Great prof, nice guy. He's organized and structured. E-mails Power Point slides followed in lecture & provides a study guide for well constructed multiple choice exams. Keeps lectures fun by involving students in applying concepts. Provides extra credit throughout semester. Wants you to learn AND pass. If you don't, you worked hard not to.

Great prof, very helpful. You want to go to lectures some of his test questions are mentions in lectures and not in notes, also read the book he picks examples out of the book and places them on the test. Clearly taught 311, took it two semesters ago at the clinic with him.

GPA BOOSTER....If you dont get an A, your retarted!!!! He gives you the test, before the test...and at the end, he added 25 points to out FINAL GRADE!!!! If you got a 75%, you got an 100%. Nobody needed their 25% but a few people, shows how eay he is. He is fun and makes class interesting. Go to class, takes attendence randomly!!

Awesome prof! Study guides are amazing, know what's on them and you will ace the test. 50 multiple choice questions, which correspond to 50 points on study guide. A few homework assignments and random attendance count for the rest of your grade. Wants you to learn AND wants you to do well! A rare thing with profs!

Good Teacher. Take his class for psych. motivation. He gives you a study guide for the three test and they are all questions on test. Easy to understand, take attendance 8 times so you get points for being there when attendance taken. Makes it easy to get your grade up with homework(easy assignments) and attendance.

Great teacher! Go to class for the attendance and just study the study guides really hard. Tests are same questions as the guide. You don't have to even pay attention in class. Teaching method is very effective he is extremely helpful and understanding.

He's boring. Tends to talk too much and give way too many examples, but he's funny and that wakes you back up. His study guides are magnificent, 50 questions in the order they appear on the test, and he gives you page numbers to find them on and takes most from the powerpoints. Attend class for attendance points and study off the study guides = A!

If you do not get an A in Psychology of Motivation you are an absolute idiot and should drop out of college. Homework assignments are personality test and opinions and take two-three minutes. Extra Credit is given. Three exams and he literally gives you every single question and where exactly to find the answer.

Very clear and gives lots of examples. Has a power point for you to follow by and explains each slide in detail. Gives study guides and exams are multiple choice. Sometimes he curves exams but he gives you the opportunity to get an A and pass the class, you just have to come to class and study the study guides and you will get a good grade.

Give you study guides and the exams are the same as the study guides. If a class were to be too easy then it would be this one.

One of the best instructors at CSU. He made the subject matter interesting. Study guide is very helpful. I actually learned something from this class and wish he taught more classes that I still need to take.

AMAZING! Highly recommend this professor to anyone taking PSY 101. He was so leniant and understanding, notes were what we studied for on tests, made study guides, VERY kind and open to ideas/questions, and just overall kindness. CHOOSE HIM !!!! BEST professor EVER.

He is one of the best psych professors I've had! He is very understanding when it comes to a student being sick and takes the time to help catch the student up to speed. He takes the time to help students understand the material and cares that his students succeed! Psychology of Motivation with him is Definitely a Must Take Course!

My absolute favorite psychology teacher, ever. Didn't get the book for Psychology of Motivation and have gotten A's on all the exams so far as well as homeworks, which take 3 mins of your time. Provids powerpoints & study guides. I enjoyed going to this class & actually learned a lot! Defnitely recommend him to anyone that is/isn't a psych major!

BEST PROFESOR EVER! I'm currently taking MLR 343, I absolutely love taking his classes. I?ve learned so much. I had previously taken MLR 321 with him as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I wish the Department would have Dr. Topor as full time professor soon. Im sad I won?t be able to take his classes in the future. Go to class, you will not regret it.

Is a very understanding teacher when it comes to emergencies with students such as family crisis, illness, etc. He is willing to work with students to succeed but does not coddle you. Encourages growth as a student. Reading the book is essential for core knowledge of his course and concise power points help to clarify the information immensely.

The course was easy and often the material boring, but he presented it well and kept my attention 90% of the time. He prepared you well for exams with study guides. The assignments were interesting and easy. I did not buy the book and still got an A.

Amazing teaching skills Mr. Topor has. He should teach the other teaches how to teach. it is a blast taking his class, even at 8 PM. you will not regret getting in his class, if you are lucky. register early :) Enjoy your time and be there for the good examples he gives. You wot regret this class.

Best Prof I had during my whole bachelors at CSU. Fantastic lecturer, knows his stuff, energetic, really nice guy. My only complaint is that he doesn't make the class challenging enough. If I didn't want to learn, I could goof off in every class and cram the night before the test with his study guide.

Hands down one of the easiest courses I've taken. I went to the first 2 classes and realized that he was literally reading from the pp that he puts online. I didn't buy the book, studied the pp (and the study guide he puts online) night before the test and got a 45/50. Hmwk is sparce and easy. Awesome guy, too. Funny and upbeat. Take him.

sooooo hot!!! love his class very understanding taking another class with him now. class is not mandatory does not take attendents, gives out study guides, post everything on black board. class is not boring like most professors. definitely would recommand his class to anyone.

Topor is a great professor! If you have to take a Psychology class, then take it with him! He explains the material well, and he makes the class enjoyable. He is a great person and is very kind! Great teacher!

He literally gives you the test before the test. Extremely nice and interesting. Easy A, didn't even bother going to class.

Easiest teacher to deal with. Assignments are clear from the beginning, deadlines clear as well. Just go to class and pay attention, hte study guide is a must before the tests. Book is only needed before the test, so it can be shared. If you want respect, give some and you won't regret it. Overall, the best professor in 4 semesters there.

Very upfront of what is expected. Provides study guides for exams to help students. The exams are very fair. If you study the guide you will do very well. Great professor and willing to help students anyway. If you need to take a MLR course, Dr. Topor is the way to go.

If you need to take any MLR class, take this professor. He tells you exactly what is expected, explains every assignment in detail, and even hands out a study guide for every exam that looks almost identical to the exam (except questions are scrambled). If you follow instructions and study according to the study guide, then easy A.

Easiest "A" you can hope to get in college. He gives you the premise for EVERY question on the exam in his study guides. I stopped showing up to class after the fourth week except for exam days and project turn-in days and I got a 98% in the class. You have to be an absolute moron to get below a B.

This is one of my best professors in my MBA program thus far. I took him for both MLR 501 (online) and MLR 601. Dr. Topor REALLY knows his stuff! He's dedicated to his student's success, engagement, and understanding and gives you all of the resources needed to get the grades you want. The online class was more challenging than in classroom.

Discussion based class with only an Midterm and Final. Gives an amazing Study Guide for both test which makes them almost un-fail-able. Great teacher and highly recommended

He is really a nice professor. I am strongly recommend him. You will never miss his class once it started because it is so interesting. He wants everyone to be successful. He relates everything thing to real world applications. I have got A.

this class was not too bad i like the teacher he was nice and tried to make class enjoyable and was clear cut and explained everything. there where 3 test a quiz and a project. the quiz and project where easy and for the tests he will give you a review that will tell you everything thats on the test you just have to study that.

Easy class. 3 exams which he gives a study guide to with exactly what will be on the exam. One homework assignment and 1 test. He is clear with what his assignments are. You don't have to come to class to pass. I rarely came to class. Would defiantly recommend.

He goes above and beyond to help his students. He even chooses older editions of his book because he knows we are college students and do not have an abundant amount of money to shell out for new editions. He gives out extra credit for showing up to class on certain occasions (like Valentine's day or some other day that kids skip). Definitely take!

Dr. Topor does not require attendance. This class consisted of 3 tests, 1 paper, and 1 quiz (after reading a short article). His tests are 99% based on his lectures and powerpoints (powerpoints posted on blackboard).

One the best professor I ever had at CSU. He gives a lot of real-world examples and allows for interaction and feedback. The study guide tells you exactly what going to be final. No surprise. If you attend class regularly you will receive an A. I am taking him for another course

A very straightforward online class. He's organized and very clear about expectations. There weren't many discussion board assignments like in a lot of other online classes. No muss no fuss.

Topor is so awesome. I took this class based on his reviews, thinking this would be an easy A. This is NOT the case! You HAVE to study. He gives great lectures, and if you choose not to go, it's your loss. He gives you the materials you need to succeed, so if you choose not to use them, you get the grade you deserve. Best prof I've ever had.

Don't purchase the book. Tests from lectures that are very problem focused. Good class, and he explains clearly if you have questions. I would take his class again.

Online class for me. The topics/reading were interesting. On top of the readings I'd watch a few youtube clips, and I felt really prepared for the weekly quizzes. DO NOT fall behind. He does not accept late work. Do the work and you'll be fine. Make it easy on yourself, follow syllabus/directions everything is in order to a T.

One of the best professors CSU has to offer! Would recommend everyone to take his class. A lot to study for the two exams but if you look over the study guide you will pass. Has a big class presentation at the end of the year but it is extremely easy.

Great professor, took him for training and for HRM. Very clear grading criteria, and he tosses out bad questions on exams so you usually end up doing better. Super fair and very caring.

Dr. Topor is knowledgeable and knows his material. Grade is based on 3 tests which is awful because I'm not a good test taker. I read the chapters and studies his power points but got a C+ in his class. His a tough grader and his tests are tough. I was close to a B but got a c.

One of the best professors at CSU. Always finishes up class early, gives a study guide for each exam, makes the material easy to understand, makes class worth going to. This was my fifth class with him and he is consistent throughout all of his courses. Take his classes if/when you can.

There's a reason why he has a 4.9 rating. One of the best professors I have taken. This is my second time having a class with him and he is great. Clear grading guidelines and practical assignments that help you understand the material.

You will get what you earn in his class. Professor Topor is upfront and provides information to be successful. He is accessible and very pleasant. Students get intimidated after they read his syllabus but come to learn and keep up with the readings you will be fine. Follow his power points, and ask for his advice on group projects. GOOD LUCK!!

Great instructor. Makes difficult concepts easy

Dr. Topor is awesome. Very welcoming. Straightforward. There is a lot of reading for this class. HR heavy. 1 HW assignment due each week. 1 midterm/1 final which he practically spoon feeds you the questions and answers. Glad to have met him and taken this class.

Professor Topor is a very striaghtforward administrator. You aren't going to get any surprises, and likely won't encounter many instances of miscommunication. If you understand the syllabus he gives you, and put honest effort in to the assignments, you'll succeed. His study guides are very reflective to what is on your exams.

He may make himelf come off as the boogeyman in his syllabus, but this was honestly one of my easier classes this semester. He outlines what you need to study for every question of his tests, he gives a straight foward project that takes only a couple days, and a few discussion posts. He responded to any questions in a quick and helpful manor.

lectures were always less time than allotted for the class. Five easy discussion boards, a midterm and a final that both have study guides that are helpful.

For learning stats online, this class was amazing. The lecture videos posted were a huge help and the homework not only added some "gimme points" but it also made the final easier overall. Easy A if you do the required work. Dr Topor is very knowledgeable and a great guy overall.

Great professor! I took MGT601 online this summer. Weekly discussion boards were mandatory. PowerPoint slides were provided from the book & his own version of slides (which were helpful for the exams!) You're given a study guide that outlined each topic for each question on the exam, so if you put in the work, it's an easy A. Open book exams!

One large group training project at the end of the semester (which he gives you plenty of class time to prepare for & gives you clear expectations) & two exams. Dr. Topor's syllabus was extremely intimidating when you first read it, but the class itself was the complete opposite. He is very understanding & respectful towards students.

I wish Dr. Topor could be cloned & teach every class at CSU. He teaches the material in a way where you won't get confused. No HW during 1st half of the semester. 6 HW assignments in the 2nd half (super easy). WATCH HIS LECTURE VIDEOS!! He gives tips on the HW at the end. DO THE EXAM STUDY GUIDES! His exams are an exact replica of the study guides.

You have to stay on top of yourself to get assignments turned in on time. I would recommend taking this class in the summer if its only summer class you're going to take.

He is a very very good professor He is willing to help you if you don't understand Something because he want u to succeed. Very kind. Power point slide very easy to read and understand. Only 2 easy tests to take and less homework. He gives you enough time to take exam Very easy project to do. Easy professor that i have never had.

Dr Topor may come off a bit intimidating initially, but he is a great professor. His expectations are clear, and he is very responsive when you have questions. For his exams, complete his study guides! They are almost word-for-word the same. He is a fair grader, and I would highly recommend his courses.

Professor Topor was great. My family was going to Las Vegas to celebrate my sister's birthday, so I asked if I could take the midterm early. Yes he allowed me to. At the beginning of the semester he gave the class a study guide which you could work through the early part of the semester, very helpful on the midterm.

Professor Topor is great! His grading criteria is clear and he is always available for extra help. There is 1 moderate group project; communicate with your team! Tests were difficult, but if you keep up with the weekly chapters and use the study guide he makes for you then you'll be fine. I would definitely take another course with him.
