SHE WAS AMAZING!! I never thought i would love spending a friday evening in an english class until i met this woman. Her papers were fun although the novels were a little sucky. I would take her class again and again!

One of the best and most caring teachers I've ever had. She assigns AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT of homework - the most I've ever had at FIT - but it's obvious she's putting a lot more into the class than she expects back. You will learn a lot and become a better writer if you take her class. Don't take her if your goal is to simply pass.

She is an amazing professor and yes she does give a lot of work but its all worth it in the end. she even says the first day of classes, in the beginning you will have a lot of work but it gets easier in the end and this is true. she is a great teacher and i would love to take her class again. Make sure you come to class early she likes that.

Let me just say take her class! She is an amazing teacher! She is very nice and enjoys teaching! By the way she is so so cute! I would take any class she teaches! I loved her class she actually made me like writing! Take her class!

Really great professor! If you want a class where you learn a lot and able have a great relationship with the teacher, take her! She expects a lot from you and does give quite a bit homework but is more than willing to help you along the way! If you utilize her help, the homework is easy and fun. TAKE HER!

Hands down the best professor at FIT. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely interested in each student's personality and learning abilities. She cares so much for her students and goes above and beyond to prove that. I almost cried the last day of class!

Her class started at 8:10 am so i wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The class turned out to be one of the highlights of the week. She was funny, EXTREMELY smart (how she remembers all the threads of conversation the class had was beyond me), self-depreciating, and hot. She is also very tough but thats how it should be. She's not an easy grader.

She is great! She is a hard grader, but the class is worth it. I recommend to take the class twice a week for an hour and a half. It makes the class fly by and it gives you extra time to ask her questions about a paper or other assignments. Take her class.

Overall, she was a great professor and as someone who enjoys English, the class was very interesting. She gives a lot of work, is a tough grader and strict on promptness. However,I would strongly recommend her class. Great professor.

I've written some of the best papers, and most creative papers, because of her. I highly suggest you take her morning class that meets twice a week. She is awesome and actually knows your name. Encourages group discussion. You do have to write five (or more?) papers in the semester. TAKE IT!

BEST CLASS AND PROFESSOR I have ever had. Completely recommend taking this class because you are learning but in a fun and interesting way. Makes the lectures hands-on to experience what we will be doing in the real world. Several papers and presentations. Makes you really work for your grade. TAKE HER!

Out of all my professors at FIT,Landman will be the most memorable. I learned skills that would take me far beyond the course. I took her class 4 semesters ago, yet still think back to the lessons she taught. Her passion, and thoughtfulness, lead to my own success. She has been a true blessing to a community of thoughtless professors.

Prof Landman expects quality of work, but does not have unrealistic standards. She knows how capable students are and if you do what she asks, it will be hard to do poorly. Her assignments are relevant and she gives a lot of freedom to pursue individual interests for her projects. Do the work, follow instructions, and you will have no problems!

She is a very nice and funny professor, but gives TONS of work. There's a lot to get done in a short period of time and her standards are high. Although she is a bit nice in her grading but still hard! Just way too much writing in this class, but eventually you will learn something out of this class.

Professor Landman is an extremely fair teacher. She does have a heavy course load, but as long as you complete your work on time and follow her instructions the class will not be difficult. Every single one of her classes were entertaining and never a bore to sit through. She keeps the class fun, yet serious at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend!

Hands down one of the best professors at FIT!! Her EN 321 class has probably been the most useful class I've ever taken. What she teaches is extremely relevant and will help you in the real world. After taking her class I now feel more confident in applying for jobs and know exactly how to alter my writing for specific situations.

WWLD? "What Would Landman Do?" will stay with you for the rest of your career. If you plan on working in any field, in any capacity, this is the class for you. Yes, lots of work but well worth it since you will use every single thing she teaches and it is easy to see that she wants her students to succeed. The best professor at FIT!

Prof Landman is the best professor I have had at FIT. She does not teach this class for herself - each assignment is created with the sole purpose of benefiting you and your career. You literally leave with a binder that has everything you need to enter the real world feeling confident. If you're not ready for the real world, drop the course.

Professor Landman is amazing-- she is super intelligent, kind and very helpful. She, however, plays no games in class, and expect a lot from her students. As long as you work hard, adhere to her deadlines, and come to class prepared for work, you will enjoy her class. She structures the class so that there is less work in the last weeks of class.

Literally my favorite teacher at FIT! One of the few who lays out expectations of the course, pushes you to excel, and where no question is a stupid question. Im not the best at English, however, she was always willing to sit down with me and assist (with her time and additional resources). Plus shes hilarious.

This class was really intense. But Professor Landman provides you with best tools to succeed in the business world. Personally, I was able to develop and strengthen my professional skills through taking this course. She constantly motivates you to do your best. Plus, the assignments are actually enjoyable and there are no exams!

Professor Landman is a great teacher and person overall. She is very specific about her expectations on projects/papers, but as long as you put in the effort, use your best judgement, and come prepared you will do well. This is a very structured and challenging class, but one that will truly prepare you for all aspects of the professional world.

Landman does give a lot of work, but her lessons all have purpose and PREPARE you for the real world. She works so hard and genuinely cares for all of her students' success. People are complaining because she actually makes you put in work. LISTEN, READ simple directions, TAKE NOTES and do the work. She's not difficult, just follow directions.

I love professor Landman. She's strict but fun. One time my dog legitimately ate my homework for her class and I was so scared, but she was super chill about it and understood. I just needed to reprint it. I liked how she kept it real with us and prepared us for interviews and how to get the job you want.

I really enjoyed professor Landmand's lecture and always enjoyed her class. Her grading is tough but straightforward, as long as you follow her instructions and look through the rubric you should be fine. Even if you stumble the first few class and assignments if you do improve through the semester she will definitely take that into consideration.

Professor Landman's classes are enjoyable and fun and always fly by like a breeze. She's hilarious and entertaining. However, she does give heavy workload and grades them tough, but only because she wants us to actually learn and be pushed to our fullest potential. I've definitely learned a lot in this class related to entering the working world.

Follow her directions! You must look past her intense delivery and tendency to make examples out of people. Remember to never take anything personally because she has a reason behind each lesson. Open to meet for feedback just work with her availability. Youll leave her class with more knowledge on how to communicate and pivot in the workplace.

She's very passionate, and the quality of lecture is amazing and very useful in business. But she is a very tough grader, and can be really rude to students sometimes. You will have a lot of homework and be under a pressure all the time. But she didn't really give us any homework in the last month which is good, but until then, you will suffer.

One of the classes I got the most out of. Focuses on areas you can use throughout life, not just professionally. Her main thing is following directions- which I'm not a detail oriented person so I had a tough time at first. But if you are respectful to others, participate and want to get something out of it- this is a good class to take. She cares.

In this class I have gotten the most real-life useful experience, it's mostly group discussions and in-class journal assignments. There are a couple of papers and one presentation but as long as you pay attention and listen to directions it's very easy. I would definitely take her again and she is a great professor that gives you honest feedback!

I value strict professors b/c they instill professionalism in students. Prof Landman gave a wealth of practical advice to help in your internship, job search, and other classes. Take Prof. Landman if you want be successful after college. She will push you to understand how you should act in a business setting, and teach you skills that make a real difference. Professor Landman, was tough but fair. Her class challenged my thinking, and as a professor she pushed me to grow and development my communications skills. Though challenging, I left the class a better writer / communicator than I was when I began. I highly recommend.

Landman is a valuable instructor. Each week you are assigned an assignment that helps complete a bigger assignment due in the following weeks. All assignments have detailed instructions. She provides office hours for further help/clarification. If you want information and life habits that will help you post-grad, take this class.

I really loved taking professor landmans class! I know some think her work can be a bit difficult or heavy but I genuinely learned so much in her class. My resume was corrected & now I have knowledge as to what is the correct formatting/information. Landman has continued to help after I graduated & has been crucial to finding a good job! Take it!
