Great motivational speaker type of teacher, can make any topic interesting. A fun guy with a great happiness for life.

Ruby is great, one of the best profesors I've had. Great stories, genuinely cares about the students. ICORE wouldnt be the same w/out him.

Easy Class. Rube is a jokester. It is entertaining to go to his class but I am not convinced that you actually learn all that much. Even so, it's easy credits in his classes.

One of the most genuinely kind people you will ever come across. I have no clue what I learned in his class, but for some reason it was fun. Tests are impossible, but even when you fail miserably, Ruby will make you feel great. Know diesel therapy.

Rubie is the coolest professor in Kelley. He makes students feel good about themselves during the hell they call ICORE. Students who dont learn from him are not smart enough to connect strategy with the real world

Rubenstein had a good heart and made class fun. I didn't find his class to be very hard as long as you did the readings and came to class.

Fanstastic energy, great teaching style. Not always the most substinence in his lectures, but genuinely cares about the material and the students.

He's a really good guy and has a great heart. This is the first time I have had him as a teacher and I am not disappointed at all. He cares about the students and how they are doing. Sometimes he'll get off the subject in his lectures, but none the less he's a great guy and quite funny.

By far the most fun prof I've ever had. Such a kind person that really cares about his students. Every Kelley should have him at least once in their college career!!

He was one of the best teachers I ever had. Funny as hell! Sometimes he loses hiself in tangents, but listen to the tangents because they always some how find their way on his tests.

The best professor I've had at IU and definatly the best ICORE professor. He makes class fly by and fun. His tests can be tricky, alot of "None of the Above" so watch out for that. He loves Kelley's but he loves underdogs most of all. He'll always there to help. Just an awesome person!

Random. Says completly random thing that you'd never think he'd test you on but does. Seriously PAY ATTENTION in class. The dumbest things he says are on the test. He loves his students and is always willing to help. Go to office hours because he'll end up giving you exam questions discrete. oh yeah... cars are like rice.

Absolutely fabulous professor! Truly inspiring and cares about his students so much. Make the effort to see him outside of class/get to know him and he'll likely bump up your grade up. Takes good amount from reading and from lectures so go to class. Tests can be a tad challenging, so cramming usually won't work well. A VERY memorable professor!

Very funny teacher. Boring class but makes it interesting. Once you figure out how he tests you, it is easy to do well. He tests you on all of his TRIVIAL sayings. He makes metaphors that won't be applicable but he will test you on them. Just write down all the goofy things he says and you'll do great.

BEST PROFESSOR IVE HAD AT IU!! so encouraging and will always help you if you need it. Go to his office hours before exams and you will get a TON of answers to the tests. He also gives you like 4-5 questions from the tests in class and they are only 30 question tests. LOVE HIM!

Great guy all around. I wouldn't call his tests the easiest, but if you read the assigned section and take notes in class, you should do fine on the tests. Also clarity is never an issue with this guy seeing as he practically yells the entire lecture.

He is a great guy, extremely funny, but tests aren't the easiest. Loved being in his class though, there's no chance of falling asleep

He is just an old, big bundle of joy always smiling and telling you that you can do better. He tells you what sections you need to have read and what will be on the test that he goes over in class. I haven't got lower than a 90 on any of my tests, just look over the sections and study. I would recommend this class to anyone!

David Rubinstein is amazing. He imparts great knowledge about the real world and treat his students like MBA students. You'll do badly only if you DO NOT STUDY. So study and you'll see results.

Amazing professor! Since IU, I have graduated from law school (in which he wrote my rec to get in), and practice corporate law, and still fondly remember him as my all-time favorite professor! Thanks Professor Rubinstein! :)

GREAT class! Actually looked forward to coming to class. Would always leave feeling inspired and happy. He is enthusiastic and funny and cares about his students. In a 200 person class, he knew me by first and last name. This is the type of teacher that everyone should have no matter your major. The tests were average, he always uses a curve too.

Z302 with Rubinstein was kinda easy in receiving grades, however I did not really learn any useful stuff studying it. Most exam questions come from book, 20% from in-class. Team project was fun and he is very generous grader.

Professor Rubinstein is truly a unique professor because he cares about each and every one of his students. He's hilarious, kind, and tells memorable stories that make class and getting to know him so worthwhile. He leads with us wanting to succeed and is very genuine. Easily one of the most invested professors I had in my undergraduate career at IU. Also one of the best people I have ever had the honor of knowing. I don't know if I've ever seen someone more passionate about such a boring subject haha. He's a real gem- the class itself wasn't that interesting (in my opinion), but he kept things entertaining, and it's an easy A if you can just show up and listen.

Professor Rubinstein is one of the greatest professors I have ever had at Indiana Univeristy. This course was very intimidating yet he made it very entertaining and relevant. This class is not easy by any means but if you go to all the lectures, listen to his advice, and complete all the assignments thoroughly you will do well and learn a lot!

There's a reason you don't see very many bad reviews. Those bad reviews are likely people who didn't take the time to come to class everyday. If you come to class everyday you will easily pass with an A. The assignments are enjoyable and not difficult at all. This class is about building your personal skills, not memorizing boring business terms!

Professor Rubinstein genuinely cares about his students. He will check in on how you're doing and he really wants all of his students to exceed! The only negative that I have is that he does not use the Canvas calendar, so you have to keep track of when assignments are due because they won't pop up in your to do list.

If you don't take a class with him you are truly missing out. The most genuine professor Ive ever had. Truly cares about you and your success as a student. As long as you show up to class, he explains every assignment very clear. Assignments are all short 2-3 page papers. You seriously wont regret it, I wish I could take another class with him.

He's funny, passionate, and wants to help you do well so bad that he will email you to make sure you're keeping up on things. You'll want to come to every class, as taking notes will ensure you get an A on everything. Match his energy and you're sure to pass with an A+.

If you're minoring in Business you MUST take Z302 with Professor Rubinstein. He cares so much about student success and his class is structured so that you succeed. He always ends class early and there is barely any work outside of class. Show up, study for exams, and give your best effort and you will get an A+. Truly one of the best professors.

Really great guy, you can tell he cares about his students. He's not very tech savvy, but lectures are good. As long as you show up in class, and read the textbook before exams you really can't go wrong. About 6 or 7 assignments/exams in the class but not bad overall.

He's a great person but don't take this class if you think it's gonna be easy 3 credits because you actually have to pay attention in class since he has some stuff from there on quizzes and you can't find them online half the time since they're stuff he made up.

Prof. Rubinstein is a great professor - unique and caring for his students. Do not take his Z302 class in the summer though, because he only has 5 quizzes, and you can only get a maximum of 1 question wrong on each quiz to end the class with an A.
