The internet allows for anonymity and people can say hurful things, they should be considerate. People easily exagerate etc. David Reagan may give out good grades, but he sets everyone up to work for them.

One of the best teachers at Camosun. He is very approachable, wants you to do well, and goes over material well. I wish I had every class with him or Pam Tobin. Open note quizzes too. Great stories which relate to class material.

His open note quizzes make his students learn the material so much quicker and make the tests much more useful. I've learned more already from this class than in any other. David is Great!

Great teacher, makes psychology fun and the open-note tests mean that you really do prepare! You learn alot despite the mildly slack atmosphere and his personal anecdotes make psychology relevent. I can't imagine getting up at 7am for any other class. Take a class with Reagan if you get the chance.

Definately a decent person and teacher. Clear expectations, well defined and sensible direction. DON'T talk to the person beside you when he's lecturing- you will walk away with your tail between your legs. He does tend to talk a little much, but I still enjoyed his course- worth taking.

Great teacher, lighter on students, I think he realizes how much stress being a full time student can be.He went out of his way to help me when i WAS in the hospital for a while this year. Very fair, preps everyone well for tests if they come to class.

I just finished Psyc 130 with David and I think it is very unfair that an other Psyc 130 student has given David a bad rating. David is the BEST -- he lectures are interesting and he really makes you work for your grade. Take David if you really want to learn -- not if you are a slackard.

david is and awesome teacher. he has tons of experience yet somehow manages to treat his students as equals. his tests are straightforward... do the online practice tests... sooo helpful! david is so encouraging and he gives you the opportunity to do well. can't wait to take anoth with him!

Great teacher. His quiz's are all multiple choice but I give him credit he knows how to make them hard. he has alot of experience in the field and truely does love what he teaches.

he seems like a slack teacher when you hear about his teaching style, but if you actually take the class you will realize that the way its set up, you learn in such a relaxed way that you dont even realize you know the entire text book. by far one of the best teachers ive had.

reagan is definetly the best prof i have ver had. at first it seemed like the class would be a breeze but he has it setup for your success. preparing for his tests is awsome because thats when you soak in all the information and u dont even realize it. If hes a possible prof make sure you take him!!

Psyc 130 with David is the best course I have taken at Camosun. David makes his lectures interesting with great video clips and demos -- and his seminars are great. I highly recommend David as a prof.

David's Psychology of Human Sexuality Course is great. David makes it very interesting and doesn't hesitate to tell it the way it is -- very candid conversations about sensitive topics. David is truly a master professor. I highly recommend you take all of David's classes if you want to really learn from a great guy.

I had David for Psych 130 and now i am in his Psychology 239 - human sexuality class. David is one of the best teacher's and he makes psychology so much fun. His tests are open note book - which take away the stress but you'd be amazed how much you learn still. I suggest to everyone to take this course, it's fantastic! (or just a class with david)

David does a great job with his Human Sexuality Course. He is very candid yet keeps the course academic. He has a great sense of humour, gives great lectures and really motivates students do work hard and learn. I highly recommend David as a professor -- he is the best.

This is the second class Ive taken with David and if you havent taken one, I recommend it. He has great lectures, and keeps you interested the whole time.

Fascinating class!! David handled "sensitive" subject matter professionally, with respect and a good sense of humour! Which is important. It's not a deathly serious subject. It's supposed to be fun! Classes are mostly videos and fun discussions. Seminars are a blast to attend when presentations start. Tests: study page #'s he gives a week before

Great teacher, Sets you up for an A ;)

David is a great teacher. He let u bring notes for tests and really cares. He doesn't like u talking & will call u on it & u will feel embarassed but u're there 2 listen so I see his point. He does tend to go on and on about stuff, but overall he is a GREAT teacher. I based my next semester around his Psych 130 class so I could have him as a teache

I LOVED his class! He is a FABULOUS teacher! I concer to what the other reviews have said. Just read the texts, ask questions, think about the stuff...and make good notes for the "quizzes" If you at all can, TAKE A CLASS WITH HIM!

David's Human Sexuality course is GREAT. He is very academic and yet presents all topics in great deal and is happy to answer all questions. He uses a great mix of lecture, Power Point, and videos. He also has a great sense of humour. His tests are fair and he preps you well. I really enjoy David's teaching -- and I am learning lots!!

David is an awesome professor. Lectures and seminars are interested and he is extremely approachable outside and inside of class. Willing to help with any problems or concerns you may have. Midterm has really big weighting though you are allowed notes! Best prof I've ever had by far!

He is very enthusiastic and passionate! He uses lots of video clips to get the concepts across, which is great if you are a visual learner like myself. Participation plays a key role in his class, so don't be afraid to ask questions (David encourages it!) I would definately recommend him to anyone taking a psychology class. GREAT TEACHER!!!!!

He's obviously vary passionate about what he teaches.It's a nice class to have especially if you have a full schedule. The small amount of work assigned is easy, yet it sinks in, and you actually learn something.

David is an excellent teacher. He is interesting and funny. He tells terrible jokes, but it makes him even funnier. I learned a lot from him, even though his class was quite easy. I just finished his psych 130 class, and am starting his psych 239 class tomorrow. I am excited!

David is passionate about Psych and wants you to do well. His classes are really easy, however, I learned more from his courses than any other. His lectures are engaging and interesting but don't follow the text. An easy marker and always available for help. Overall a great guy. I'm taking him again at least twice!

David is without a doubt the BEST psych teacher I've ever had. His passion for what he's doing comes through crystal clear in his lectures and he's just naturally a hilarious and helpful person. I can't recommend his class highly enough.

This class was really fun and interesting. He likes using videos and media during his presentations which helps break things up a bit. And the biggie..... You bring in NOTES for your midterm and final! This makes the course extremely easy to do well in.

Engaging, polite, incredibly knowledgeable. Allowed to take notes to exams. Does "practice" quizs. I've chosen my graduate specialization because of him. Do yourself a favour and take him.

David is a great professor. The comment below that he spends the first 20 minutes talking about his credentials and experience is just WRONG and RUDE -- read the other 90 comments and you will see all GREAT comments. Sad when someone needs to lie in an anonymous, online evaluation system -- so, so sad -- David is the BEST -- you will see!!

Great prof. Learnt alot, got an A+. Felt like the class notes may have been a bit too much of an advantage, but hey it helped my GPA. The one thing I will say is that taking notes became mandatory because you can use them in the exams. The big advantage of this was that it forced and really encouraged me to be engaged with the course material.

David is a fantastic teacher. I would recommend him for the first year psyc classes. He really does want his students to succeed, and is really understanding when life happens and you need an assignment extension etc. He does talk about his life experience, but it's interesting and relevant. Real nice guy who is way to fair to students. Real easy, if you cant pass his class you shouldnt be in college.

David is highly educated and loves his field, which comes through in his lectures. If you take the time to study and properly prepare your notes before exams, you should do fairly well on the exams. His questions can be a little wordy and confusing on tests. Don't miss labs, they are an easy way to bump up your final grade.

An absolutely amazing prof! He has changed my life and is such an inspiring individual. You are excited to come to class and his lectures are crystal clear. Very helpful and I would recommend him for Psych 130! Listens to everyone despite the amount of people in the class. David definitely knows his stuff and his course is very easy to comprehend. Makes it very interesting, and understands that not everyone can memorize everything in the text.

Reagan is an excellent teacher. His class is consistent with the syllabus, and is easy to follow. His lectures are clear, and his assignments are easy. In addition, he is very kind and very understanding. I really enjoyed him as a teacher and hope to have him again in the future.

By far the best teacher I've had in psychology!! Best lectures, always open to suggestion, his test techniques actually make you learn and understand the material in a helpful way. He's engaging, brings in guest speakers, uses different formats for lecture ie: videos, pictures, guests, speaking etc.

Honestly if you need an easy GPA booster he's the prof you want. He let us take pages of notes into the exams and gave us study sheets with all the terms that would be on the exams. I slept through the entire semester and got an A.
