Dr. Jordan is an amazing person, never mind teacher. He is incredibly patient, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, inspiring, and helpful. He makes you work for your grade, but you'll learn from every class and every assignment. I took him for both Strategic Management and my CAPSTONE and I was very satisfied with both. TAKE AT LEAST 1 OF HIS CLASSES!

Knows what he's talking about because he lives it. Will help you succeed at whatever you're interested in accomplishing. Take a class with Prof. Jordan if even remotely interested in starting your own business and/or in saving the world.

Dr. Jordan is the kind of professor you always hope to find, and rarely do. He cares strongly about the material that he's teaching, and who he's teaching it to. He's both highly optimistic, and strongly grounded in reality; his classes give you the skills to make the change you want to see in the world.

Dr. Jordan is one of the best professor I have had at Clark. He is incredibly passionate about the subject matter and puts a lot of time and effort into the course. Easily, Social Entrepreneurship is the best class I've taken in My college career. Mostly because DR. Jordan taught it, he is a large inspiration for following my dreams. When you meet him, he is both a humble teacher and a friend. He has helped me redefine my sense of a holistic education. Take his class. A real mentor who listens with pure heart.

Dr. Jordan is among the best professors at Clark. The Social Ent. class should be required for all Clark students. Many classes discuss globalization and poverty etc, but few provide a skillset to solve the problems associated with them. Dr. J continues to be an invaluable resource. Strategic Management with Dr. Jordan has been the best class that I have taken at Clark to complete my MPA. It is not required but I highly recommend completing it. It is the only class that truly brings together all management techniques and encourages higher level critical thinking about management issues. This class is a must!

Dr J is one of the best professors I have had at Clark. Coming from an International Development background, Dr J brought to life solutions for so many of the difficult issues I have learned so much about. Through inspirational lessons, teachings, and discussions, this class has become one of my favorite at Clark.

Strategic management class was excellent. Dr. Jordan employs a practical approach to teaching. We analyzed an actual organization and was able to make strategic recommendations. Dr. Jordan's expertise on the subject matter is incredible. It is both inspiring and motivating to have a professor so passionate about teaching.

Life changing course with a passionate, dedicated not-for-profit executive role model. You'd be crazy to take any other strat mgt course tho' you will work your little hoofs to the quick. Class is more hands-on than theoretical, learning by INTENSE case method-you do a 2-3 yr Strategic Management plan for an organization of your groups choosing.

The Strategic Mgmt class was very interesting and I learned a great deal. A lot of work was involved as we had to do a strategic plan on a real organization. As a full time employee this was difficult as I had to take time off work to accomplish. I recommend this class to anyone who really wants to learn strategic planning, just prepare to work

I have known professors who can brilliantly establish where one is. Dr. Jordan is the only professor who enthusiastically and brilliantly establishes this and then logically and magically helps students paint a picture from point A to a point B which changes the world (for the better). Gifted and assumes students can be same.

To put it simply, he's one of the best and the nicest professors I've ever had. I was amazed to see his passion for teaching and resolving social issues. I'm looking forward to taking more classes with him.

Dr. David Jordan is a great professor. The class requires a lot of work, but I learned an invaluable skill (strategic planning/consulting) which will look great on my resumé. I also learned a lot about how non profits should be run. His lectures can run a little long, but the information is mostly interesting and always valuable.

Dr. J is an excellent professor. I feel that all Clark students should take his SE class. This class has iterally changed my life (and major). The project worked on all semester is the toughest I've had in my entire college experience, but well worth it. But beware, lectures almost always run over the alotted time.

Dr. Jordan has a noticeable passion for his work and is very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and experience with his students. A definite "must take" course but beware, it demands a lot of input, both verbally and in writing, so be prepared to work!

Excellent professor easily the best in COPACE. He is incredibly respectful of his students and their opinions, and, as is reflected in all of these excellent reviews, that respect is returned. His classes do run the entire period and sometimes over, but every minute is full of important information. Every MPA student should take a class with Dr. J!

Legit one of the most amazing people I have ever met. The class isn't for the faint of heart and I'm not talking about workload; you have to talk about some heavy topics but even then he somehow manages to put a smile on your face before class is dismissed. And he is constantly throwing opportunities at you! You gotta take a class with him.

Professor Jordan always makes sure if you need help, you can go to him or just email him. This class can easily be an easy A, but that is ONLY if you actually do the work individually and with groups and participate on the Moodle discussionsdo the readings. It's very simple! Dr. Jordan is very passionate and if you take the class you will notice.

Dr. Jordan's Intro to Health Care Administration class was excellent. You work extraordinarily hard but gain immense knowledge. A directed study, particularly useful as I was a commuter during a harsh winter, all classes were conducted by phone. Fabulous real world speakers, amazing discussions, lots of reading, great assignments. Highly recommend!
