Brady's micro class is so fun! You do have to study in this class but he curves the grade. When I was in his class and 84% was still considered an A!

Dave is a trip!His class isn't easy, but totally fun!You learn alot!I wanted to change majors after taking his class.He does grade in your favor and even gives an optional extra final for one's who might not pass. Great guy and totally cool teacher!

Excellent professor who really cares to teach so you learn. He cut out the excess and only teaches the necessities. Created his own (book)study guide. Easy A if you want to study and fun, fun, fun, class!

Funny guy. Very easy to get along with and very helpful.DON'T LEAVE TAPE ON TEST TUBES! His #1 rule or he get a little upset. He's always willing to answer or repeat anything you may ask.

With Mr. Brady's knowledge and enthusiasm, coupled by your willingness to learn, you will do very well in his class! Lectures are on power point and also in your lab book (your Bible), study guide included. Great teacher, study group, and comraderie in that class! Still jealous that they got new microscopes this semester!

What a cool professor. Listen, microbiology is microbiology, the material is set. However, if you want to take this class he is the way to go, You'll learn your material, but his study guides are the key to success on his exams. He's unknown bacteria assignment is a little tricky, but you have to have faith in yourself. You will learn. Go for it!!!

This teacher is the best one ever!!! you have to study do, the class is hard, lots of info.however, he is so willing to help and nice.memorize the study guide and power point presentation and u will have an A :-)

Class was fun. Study the study guide it will be on tests. Read chapters from book, they help alot. Also for the lab exam, make sure you know the tests and procedures for testing bacteria. Basically whatever he covers study and you'll do fine. Have fun and enjoy the class. Brady is a cool teacher. :-)

Great teacher! By far the best teacher I have ever had for a Biology course. This class was very fun and interesting! He curves at the end of the semester, and almost everyone passes with an A or B. Just attend class and study the lecture notes, and you'll do fine in his class.

Prof BRADY IS AN ASSET to SWC very friendly and helpful to his students. loves to talk in class which makes the class more interesting. consist of 5 exams,and a final lab. questions on the exams comes from lectures, some study guide questions, and a lot from powerpoints. final lab just study the tests from the unknowns and like lactose test etc...

Great Professor! Course is outlined perfectly from the beginning! Grade consist of 5 exams and 3 cat disections. All I can say is STUDY STUDY STUDY!! :)

He is the best teacher at SWC. He is helpful and clear, I never felt mislead. Tests are hard so, don't take anything for granted. Essay questions need to be long and complete inorder to get full credit. Overall, I think he is the best Bio 265 teacher. I would take any class he is teaching before anyone else! AWESOME GUY!!

He's a great teacher that explains the subject well. Relates microbiology to everyday life. Helpful with any questions you may have.

Good old Mr. Brady, he is one of the best professors at SWC. He is fun, loves to chat, but don't underestimate him, he wants you to learn. Do study guides ASAP, so you can have time to study the, and know the study guides and his PP by heart... Listen to his guidence and hints in the test!!! Good luck!

good teacher! anatomy is anatomy. you got to put in the time. alot of information but he makes it simple. lab is very important and he sits there with you explaining everything u need to know.

Great Teacher. He is straight forward in the beginning of class as to his grading system. Study the powerpoint, DO the study guide; it comes in handy. If something is discussed in class but not in the powerpoint, write it in there (just might be on the test. Take advantage of open labs, however attend in class labs, and try to stay to the end.

Never thought I could have so much fun in Anatomy! Professor Brady is definitely one of the best. He made everything easy to understand. As long as you put the effort into answering the study guide questions, you'll do well. He is a GREAT teacher & is always willing to help you understand and answer any questions. SU08 Microbiology. Mr. Brady's a really nice guy. Don't be shy to ask questions. He's willing to help everyone. His test questions are tricky sometimes; learn how to eliminate the wrong ones to get the right one. Do the study guides before the lecture and know the powerpoints. Always remember that antibiotics are for bacteria NOT viruses! -D.A.

Prof. loves to ramble and always has a couple of faves in the class to keep the rambling going and the lecturing to a halt. He has fits and tantrums, so be extra careful with his feelings. Don't make bad impressions bc he'll put a hate curse on you for the rest of the sem. In any case, slip him some extra-strength Midol with a glass of cranberry.

Brady is a master of wasting time. He preaches political views a too much. Talks about his little adventurous way too much. And I really was into all the stories about his wife. His teaching style is pretty basic. He puts up power point and reads directly off of it word for word. There are better teachers out there. Stick to pp and the book:)

THE BEST PROFESSOR I EVER HAD...he is truly the best.. im soo glad i took him... i learned sooo much... i passed with an A.. you gots to do ur part though.. no messing around that semester, study hard and memorize his powerpoints.. read the chapter at least 3 times to get good grades.. truely prepared me for nursing school...

This guy is pretty chill. He tests fair and the final lab project is pretty neat. Study and go to his lectures, you can get an A. If you don't; you should have studied a bit more.

Be aware of his TRICKY wording of the exam questions!!!! You will be pulling your hair off! A loooot of students have problems with his EXAMs just because of the way he WORDS the questions. NO EXTRA CREDIT! 5 lecture exams, 1 lab final exam. Doesn't drop any exams. Very helpful with unknowns assignment though! CHOOSE DR.TOLLI IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE

His exams are NOT TRICKY. RATHER.."Thought Provoking"..LOL! But Yes definitely "thought provoking". However, he's VERY helpful, provides study guides & lectures straight from PPTS. & if you wanna do well in the class you better study! 5 EXAMS TOTAL! Invest time to study & you'll do well. 100-88%A, 87-78%B, 77-68%C KUDOS! TAKE HIS AWESOME CLASS!

Great professor! Knows his subject very well. He's funny and very helpful although he might snap every now and then. He wants his students to succeed, but wants them to learn too. I totally recommend Brady to anyone.

Awesome professor! Took Anatomy w/him summer2010. It's an intense class, however, if you study & stay for Open Lab. It'll def. pay off. Read his exams carefully it's a bit "thought provoking". Nevertheless, use his study guides, power points, read the book & pay attention in class. If you want an A you just have to study! ANATOMY SUMMER-2010 ROCKS!

He's a great teacher,helpful and if you have questions or doubts you can count on him. The subject is hard, but just keep up with the study guide, lab & open lab you'll pass the class. He also curves the grade if you are planing to get a better grade than a "C".

Lectures are boring and power point. Basically you could just read the slides at home. Lab is when Prof. Brady truly helps you and teaches you. He is willing to help you understand what you are supposed to be doing. But overall ...he is just ok.

Professor Brady's summer anatomy class is not so lazy in fact if you are lazy just stay away from anatomy and the rest of ology classes. He is a laid-back guy and will help you if you're stuck and just don't get it, but you do need to put forth the effort. I would highly recommend him for either anatomy or microbiology.

Good professor. A lot of material to memorize for this class. If you study the study guide for each exam and memorize what you need to know for the lab practicals you will get an A. Buy a CAMERA, you'll need it!Its a very time consuming course, but with his grading scale I guarantee you will get a B. If you want that A though you must study!

Straight to the point, helpful, easy to talk to and approach, "thought provoking questions" as he said first day of class, and yet he made it fun to be in class. After all it is Anatomy. Online homework which is extremely helpful review. Power point presentations, which contain the essentials he wants you to learn. Cant go wrong with Prof.Brady

Take Brady!He made the class fun and entertaining.He takes roll and hates it when people are late.Buy a camera & take pictures,especially the Histology section.The hmk helps a lot but take advantage of the lab hrs. If he sees that you stay till 9PM every day of class, he will take it into account when given grades.He helps if you have questions.

Mr. Brady is probably the best instructor to take for Micro or Anatomy. He's very patient. Has a fatherly appearance. Makes everything make sense. He's just really awesome in his field and knows it well. All you really have to do to get a good grade is study and go to open lab! I plan to take him for micro!!

He is an excellent teacher, very patient, explains everything very thoroughly and really cares about student's, He also curves the final grades. And you don't need to buy the book

If you are not willing to give 100% percent , do not take him! I realized that people that went to his open labs were the ones that did better! The first tests was a killer! There were a buch of tissue slides!! I didn't have the time, so didn't do so well! If you survive the first test, you'll have a chance. Lab test + lecture exams!! Read-takenote

He is a good professor so he teaches the class really well and all the lectures are powerpoints if you study them and do the exercises online! you will be okay but!! her exams were a little hard because questions are though provoking and I didn't understand some of them

Great professor, good sense of humor. Highly recommend this professor for Bio-100 if your not a Bio major. I'm an accounting major and I got an A.

Great class, but very intensive. Be prepared to give up your weekends and free time to study. Unless of course you have a photographic memory. Professor Brady tells it like it is. NOT an easy class, but he makes it very pleasant. Tutoring and open labs will be your best tools to pass this class.

He was a great professor, very enthusiastic about his profession, and he expects you to put in work. If you listen to his lectures, go through his slides, read & study you can't go wrong. :)

Make sure you pay attention to the powerpoints and do the online studyguides for each exam and you will get atleast a B. His lectures can be quiet a snooze but other than that the class is fairly easy.

If you want an A you're going to have to actually read the the assigned chapters. You will have to devote some time to this class, but with a decent amount of time you put in, the A is attainable. Overall, I'd say he's worth a shot if you actually dedicate enough time to this class.

Prof. Brady declared at the start that he knows students do not need to get an A in this class of his to succeed in their academic goals. He therefore spends about a third of the class time talking about himself instead of biology. He however has made clear in his syllabus his grading system which he discussed in class. Not for Bio majors.

Open labs, study groups, asking questions- you must be very active in this class in order to earn your desired grade. It's clear that he possesses a very laid back personality, but when it comes to the tests, he will not cut slack.

Great professor. Hard class. If you want to get an A, be prepared to read the book, do every single study guide, and go to open lab. Do yourself a favor and start off strong so you don't struggle at the middle of the semester and end up dropping. Try to take this class when you have a light load. Brady is a fair tester and is willing to help.

I don't know why everybody is saying he has trick tests. I'm lazy asf and I got a B. Overachievers over-analyze. Everything on his tests was on the study guides. So what if he talks about his life. You're probably ignoring it anyways. I found him personable and his wit was a bit shady, but it's good to sip a little tea anyways. You do you Dave.

An A/B is feasible if you do SG & review Power Points. The book is to further explain the main points from the SG as it can be overwhelming. Use lab hours to ask him questions you need help with. He will take the time to answer them. He doesn't get upset so don't assume he doesn't want to be bothered. The exams are straight forward if you STUDY.

ALL EXAM BASED! If you aren't good at taking tests don't take his class. All of your points come from lab and lecture exams, if you're lazy you won't do well. Must spend lots of time studying, do the study guide and put the time in and an A is very possible. He curves the class an A is 88 since there's no fluff in your grade just test scores.

Took the class with him during summer session while working full-time. This class will definitely make you work hard. To get an A in this class, you need to go to the lecture, take notes, read the book, and take advantage of the lab to study the material/models. Human anatomy is a straightforward subject, but you need to study!

does talk abt his personal life ALOT we spent a good 35-45 min abt his fun witty stories during class but we could have gotten out at earlier time. I ONLY did study guides&ppts based4 Micro&got 68's on his exams :/ So I am not sure if the book would have helped out? Lab is integrated into lecture grade. labcoats,slides, blotch paper free in class!!

Prof. Brady is knowledgable and always willing to answer questions. I liked his stories, he has done some cool stuff and much of it was related to what we were going over in class. Graded only by exams, but there is no homework! Great for when you have to take another hard class same semester. Lec and lab study guide is your BF, know it!

Anatomy requires a lot of memorization. You really have to put the time and effort into the class to do well. Professor Brady is really good with answering questions and being there for his students and he does have some great stories that give you a break from studying for a bit. If you study, youll do well.

Lecture ppts are online, he gives out info that is necessary for exams during lecture. Exams aren't too hard as long as you go over the ppts and notes during lecture. He's very understanding and explains things well. People say he gets off tangent, but it kinda helps to remember info for exams. Subject itself is difficult, he makes it easier.

Prof Brady is very knowledgeable, he knows what he is teaching.. the whole online class during this pandemic he was awesome and it was easy to contact him for questions or concerns. He really helps his students, you have study a lot too. I took him for anatomy and micro, I finished both classes with an A and a B.
