Mr. Agoff is an awesome guy and is there for you 100%. He asks what you want to learn and bases his class off of that. No tests and the homework is once a week and takes less than 20 minutes. Would take this professor for whatever class you're taking. Gives credit for all work done, wants the student to learn practical information not just the book

Much of the test material comes from the lecture and slides, so it is important to attend class. I'd highly recommend taking his course.

I loved taking his class! I am not one for giving presentations but he made it easy and I got so much better at it. There is a lot of small group stuff but he makes it a fun class. I would recommend him to everyone. Not a lot of busy work.

He's not just a Great instructor, but a great mentor as well. He's there for you, just ask. I emailed him around 1:00 AM and I was surprised to get a direct response within minutes. This course is not an easy A, but he'll guide you towards one. Very positive attitude and I would definitely take another course from him again if I have the chance.

Professor Agoff is one of the most down to earth teachers I have ever had (Includes HS) He is very clear with his instructions and his tone of voice makes it very easy to listen. Only 1 test (final), there are a few papers (cover letter, memos), Learnsmart is easy, show up and put in effort you will get the grade you want.

He is a great professor. He tells you what he wants you to know without tricking you. He is an easy and lenient grader! There is no midterm, but there is a final which consists of a take home reflective paper and an in-class 50 multiple choice easy test.

Agoff is always in a good mood and will always have a smile on his face. He is passionate about HR and enjoys teaching students. He treats students with a lot of respect and takes a personal interest in them. He goes over exam questions before exam and gives a lot of feedback. Wonderful guy to be around and would totally recommend him.

I was fortunate enough to have professor Agoff for both BADM 300 and MGMT 304. Professor Agoff was very supportive and truly wants the best for his students. His HR management class is an absolute cakewalk, the tests are straight forward, homework is nonexistent, and showing up to class 50% of the time is an A.

I didn't think this was going to be a fun class when I signed up for it, but I was very wrong. David made learning about yourself and others very fun and interesting. You learn a lot about your strengths and weaknesses and who you are as a person. You do a lot of in class exercises and you really get to learn about everyone. Was awesome

Attendance mandatory, there is a paper passed around on random days. David's kind and always so positive. He made me want to come to class just get some good vibes. The material can be hard but it's an HR class- there are lots of laws and regulations you need to know. 2 midterms, 1 final, Group project takes up last third of semester. Take David!

For the 3 tests, memorize the multiple Quizziz games, Jeopardy, and in-class review he gives you, and you will pass. One current event paper, and there is also a group simulation project, which both are very simple. Take him, you will love his class!

I took this course because it was a Major requirement but honestly I would take it as any major! David is an excellent professor who is easy to relate to and very kind! You don't necessarily need the textbook because he does such a well job explaining everything and gives great studying tools! He cares about you and doing well in the course!

MGMT-441 is different than any other class you will probably take in your college career. Its about managing your own personal success. Although some students might treat this class as an easy cakewalk. If you really put time into the assignments you will learn a lot about your self as a person and what your strengths and weaknesses are.

He also give advice and real experience in the hr department by giving us a group simulation. There was 1 group paper due, two exams, and the final exam. Professor Agoff is a great professor his lectures are very easy and exams are easy to pass. He provides quizes that are online that you can do yourself for practice and jeopardy, (these are all on the test!). There are no suprises on the test.

Study the jeopardy games and quizziz's. Put some time in the group project and listen to him during the lecture. You should get an A. As a professor, he's ready to teach those who want to learn.
