He gives you alot of chances to pass the class. Our final was 35 out of 30 multiple choice and only counted the correct ones and took off for anything below 20 mistakes!

I've gone through two calc teachers and prof tepper is by far the best at explaining. He's funny and not corny and he will explain everything if you just listen. He offers test reviews (which professors seldom do). He even offers weekend tutoring

the best. goes fast but stops to review and basically goes over the test. Gives chances to make up for failing grades. this semester he's counting only 3 highests tests scores out of 5 tetsts. very FUN class.

He's hard to understand but he goes over the material a million times so you'll eventually get it, by the end of the term you'll do fine on you finals. Do your work and it's an easy A.

The best professor ever. Very easy A if u can work as a team member (on a test) and know how to cheat. Doesn't teach that well, but he's very easy. ALMOST doesn't take attendence. Take this class, you won't regret it.

He is a very good grader. Gives you many chances to do well. His tests have nothing that he does not go over. His review sessions are great. He'll make sure you get the highest grade possible as long as he knows you made an effort.

OMG EASY! Go to the reviews and PASS, guaranteed, learn how to cheat or go up to the desk to "ask" a question, while ur there, drone off and just check out his answer guide.

This guy is awesome. Very funny guy as well. He left us in stitches. Gives many exams and drops the lowest 2 scores. He explains everything. I got an F in calc with Wang, took this guy and got an A. Funny thing is I worked harder in Wangs class.

He's a good teacher. You'll get out of the class what you demand from it. True, you can pass without doing much work; but if you actually pay attention and do some of the homework like you're supposed to, it wouldn't be so confusing.

He's sometimes funny. Mostly corny, but at least it keeps you distracted from falling asleep. He teaches for his tests, so if you pay attention to the class examples you'll do fine (if you do a couple of hw problems and go over your notes you'll get an A)

He is awesome. He grades most people much higher than they should be getting. Definitely take him. However, be prepared for some vulgar language.. he uses the F word a lot. He's funny though.

he teaches a bit fast but he's a really good teacher. he reviews the material for like almost two weeks before the test and he teaches the material step by step so u would understand it. he gives hw but doesnt collect it. but u should do it anyway.

If you dont take him you'll fail with another.

well, i deserved an A and he gave me a B+..i gotta go and talk to him...i took him in summer and he was MADDDDDDDD EASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSy...only one exam and a final..he rocks in summer.

I just took him in the summer and got an A. He is wonderful and really explains math in a way everyone can understand. Im so glad I took him - I definitely learned a lot from him =)The best!

Tepper is the man. I got a B in the class and I suck at math. I barely studied. He just knows how to explain things well I guess and I payed attention. He can be funny at times too.

GReat guy, funny, uses the F word a lot to keep you awake. Reviews for tests and gives out study sheets. Very easy. But teaches a bit fast.

Tepper is the man. If u fools cant do good in tepper's class u don't belong in Baruch. He is one of the best Baruch has. The best math professor in Baruch.

Prof Tepper is the best professor in Baruch. Anybody taking his class should be glad to have him as your math professor. I recommend him A+++.

I rated him high but he's a real ****. He chose math as his career not b/c he likes it but b/c there was an opportunity there since there are few people in the US who like math. He's rude and hates giving grades above C b/c he had a C average when in college.

he is a really great guy and very helpful.if u are not very good at math take him but make sure to do all his assignments(he doesent asks for it) and go through his review sheet before his exams and u will do very good on this course.

This guy was SOOOOOO easy. If I would have taken the class with another professor would have gotten an F with my grades, but even with my 45 average I got an A-. LOVE THIS PROFESSOR! If you wan't to learn something then don't take him. Easiest grade by far.

he's a good prof. if you keep up with the material, the tests are easy, got an A in his class but i kept up with the work during the course, his exams are staight foward and he's simple and not strict. take him if you can keep up with your work, its an easy A if you can just keep up with the work. he's cool too.

BEST PROFESSOR EVER!!! Math is my worst subject and I took it before and got a F, but this time I got a A. If I could get a A in this class, anyone can get a A. Listen, build your entire schedule around this class. He's a great guy and a great grader, especially when compared to the other horrible Math teachers in Baruch's department. Doesn't take attendance, gives 3 tests and a final. Big Curves.

He's a great guy and easy grader, but does not prepare you for the department final. PLUS, you are not well prepared for the next class. If you are not a strong math student, take another teacher so you will be better prepared for the final test and calculus.

He is such a nice guy, but he isn't that great of a teacher. He does give big curves, but in order to pass you need to teach yourself like I did. Whenever you asked him to explain himself, he would get mad.

he is better than all the calc professor. very humble and easy going professor. big curves and you can cheat in his class. highly recommended who just want to pass this course and do not want to learn anything.. MATHS major/minor. stay away :)

plzz dont take him i am agree with other student he is easy but u have to study ur own. first of all he doesnt know how to teach. may be its sound good that he give big curves and easy but u have to pass the final inorder to get credit soo trust me u have to prepar with out any prof help. if u can take him otherwise say away.

This guy is the best teacher ever created. You can literally not go to class and have a 100 test average. Trust me im going through it right now. The only thing is you must study for the final because he cant help you by curving the final. He curves each test and drops the lowest grade. I am telling you he is a guaranteed good grade for anyone !

nice, sweet professor but he can't really teach. EASY A though!!! he go through homework with you but most of his explanations are not clear at all. He is nice but he is really bad at explanations!!! Sit at the front and he will think that you are a good students. Once he likes you, you're in good hands!!

Awesome teacher, very easy going guy. He is there to help you if you want it, remember math is a subject where you get out what you put in. Tepper gives webworks and goes over practice finals constantly, take advantage if you dont understand something ASK, he will answer and always does his best to make sure you understand whats neededfor the final

Tepper is the man. He's a good teacher and even though he makes small mistakes and confuses himself which then confuses us but he is a nice guy. He does webworks and tries to help the students. He wants you to do good.
