YoYoYo Adams has a true passion for teaching Bus Law, and he's funny. Lectures are intense, thorough and he uses plenty of examples. Exams are difficult, tough grader, but he does supply study guides with everything on the exam. Don't be late or fall asleep in class it's disrespectful. He wants you to learn in his class and get some laughs too.

Professor David Adams is an outstanding professor. He explains very well and is very attentive to his students and if needed you can meet him in his for any help.

Very enthusiastic. Get off topic sometimes, but it doesn't interrupt the flow of the lecture. The engagement makes the class more fun + he's understanding as long as you're disciplined. Stays on top of things and everything gets done in a timely manner. Class is entertaining and definitely an easier one to stay awake in if you have early classes.

The best way to describe Prof Adam is by saying that he is by far the greatest Prof I have ever had and probably ever will have. Is this class tough? Mr. Adams seems to be a tough teacher and he is on some aspects. If you do your work and show up to class, then he is happy. He just wants you to make him happy. The best way to go about that is to do the work he is asking you to do. Do not be afraid to ask him questions.

Be on time from start to finish. Be prepared to read each of the chapter before class starts and print out the PowerPoint given. You will be motivated with Adams creativity. I enjoyed the in-class interactions everything is straight out of the book and when he lectures, he communicates effectively and gives great explanations. Homework is easy.

Prof. Adams is a fun instructor. He uses a lot of scenarios to get his point across, which is truly helpful. The homework assignments are intense. Two chapters per week answering about 150 problems, write two essays, and take quizzes for each chapter. He's fair with grading and he's available when needed. Just be prepared to work. Prof. Adams is an amazing teacher! There is alot of homework, 2 ch a week, but don't let that discourage you, I am not a fan of hw but it is pretty easy/organized! His lectures are very funny, he often keeps you engaged - Cue Hammer Time - But it is easy to remember what he talks about because he makes it so funny and engaging, you'll lean alot!

Overall Mr.Adams is a very good professor and it is very evident he is passionate about teaching. He really tries to engage his students and his lectures are every well laid out. He is very tough on grading and testing though. I have honestly never had a teacher that has been able to engage a class so well.

This is my second time taking Professor Adams and you can tell he cares about his students because he remembers us instantly and knows our last names by heart. Great professor, this is an easy class as long as you read at home, take notes, and ask questions to clear any sort of confusion. This professor provides study guides to the tests (Only to in class students) which helps a whole lot.

This class is overall a tough class if you do not like reading and studying a lot of material to ensure you get a good grade. Despite having a study guide, it does not exactly give you the answers and are expected to learn the concept of what was provided through that study guide. Some concepts could be a lot to study.

I've taken him before with his Bus101 class and the only difference really is that Bus201 is more intense as there's more lectures to go over. Other than that, Professor Adams luckily teaches the same being passionate and engaging with his students. Workload wise, there will always be homework due and for honors, we wrote two papers.

Professor Adams Is a lawyer so he takes this curse very seriously. Its Buisness law so be prepared to learn the law of business. Make sure you are at every class session and on time you don't want ti miss anything because sometimes he may speak an answer that will either be on the homework or test. By FAR, the best experience in an 8am class I have had during my short time at AVC. If you get the opportunity to take this class, I'd recommend you do. "HOWEVER," it's very lecture dependent class, if you take this class then be prepared to take notes on everything. The exams are no joke, but Adams is a very fun professor, just trust me. 10/10

If you need help, he is available to provide you with any additional assistance you may need after class. David Adams is a great math teacher, coming from someone who is horrible at math he does a great job and is always there to help you out. I would 100% take his classes again.

If you want to get a good grade, complete all the assignments on time and with fidelity and complete the readings. Prof Adams is very understanding and wants to help you succeed. It's not an easy class but I don't see how it'd be possible to fail unless you were skipping classes and not doing HW.

There are times where the lectures are heavy and even more so when one of them gets cancelled and then having to cram two lectures in one day. The exams as well tend to be heavy, in which consists of essay questions that can at times take a huge majority of your time. He does want you to pass, show up do the extra credit, and do the whole test.

The two tests are actual "tests." You need to study to get good scores. As for the two projects, as long as you follow the instructions, you should be fine.

After taking Mr Adams's class, I would say that he is an amazing professor to have. He provides in-depth information and real-life examples to help you understand even more of his lectures. Fair warning He is very energetic in his lecture. It's a lot if you don't know before hand. But it does help in remembering what was taught in class. I recommend for business law, printing or writing the PowerPoint notes before class as he does gives a better explanation than the book. And you might want spend more time writing that.

Greatest professor of all time. Took him 3 times and they were my favorite courses taken. 121 was a great course and I learned so much over the semester. Professor Adam's knows his stuff and will make sure you succeed inside and outside the course.

Okay, first thing's first. Adams is a great teacher. He's a little intense, but it literally is for your benefit. Adams wants to prepare you for the real world and give you real world advice. If you want an easy A, this class is definitely not for you. He will have you thinking outside the box and questioning "real life" scenarios.

Tests are super hard, be sure to study. The book itself is very interesting, just read it. He encourages group work. Just be sure to participate and do the work. As a mom with a job and 2 other classes, I was able to complete the course. Of course, I had no social life. He's human, but he's a great teacher. He really does want you to succeed.

He is very connected with his class and you can really see how much he cares/enjoys teaching his class. He grades fast and will work with you if you need help. Overall, I recommend him.

Second time taking a class with Professor Adams. Great professor, reading the textbook is required for homework and studying for exams. He is very helpful and fair. Lectures are always intresting, you can never get bored in his class. Highly recommend taking him.

Amazing professor with a great course. The work is hard and challenging, but rewarding once finished correctly and on time. Was definitly lucky to be able to take this class and would do so again.

Professor Adams is a great teacher. All though his test are hard the homework is easy so if you do your homework the test shouldn't hurt you as bad or the homework is very helpful when preparing for your test.

Professor Adams is very knowledgeable, a great help in Homework and any help in assignments and questions for tests. Explains work well & gives lectures. He is fast spoken but can ask for help in understanding & takes questions well because he finds them important for students & their help in understanding what they are learning.

I would recommend Professor Adams. He will always keep the lecture interesting and memorable. The lecture's are fast paced but whenever you have a question he takes his time to help you and everyone else understand. The homework is easy and the tests are hard.

Great professor, makes lectures entertaining and engaging so you can remember the lessons and examples. Tests aren't the easiest but nothing studying won't prepare you for. Would take again 100%.

Yo yo yo Adam's is a great professor. Attendance is required and homework does get a little heavy at times. All of the material is taught well and he is a fair grader.

Professor Adams is great at many things, one of which is finding ways to keep the class engaged. Each lecture felt like a stand-up comedy show. He is there to help you with any questions and will never discourage a student for answering incorrectly. He answers and reassures us all that we all understand. Make sure to study for the big three exams.

This is one of my favorite teachers I have taken. He brings a lot of enthusiasm when he teaches and he is very knowledgeable on what he does. Its rare to find a teach that has the enthusiasm i can always appreciate that. His class and subject is difficult so you do need to buckle down but it was worth it.

Great professor with funny interactive lectures, classwork is easy although studying is necessary for tests.

Professor Adams is the best. He made every lecture fun and entertaining. Applies real world examples to problems and is clear with his explanations. I wish I could take more of his classes because of how much energy he puts into each lecture. Only class I actually liked going to. Highly recommend!

Professor Adams is a great professor just do the McGraw homework and study and use the study guides and make sure to do the hypothetical and this class should run smoothly. He is funny and doesn't get off topic at all:)
