Hated this class. I was supposed to be learning about how to build arguments but all we did was discuss his personal views. If you spoke out against his opinion he made you seem stupid and when asked what was going to be covered on the final considering all we talked about that sem. were his views all he got mad & told us that was a childish ques.

His Global Ethics class was so boring. His structure is so lazily put-together and non-engaging that it took every cell in my body to not fall asleep even thinking about this course. The material is interesting but too complex and wordy, just like his discussions. Expect to have to do outside research to understand the concepts covered.

Boring professor. You read convoluted articles meant for pretentious scholars and have to hear him spit illogical sentences back to you. Graded by a midterm and final paper by which you are left alone to figure out. Super dreadful and engaging. Do not take this guy If you want an interesting class.

Very boring lectures, argues everything that is said. Doesn't put any grades in. Interrupts when you are talking, is very rude. Doesn't understand things that are mentioned, and doesn't understand any explanations. The only work that was given was discussion posts every week.

The class is easy enough if you pay attention and do the discussion board. The readings he assigns are wordy and hard to follow, but as long as you answer you'll be fine. Does nothing but lecture and disagrees with students. Very boring class, but an easy one. I didn't study or take notes and ended with a decent grade. I missed a ton of classes too

He is super nice and friendly but has no problem debating during class to make you think deeper. He requires a midterm and final essay, and those are the only mandatory assignment!. Other than that he offers discussion board activities to earn extra grades if you don't want to just rely on the papers. He is always available to talk after class.

I took online PHIL1104 with him. He is very dedicated to his teaching and I can tell he cares a lot. He is kinda tough when it comes to grading writings but not too too bad. The class is always reading, discussion, writing. very predictable which I like, and the topics are interesting. He is also very kind and knowledgeable about the material.

I took professor Slutsky for PHI220 thinking it would be a breeze. The whole class is a discussion class and participation matters for class. This one was so boring and I looked at the clock waiting for it to be done every class. Only 4 writing assignments for grades including midterm and final. I don't recommend if you don't like to sit there.

I really liked professor slutsky, but his classes are so boring, it's one of those classes where you're watchin the clock. There is also a no electronic policy in his class, even if you look at your phone he will call you out and act like you're a criminal. He's a pretty nice guy though and super passionate about what he teaches.

Super easy class, little to no assignments but the class is just so boring. Watching the clock type of class. I mean little work again so makes up for it. All based on like 5 papers
