Mr Sanders is awesome! He is a genuine chill dude, and knows his stuff when it comes to Math. He is helpful in and out of class and is easy on your grades. His techniques on teaching make it simple even if Math may have seemed hard before. He is quite the character too, you will laugh in this class, or at least crack a smile =D

Mr. Sanders knows the material and is able to make it interesting. His tests are challenging, but the material is covered in his lectures. He is always there for help and student effort is rewarded. I ended up liking a math class, "I never expected that!" Very easy going and kinda cute!

At first I didn't think I was going to like his class. When he lectures from time to time, he tends to jump all over the place. But he is a great teacher. He gives lots of extra credit and he even tutors outside of class. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I enjoyed working with him because he explained every assigment with extreme clarity, which was truly helpful in accomplishing a passing grade. Was a very funny guy! Always kept the class entertained and not boring. Knows his stuff and keeps doing it until you understand it. VERY helpful teacher! Follow his instructions and you'll be set. Do ALL homeworks and actually put forth effort and you'll get the A. I am NOT a math person by any means, and I got an A. If i can do it so can you, Mr. Sanders wants you to pass! you just have to want it too!

This class was not an easy A you must work for your grade and if you feel you're struggling all you have to do is work with him. I was completely satisfied with this course. I do recommend him if you're willing to work for it.

No, he is not an easy A for most. But you are given multiple chances to earn better grades. He doesn't like people asking questions during lecture, so go see him during office hours for one on one time. ALWAYS finish the homework before the test or he won't drop your lowest grade. There are a lot of resources to help you, use them.

What can i say that hasn't already been said. Great professor who teaches very well. Makes the course work easy to understand and throws in humor to keep your attention during the boring subjects. Just wish he wear more Marvel comic t-shirts instead of DC comic t-shirts.

All Mr. Sanders ask is that you come to class and pay attention. He is very heplpful teacher. Mr. Sanders provides worksheets that will help you tests. If you need extra help like me visit him during office hours and he also recommend you visit the math lab as well. Doing your homework on time is a plus. I would recommend him.

Mr. Sanders Math 130 class was a challenging class for me. Every test I took made me push myself harder as a student. Thoughtout his class, I remained postive, worked harder, and did fine in the class. I advice future students to take Mr. Sanders class, do not panic on the test, do your homework, ask questions, work harder and remain positive.

Mr. Sanders is a good teacher and knows his stuff basically he is not there to baby you don't expect it to be easy. Do the homework! Take your time and practice the material outside of class. He gives you every point possible you deserve. Overall I would recommend him and ask for help as needed.

Mr. Sanders knows his math, but because of that knowledge he sometimes assumes that you know it too! If you go to class, keep up with the online homework, and try to keep an open mind you will most probably be successful in this class. The first couple of classes, I really didn't think i was going to pass this class because of his teaching style, but if you do ALL your homework and try to get at least an A on all the homeworks, you will get an A in this class. Just PAY ATTENTION. I'm horrible at math and he got me to understand it.

Mr. Sanders is a very good teacher, I mean the first test I didn't score an A but that was only because I didn't really study his notes, I noticed that his test all strictly from his notes, so trust me study his notes and practice all his examples and you would get an A. He is very friendly and likes to give extra credit. I would totally recommend.

Take this guy! It was my first math class in three years so I had to put alot into it. He is always in his office for office hours hours. He helped me when I needed it. His tests are a little tricky but he will help you a little on the test to point you in the right direction.He explains the problems really good. It was his first time teaching trig

Mr.Sanders is a great teacher. He is willing to go the extra mile to help his students, and he is very hands on. I really like his teaching methods and i would really recommend that you take him if your serious about learning your math.

Extremely friendly, easy to talk to person. Very straight forward about what each student needs to learn and presents each new chapter in a clarifying manner. Always there for each individual, even for students who are not currently in his classes. Loves what he teaches and has a fantastic work ethic towards it.

He is a very interesting teacher that enjoys Trig and it shows while he is teaching. Be warned, however, that he can be confusing at times. He is very helpful and I recommend you seeing him during office hours or after class if you are in need of help. Start doing your Homework on Peachtree early because it can be difficult.I used an old textbook.

Excellent teacher. I did not like math before him. Now thanks to his help I am taking Math 118 and Math 130 together. I got an A+ this semester like never before. But if you are not interested in the class or skip classes this is not a good teacher for you. If you look for help and go to his office hours he will give you almost tutoring for free.

Students will be able to pass Mr. Sanders 130 class if they would just attend class regularly, do homework on time, and study the notes he gives out in class (his tests' questions are based on his notes. He is a very helpful professor, he is always helping his students.

I took sanders over the summer and it was an intense class!!!! However he is very helpful and wants to see all of his students pass. He has humorous stories that he randomly tells... Ha ha. I would definitely recommend him. His tests come exactly from his notes. So study his notes.

Go to his office, do the homework and practice from the review problem sheets on blackboard. Also use the math help center. He is helpful and says some of what will be on the test, so make sure you know those parts well. The class can be fun too :) TL;DR Practice and Enjoy

David Sanders is a great teacher and is very helpful. He is also very funny which makes math less painful. I would definitely recommend him. I never understood math and always struggled with it. He made math seem like it was easy to learn and for the first time I understood math. I went from being a D (almost F) student to and A thanks to him.

I would take another course with him because I like his teaching style, and hes enthusiastic. When I did go to class, I wasnt falling asleep because he made the course interesting.

He wants you to KNOW the math. Show ALL of the work on a test question and you'll get extra credit. He's terrible about interrupting his lesson to answer a question. But he has A LOT of office hours and really wants to help. Hit him up in his office and he will spend as much time as it takes to answer your questions. He REALLY wants you to succeed.

I haven't been to high school in over 10 years. I ended the semester with a 4.0 GPA in Math 094. Mr. Sanders can sometimes be confusing in his lectures, so ASK QUESTIONS! If at any point you don't understand something, go to his office. He will do any and everything to help you pass. He is also BIG on extra credit. This goes a long way for many.

Mr. D is definitely one of the best teachers at Delgado. Math isn't an easy subject but he makes sure you understand the material. There's always a review day the day before the test so no reason you should fail the test. He cares a lot for his students and wants them to pass. He will go above & beyond to make sure you understand and pass the class

I had Mr. Sanders for Math 091 in Fall 2009, Math 130 in Spring 2013 and now Math 120 this semester. I was used to his homework rules and personality. He explained the material in class for students who did not understand the lecture. He gave extra credit ie a problem or a question for bonus points. He offered one on one tutoring in his office.

The best math teacher I've ever had. I've always been about average in my math classes, but his class is the only one where I've done above average because he actually helps his students to learn, plus he's not like the typical math teacher who comes to class stone cold. Full 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Sanders is always there to help even through he is busy with other things he has going on and when he as other students in his office. He goes over the material very clear and explanatory and asks if we understand as he goes along. He is a very good professor I would recommend anyone to take him.

Me. Sanders is great with explaining the material. He creates his own notes ahead of time and they are easy to learn from. I wouldn't recommend skipping his class because missing out on those notes would not be beneficial. He is always willing to help also.

Mr. Sanders truly cares about his students. He has a level of respect for his students that is unmatched and it is felt deeply in the classroom by the students and teacher alike. It creates a comfortable atmosphere where we can learn and ask questions and do our best. The tests are clear cut, what he teaches is on the test. Write down what he says!

If you put in the effort, show up to class every day, pay attention, and do the homework, you will pass. Mr. Sanders' criteria for grading is very clear and the only thing I disagreed with was that the final was 40% of your grade. However, he does give a lot of bonuses and extra credit. Definitely one of the more personable teachers I've ever had.

Unlike Math 130, Math 120 is more using words and less math. Mr. David gave take home test and had 3 in class test. Overall It was a good class and passed it. I recommend students to take him.

Cons,(if you want to call it that): Tests are hard, Homework doesn't justify the test material so you have to study your notes and find adequate practice problems. pretty common. Pros: extra credit, always in his office, always helps if you ask, clear lectures. At the end of the semester the exam will be so easy it will blow your mind. Great Proff

Great teacher, this is my second time having him. He makes you want to learn the material in order to not disappoint him. He is a huge help, and really cares about his students.

Solid teacher. Available during office hours for students needing help. You will have to work for your grade. Tests are hard but he is a generous grader and will give credit for anything he can. Show your work - If answer is wrong you can get points for showing that you know the method. Learn what you missed on tests and exam will be a breeze.

You definitely need to work for your grade. He's willing to help in anyway possible but you have to at least try. You don't really need the book because he teaches many shortcuts which make the material easier to understand. He also partial grades so even if you get the answer wrong you can get points just for doing something right.

When I took the class with Mr Sanders, I was nervous and lacked confidence. He helped me with both of those things Mr. Sanders was always in his office to help me with my math. His tests are graded on "actual" partial credit and got me ready for the final exam. Take him!

Mr. Sander is a Fantastic teacher. My Favorite summer class i've taken. Lots of credit for showing work and not too heavy on the homework, just online quizzes every week or so. Show up and put down what you know and test day and you'll be golden. Above all else Mr. Sanders is one groovin dude, if you're into music check out his radio show.

You will learn one way and then have to practice for the test in a totally different way then your test will be the same in the beginning. He is a good professor. He will teach you well but this class is confusing.

David Sanders is a solid choice for a mathematics professor. Math does not come easy for me personally; but he is a good teacher and more than willing to answer your questions and help you succeed if he sees you putting for the effort. He made the material clear and understandable, and he was also patient with my many questions.

I would take this teacher over and over. He really helps you if you are willing. His tests can be a little difficult but if you actually do your homework on math lab, you will pass. He would tutor some of us students and it was very appreciated.

You don't have to attend classes and he will still make Math easy. I am not even sure why he teaches in a Community College this dude is extremely smart and knowledgeable. I'm not the best in Math, but he teaches well. I was going to drop the class at first, but I came back strong in the second half of the semester and passed. I would definitely take him again.

I literally cannot see how anyone would fail his course bc he gives sooo many chances for you to pull up your grade.. if you show you care about passing, He will pass you.

Professor Sanders was a great teacher. He is sarcastic so be ready for that. He stressed on doing homework and spending time at home studying or you would not pass his class. I found him to accessible after class for any questions I had. I took the class during the pandemic so the switch to online was tough for him but he made it work

Prof Sanders is AMAZING. He helped me so much through out class. I missed my exam due to my power going out and i didn't think that was something i can make up, but he messaged me and i explained and he let me take it. He is the best math teacher i have ever had.

Mr Sanders is a great professor. He keeps things very light and is very approachable. He give plenty of opportunities to receive extra credit if you do the work. You can ask questions and he will answer them and he goes over the material at a steady pace while always checking in with us to make sure we understand what hes saying.

I really loved this math class. The lectures were just over an hour long, and very engaging. The software, ALEKS, made it extremely easy to reinforce the material immediately. Prof Sanders is incredibly articulate and will give you the tools you need to succeed. The content is not very challenging, but like all math, it requires practice!

He was a very flexible professor. Class was set back by covid and a cat 4 hurricane; but I still feel much better prepared for college algebra. He grades very fairly. Stay organize, do the work and study for tests ahead of time. Don't be afraid to message him with any questions either! He may come off slightly sarcastic but he means well.

To be honest, he explains every single detail that you need to understand what you are doing with every single number, and symbols. I really appreciate this kind of teaching. I'll recommend you to take Mathematics with him if you want to understand Algebra.
