He has an amazing teaching styles. He explains things in a way that you will always understand. He always want to make sure that everyone understand before he proceeds and willing to repeats himself

this class is great he is a really good professor and tries his hardest to explain everything and cracks jokes to make sure you understand the lesson.

Prof. Troy is a GREAT teacher. He's straight forward no B.S. if you go to class, and study his notes you can't fail.He sticks to the attendance policy so if ur a late person and miss class a lot don't even bother Anyone who takes this class will have a blast I learned a lot!

All quiz questions get repeated on tests, test and quiz questions make up a good part of final. Come to class, take notes - he doesn?t give you notes. Fair A.

Professor Troy was OK. I pass the class .He gave me a C I'm not mad in less I got my three credits. He uses the text book a lot and his exams can be tricky if u don't study. He is a very fair and helpful man .I would recommend him to other students to take the class he was OK.

i thought he was good u dont have to take notes u can follow in the book he gives 3 multiple choice quizes drops the lowest and lets u keep the quizes the midterm is basically all the quizes+ 10 extra quistions that u havent had before its pretty easy by the time u take the final u have seen about 90% of the qustions :)

This class def the best class i have taken in my two years of kbcc.The proff. is very kind very funny and easy going.The text book is about 100 bux .I loved coming to class and especially came just to stare at him.about 3 quizzes midterm and final.HHes def the best proffessor ever!

This is the best professor. Personally, I dont like science. Can't stand it. But this professor made psychology real fun. He would give us perfect examples from past experiences of his. The way he teached made me remember everything for the quiz. I wish he teaches other psych classes. BTW, very hot professor. Good looking, looks young for his age.

Hes classes are fun and I enjoyed going to them, he makes jokes and is young soo its not stupid jokes. You have 3 quizzes 2 midterms and 1 final. He gives you a extra credit paper to replace a midterm paper which was very helpful. He answered my emails all the time and was helpful to all the questions that I asked. I highly recommend him.

Extremely articulate and engaging. However, he needs to make the class more serious and intense. This I think, will cause the students to take the class more seriously. Incorporating humor and casualness in his teaching is nice, but will backfire when the test comes, as students are not expecting a tricky test. Otherwise, smart, funny, and cute

Professor wise, he was amazing. He relayed the information well, kept his exams short, brief and straight forward and made his class fun with in-class personality experiments and hypnotizing. Personality wise, he is a bit self-involved. From the class I know he rides a motorcycle, has a blackbelt, went to Yushiva U. &went to Paris for Thanksgiving.

Professor Troy is one of favorite Professors. He was very clear on what he expected from us and what to expect from him. The grading I consider fair, He prepares you the whole semester for the final so bring your books,take down notes and you will pass. He kept the class interesting and fun with his teaching techniques and smile.

I don't know where to start...if I could take every psychology class with him I would. He is full of knowledge and experience and is willing to just give it to you if you want to learn. Workload wasn't a lot and he was extremely helpful if their was any issue in class. Very fair grader and wonderful professor. Must take!!

The best professor in kbcc. His class was very entertaining and we learned a lot. He has power points that are very helpful and his sense of humor makes class so much fun.

I took this over the summer and never in my life have I learned so much in 6 weeks. If you are continuing with your education after kbcc, take him b/c you will learn so much that you can use later in your career. His text was expensive but it is a very easy read. If you are continuing, buy it b/c you will look back at it. Study and come to class!!

He's a great professor, keeps the class engaged with laughs and stories to illustrate important points. he also weighs the grades you get differently from most professors - whatever you do best in will count as more, and your lowest grade will count as the least percent. totally geared towards helping us do well

Overall a great teacher. Very helpful and teaches well. Everything that I learned in the class is beneficial when taking a test and now I have a better understanding.

Pretty Easy. Make sure you dont miss a class = missing a lecture = failing a quiz/test. very straight forward with information. loves having class discussions. 3-4 tests (easy if you study the slides he puts up on BB). Rarely gives homework.

Not a tough class. But you have to be there every class cuz although all tests are based on the slides, many things that he says in class show up on the tests, but are not on the slides. Three quizzes. Last one is an automatic 100 if you're there. 3 group assignments, all easy. he's a good professor overall.

He is a clinical psychologist with a large background in clinical work. That said his classes are amazing and you WILL learn every class. He loves to make references from his class to the real world which helps a lot. -Textbook was not necessary, print power point slides instead -Electronics are ok (tablets, laptops) -Participation is key

I took this class semesters ago when I was still at KBCC . He's very passionate about learning. His personal stories aid with his lesson beautifully. Oh yeah, he's cute as heck,If only I wasn't student , lol jk, maybe.

Great teacher. Didn't do well on first two tests, but got perfect scores on the last two and the final. He would not continue class until Everyone understood the material; if you had a question, he would make sure you understood his answer by giving personal stories and funny examples. Smart guy. Took him for his online class as well and was great

Honestly, I enjoyed Professor Troy's class. He wastes no time and goes straight into his powerpoints in the beginning of the class. The midterm, final, and quizzes consists of all the material he covers in class so if you're paying really good attention there should be no reason as to not getting an A.

He moves Very Fast, if you pass 3 tests with all above 90 then your going to get a solid A+ if you messed up then you have to make up for it there's 4 tests so do well on the all 3 and yo don't have to do the 4th. I loved him but i would not recommend him because he teaches at a level that he expects everyone to be at par with him which isn't fair.

I really enjoyed this class, maybe because I'm a psychology major, however this class was easy for me. All the tests were online, until the Psych board made him give in class tests. Even after that, the tests were easy and understandable if you showed up, paid attention and took notes from the powerpoints. I don't remember using the book.

Such a great professor! He explains everything in detail, and relates it to everyday situations. His test are easy as long as you understand the material. No homework and drops the lowest test grade. Textbook isn't mandatory, but recommended.

He's an excellent professor

Very straightforward. All his slides are online and during class he goes in depth and explains the slides thoroughly. If you listen to his lectures during class you will defenitely be prepared for his exams because everything on the slides and what he says in class is what is on the tests. He does not give anything that he did not already cover.

It was an online class and it was great. Professor Troy will give plenty of time for you to listen and study his youtube audio/ slides and do the homework. Fair grading and easy exams, just do your homework on time and listen to the audio and you'll get the info you need to pass the class. This was my first online class and I loved it!

Professor Troy is the most organized and scheduled professor. I chose him for my next semester too. He is always ready to answer your emails, his feedback is good. His grading system is very clear and grades by few things. This was very interesting class.

I chose him for my online class. He has very good youtube videos recorded which you need to watch to do well on assignments. My course was async and I was very overwhelmed at first because I wasn't sure what to expect but he was very understanding and the syllabus was very self-explanatory. The PowerPoint videos were very helpful.l I have learned so much. There were 4 exams multiple choice If you watch the yt videos they are very simple. 3 assignments, I enjoyed them.

I advise Professor Troy to everyone exciting and valuable videos and material in general. He does not set many tasks. He will always answer messages if you turn in assignments on time, watch videos and read the material. The professor will give a high score.

Easy class. Very few quizzes, 2 attempts (grade is the average of the 2 attempts), and you can do them all whenever you want as long it is before the deadline. Other work given is also easy, and you will usually get the grade for your work by the end of the week it was submitted. Lectures and powerpoints are insightful

The class is interesting, you will learn a lot during the class, additionally to go over course online modules is easy organized. The professor is understanding person, He just want to see your participation and that you trying. The homework is not hard. There is 3 exams with 2 attempts. I would take this professor again if he had other classes

Amazing professor who enjoys actually enjoys teaching-rarity in this world. Follow his due dates and submit everything on time! He grades on a timely manner and gives heads up. Tests are through Blackboard and there are two tries which are averaged. Participate and do the extra credit-it's easy and interesting.
