me.

She's young. Expect to hear about the "Jersey Shore" show often. Very liberal, so Conservatives you might be uncomfortable as I was. I attended all classes and aced everything required but ended up with an A-. I would not take her again but she is a nice lady.

She gave extensions and dropped my lowest grade. Paper page requirement was 6 pages. One research paper and another big assignment that can be paper format or a digital project. She also gave a ton of feedback on every assignment. She actually cares about your success. Highly recommend.
