I would HIGHLY suggest taking him! This is not an easy class but he really knows what he's teaching. He is always willing to help so go to office hours and his study sessions! He basically tells you exactly what is going to be on the test. He also makes class fun and tells jokes! ALWAYS answer the bonus questions and never leave anything blank! A++

I had no idea how much I would love chemistry until I took this class! Challenging, but engaging. If you don't pass this class, it is your fault for not attending and/or asking questions. He is always on top of emails and very approachable during office hours. Great relatable analogies for those not natural chemists, and even for those who are!

I high recommend taking Dr. Bowers. He is extremely funny, and somehow manages to get the information across in a clear and fun kind of way. Dr. Bowers is a good professor. His lectures tend to be a little boring with slide after slide. He does not do examples that are in the powerpoint on the board. Takes awhile to grade assignments.
