One of the best teachers I've had the pleasure in having. Very passionate about subject turning history into something current and interesting. Go to class, pay attention, and do the weekly assignments and you're golden. Two essay finals, prompts given ahead of time. Would recommend to everyone, esp. history majors. Definitely taking another class.

DiLeo is my favorite prof. at Saddleback so far. He's an excellent teacher. He puts his own spin on things, but he leaves his political opinions out most of the time. He's a really nice guy. The class is easy if you do the work. Probably 2 hours/week of homework and it's easy. Midterm and final aren't too bad. I'm taking him again next semester.

One of the best teachers I've ever had; the class was absolutely amazing, it really makes you think. His class is pretty easy to pass as well; the lowest grade you can get is a C if you at least try, but achieving an A is a breeze. Be warned though his class will probably disturb and offend you at times; ironically that's what makes it attractive.
